Love the staff and extra touches - the take-home kits and the graduation gifts when braces are off. So clever and kind!

So grateful for this office! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I see Doctor Edwards personally and will recommend her to everyone I know. If you’re Type A and OCD you will love this place! They really know what they are doing which makes it easier for me to relax. I completely trust everyone on staff and my mind is always put to ease. It’s hard to find good people that you trust, but from day 1 I have been so impressed.... and that’s a hard thing to do ;)

Love this office!! The doctors and staff are amazing, caring, and really get to know each patient. I have one child who has completed orthodontics here with great success. I also have 2 more in different stages of orthodontics as well and have seen so much improvement in their teeth and bite. Couldnt be happier!

The orthodontists in this practice are very professional, very helpful, and incredibly friendly. The front end and other support staff take pride in their profession as well. The facility is clean, and high tech. It is a little tricky to find the first time your come looking for it, but they have updated the signage on the main road that leads into the office park. My child had every issue one could have during her time with braces and they even came in on a holiday to deal with an emergency that needed attention and personally called us the next day (again during a holiday weekend) to check on us. Great group, highly recommend.

I have loved almost everyone at this office. The doctors and support staff and so kind and pleasant. Dr Schaefer called me directly when my son was having some pain. I very much appreciated that.

Have only been here once, but the quality of service was absolutely fantastic. All my questions were answered, they made sure to let me know what was going on every step of the way!

A couple years ago when we started looking for an Orthodontist for our son we began talking to friends about who they used. We received numerous recommendations for Edwards and Schaefer Orthodontics. I really wasnt interested in the 40 minute drive to Ann Arbor. We ended up going to a closer practice and had a consultation where they wanted to extract four of our sons teeth but couldnt tell us why. We went to Edwards and Schaffer Orthodontics and were immediately impressed with the office. The office is clean, modern, the staff is very friendly and professional. We had our consultation and with modern technology no teeth were extracted. We stayed with Dr. Schaefer and it was the best decision we could have made. Our sons teeth are perfect and we couldnt be happier. Scheduling was very flexible and our experience was fantastic. Thank you Edwards and Schaefer Orthodontics

I would recommend this office to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Both Dr. Edwards and Schaefer make you feel very comfortable and I’m very happy with my outcome using Invisalign. The office staff is very friendly and they accommodated my schedule to get me in at a time that was most convenient for me. Wonderful doctors, great office!!

The office was lovely and well organized. All of the doctors and assistants were kind and made sure to look after me during my appointment. All of my appointments were well organized and I had no issues during my time as a patient of Edwards and Schaefer.

The doctors are good but the service is really terrible. I was on phone more than 11 minutes on hold (phone kept beeping). Need better service!

Stay away from this place, they are completely unprofessional! I made an appointment a long time ago (months ago) to have braces done tomorrow. This afternoon I received a call from them telling me there was a problem with my x-rays. I had my x-rays sent to them months ago, before I even finalized the appointment. Evidently they didnt bother to even check the x-rays until literally the very last day, which means they were surely unprepared despite having had several months time.They then offered to install the braces anyways, but that they wouldnt take responsibility if something went wrong due to them not having x-rays. Obviously I found this unacceptable, since it was their responsibility to make sure everything was ready ahead of time, not mine. And their reaction was even worse - offering to let me take on improper risk due to their failure to prepare. They also offered to do Invisalign, even though it was determined early on that Invisalign wasnt right for me. Overall, I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman - someone that would say anything to get money out of me. I thought there were certain standards for health professionals.Needless to say, I was dissatisfied with all of this and complained. You know how they reacted? After the call with me, they called up my dentist and said negative things to them about me, behind my back (my dentist called me immediately to let me know). Totally unacceptable, unprofessional, petty behavior. Frankly Im disgusted by their actions.I am still going to get my teeth straightened, but definitely not here!
