Visiting Angels is an integral part of my elderly mother’s daily care. They are flexible and always accommodating. They make it possible for me to leave town from time to time, and for long intervals, completely confident that my mother will be well cared for.

My uncle was very well taken care of I would highly Recommend then they are very caring staff is wonderful I would use them again if needed

The worst senior care service in Amarillo for one reason, the office staff. They are rude and hateful. They would argue about things I saw happen and they were never there to see. No professionalism or concern was ever shown to my Mother or myself. Would recommend literally anyone else before using this company.

I have been an employee for a year and a half and have enjoyed every minute. Visiting Angels is a great company and cares about their employees and clients. They go above and beyond and I wouldnt want to work for anyone else. I love my job and our director, our staff, are some of the best people Ive ever met.

I moved to Texas August last year and started working with Visiting Angels 3 days after I moved here. Been with them since. Great company. Not only do they go above and beyond for their clients, but they do for their caregivers as well. They do their best to pair you with someone that you’ll see as a best friend rather than a client. They create friendships and family, not just a job.

So thankful! The director was willing to come to us last minute on an evening of a holiday weekend to start up emergency care for my father. We used them that weekend to fill in for another agency, and quickly changed to Visiting Angels full time starting the following week. Their caregivers are much more experienced and caring, and the director has been above and beyond involved and helpful. They have changed a frightening situation into complete peace of mind!

I have really enjoyed working with Visiting Angels. They put me with the sweetest little patient and I have been with her since I started. They are easy to work with and are very concerned about your schedule. They make sure your schedule is good for you and work very hard to make it that way.

Visiting Angels is a wonderful, compassionate, and caring company! i didnt have much passion about being in a work place until i came here. This company really values the care of their clients as well as their caregivers. i couldnt see myself leaving this company any time soon!

SO THANKFUL. The owner Brett and the care workers have been amazing. Brett was willing to assist us at my mothers hospital room and home over the Christmas holiday weekend, and last minute as well. He was above and beyond available throughout his holiday as my mother was/is very needy. This office has been helpful in adjusting schedules and providing workers at last minute notice, and round the clock off and on for the last month. I do not know what my family would have done without them. Very thankful for the director/owners kind and listening ear as well as prayers for both me and my mother in all of the stress and difficulty. As long as we need help, well use them, and Ill be recommending them to anyone I know as well.

Very displeased with this service. The directors voice mail says that he will return your call in 30 minutes. That happened maybe a couple of times. It was about 50/50 with him returning my call at all.We hired this agency to come Monday - Friday from 10:00 to noon. Caregivers are guaranteed a two-hour minimum every time they are scheduled. The minimum also applies if a 24-hour notice is not given that they are not needed for the next day. I think that is very fair; however, twice, the caregiver that was assigned to my dad said that she was sent away. This was not true, but we paid the 2-hour minimum anyway.Before I fired this agency, the caregiver had gotten to where she would show up at 10:30 and leave at 11:45 (she was scheduled from 10-noon). I guarantee that if my parents are going to pay for the two hours, they are not sending anyone away early. There were also several times when a caregiver didnt show up and no call was received by myself or my parents to let us know that nobody was coming.This has the potential of being an awesome company, but it appears to me that there needs to be a lot of training in communication from the director on down. Because their clients are elderly, the potential of taking advantage of the situation is high. We feel taken advantage of.At this point, I would not recommend this agency to anyone!!!

I started working for Visiting Angels- a year ago. I enjoy being a caregiver for them and enjoy what I do. The staff goes above and beyond for the clients and for their employees. I would recommend Visitings Angels to any one needing assistants and any kind of care, because they make sure we as caregivers do our job and give the best care that the client(s needs.
