Absolutely excellent experience. Clean facilities, taking all proper precautions while still being efficient and providing superior service. Dr. McKean is incredibly knowledgable and really cares about his patients wellbeing. The nurses and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Atlanta ENT.

Dr. Mckean is very patient and takes time to listen to your concerns and provide adequate solutions. He was sweet with my 3 year old daughter and handled her very gently. His staff are also very helpful and caring.

Dr. McKean and his staff are amazing. Ive had life-long severe asthma and environmental allergies and have seen many doctors. Dr. McKean actually talks with you, listens to what you know about your own body and experience and is willing to go to the books to help figure out complex situations instead of just putting a convenient label on set of symptoms. Dr. McKean is a real physician and scientist.

I’ve taken my sons to several allergists over the past few years and was never happy. After leaving Dr. McKean I felt like he really listened to us, did a thorough assessment and has a good plan for us. And he’s got a great sense of humor and great with kids!

I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and Dr. McKean is lovely! Took ample time taking my history and was very personable. Explains problems and options thoroughly and clearly without speaking down at you. Would highly recommend Dr. McKean.The office is family friendly. The walls are filled with colored pictures, however as an adult I felt comfortable too.

Dr. McKean and his staff give excellent care. If anyone can diagnose and treat your problem he can. Eyana is wonderful and has always been an asset to the practice. I’ll never go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone I know in need.Pam Noble

I absolutely love Dr. Larry Mckean. I’ve known him for years and he is such a compassionate doctor. He treats me for Cystic Fibrosis and all regular needs including regular ENT services. The office is clean and welcoming to all. Yolanda & Eyana are also amazing help around the office and taking care of me as well. They always go above and beyond for me to make sure I have my appointments setup, calling to remind me and working me in during an emergency. Dr. Mckean is a wonderful doctor and he knows what he is doing. He does his research and is willing to help anyone in need. I only wish we had more doctors like him!

Great Doctor, HORRIBLE staff. If your experience is anything like mine, they will tell you the wrong date of the appointment and then proceed to call you 23.5 hours before to confirm the wrong date and also let you know they are going to tack on a $25 cancellation fee because you are within the 24 hour window. When you complain, they will promise you a one time waiver of said fee and also promise a call back from the office manager. Surprise - you never get a call back from the manager and when you finally call to follow up, you are told there is no waiver. You can ask to speak to the doctor directly and of course be denied. After looking at several other review sites, I can see that we are not the only ones to have issues here and needless to say we will not be returning. Unless they commit to running the place like a business and less like a Nazi soup kitchen, I dont see things getting better.

Terrible stuff! Yolanda is very rude and have no patience. Called me to say that I’m late to an appointment that I never made. Don’t know about the doctor. I got enough from Yolanda so not going to make it to the actual appointment
