I interviewed with this place and they had the audacity to complain about the unemployment benefits but refuse to pay a livable wage to people. 8 or 10 dollars an hour? What a joke!!!! Unprofessional. I left there disgusted and would rather be homeless than work for them. It is not the benefits that are keeping people from working for you. Pay better!!!!!! We are woke!!!!!

CSS of Amarillo is awesome! I have worked for them for almost a year and the management is the best. They truly care about the clients and caregivers! I’m going back to school for nursing and they have encouraged me and have worked with my schedule. Ashlee, Pj and Selina are truly the BEST!!!

Caring Senior Services is an outstanding service. I work very closely with them for the fact that I can depend on them to come through and provide great care ALL the time. I called them one Friday night on a potential client and Heather their Administrator had pt admitted within a few hours providing excellent care and giving family the much needed sought after relief. They care very much about their clients and their families and refer them to other agencies that can walk along beside them and provide medical care such as Home Health it Hospice. They can take your loved one to an appointment, do house keeping or provide companionship. They are on call 24/7 to meet your needs. The other benefit of Caring Senior Service is they charge one fee no matter if there is one person or two that needs their services in the same home.

This is really a great place to work. The bosses are very understanding and will do what they need to help there clients as well as thier employees. I say this as a former employee. If I wouldnt have moved I would still be working for them.

Extremely dependable, extremely reliable, extremely caring, and ready to help at a moments notice. All the caregivers I have had to drive me have been very accommodating to my needs and able to help me with my equipment in and out of the vehicle. Althea has been especially good to me, and I feel that she really cares about my wellbeing! The Staff is great!

If you need a warm body to accompany your loved one, this agency might suffice. If you are looking for someone that actually cares and will provide consistent staff that don’t sleep on the job you might want to move on. We hired them for three months through the final steps of my father’s life. During those three months we had at least twenty different shift workers because staff kept moving and shifting. We kept asking for a schedule of consistent workers and by the time they responded it would already not be accurate. The overnight staff slept through the night and I would arrive in the morning to find him laying in a bed he had wet, of course with all lights out and the worker asleep. After my father died hey never made contact with me, at least until they needed still more money two months later. This review is more than a bad recommendation. It is a statement of how uncaring a business can be during and after the death of a parent and loved one.

Living 500 miles from my 88 year old dad with dementia has been doable only because of Caring Senior Service. They have been so helpful in every aspect of taking care of my dad, from doctor’s appointments, fixing meals, cleaning his home, taking care of his cat to visiting with him daily. Althea has been an angel in every way.
