The nurses and health care professionals who visit always are kind and helpful and eager to do their jobs. The office is unorganized, they never let you know ahead of time when visits will be scheduled, and they never inform you of changes in insurance filing, or scheduling, or changes in your case worker. It is very frustrating dealing with the office.
