I am a ten month post covid long hauler. This is my very first experience with Home Healthcare. I will not speak on BrightStar as a whole, however I will speak on my nurse. Her name is Cassandra Danielle Good, there really are no words to describe how grateful I am for her. She is more than just a nurse. She is my voice, she advocates for me when I can not, she goes above and beyond for me. She handles things for me thats not her job, but because she cares, she goes out of her way to help me whenever and wherever she can. People like that are very rare, BrightStar Cassandra is definitely a great asset to your company and you are lucky to have her

Great people who are very caring and helpful! Very thankful for them all for taking good care of my son. Especially thankful for Angela who we see every week day and she always goes above and beyond. They come in with positive attitudes do a very well job and we always have a few laughs!

Bright star has helped me heal up and they are very professional and caring. All my nurses have been amazing while in their care. Thank you Brightstar!!❤️🙏🏻

My nurse Angela was so caring. Really would take her time with me. She treated me and my family like we were family.

Since I have began services with Bright Star, an let me tell you that I am not a very social person much anymore, But with Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Cassandra, right from the entry paperwork to the I think that it has been now almost a year already if not pretty close. I couldnt have had Dear Lord Bless me with any one else. Especially Ms. Becca. Even though I think that our actual 2nd visit scared the patusoooeys out of her when my BP dropped to 69/42( dont worry Ms. Becca I was really anxiously concerned as well. She was a champ through out the whole thing from assisting me in calling the nurse hotline to waiting for the anbulance to arrive to go get me check out. The best thing about the care I am able to receive is I wouldnt want to or would go willing to any other home health than the one that I am at. Kuddos to you Ms. Becca thank you so very much for being a kind, patiently, with my bipolar swings and moods and for just all the way around caring for people like myself. We have the most amazing nurse Rebecca . She is so kind and on top of everything. She is the best and we adore her my mom ask for daily and she has dementia and dont remember me sometimes but she always remembers Rebecca best nurse ive ever met . Great job brightstar.

My first experience with home health ever and this company makes me just wish they had cut my arm off all together. Between an incompetent nurse and another that has issues with punctuality I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.
