Respectful to my mommaMy momma likes himShe tells me she is very comfortable with himShe doesn’t have anxiety or becomes nervous when he visits her.She stated there is a nurse that visits her and she acts uppity, dry and unfriendly as if she doesn’t like her job. My momma couldn’t remember her name.I told my momma to ask her the next time she visits not to come anymore, send someone else.We like Steve and appreciate him very, very much.Thank you, Thank you Steve and all the good people at compassion care BSA…..

Great quality of care. The staff love what they do and you can tell. They go the extra mile by meeting the needs of their clients while doing it with golden hearts. They have great communication skills. They always are friendly and answer concerns or questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them because the staff is amazing.

BSA Compassion nurses took excellent care of my father- in- law after his stroke. They worked closely with his doctors and therapist to get him back on his feet again. I would highly recommend Bsa Compassion Home Care.

Poor continuity of care. No true assessment of individual needs. Cookie cutter healthcare, if you dont fit their mold for client needs, tough. Supervisor huffed when I called to address these things with her.Will try another Agency, Ruby Slippers or Visiting Angels perhaps.

They dont knock they just walk into your home , they send different people all the time . sometimes there physical therapists dont even show up or call. When I called to let them know about these problems they hung up on me . they are very rude . I would not recommend any one to this so called compassion home care . They have none.
