Atvs are tearing up the roads to get in there so be careful. Ive seen quite a few cars busted up and have almost gotten stuck myself in my tundra

River is a great place to have fun with the family, I would recommend that if you go you make sure to take trash bags and police after yourself PLEASE! There is trashcans located in various places for people to use and yet you find trash on the floor. Stay away from the main roads because you will have some knucklehead speeding every once in a while.

Get your OHV stickers before you come

Was nice but people need to take care of trash instead of littering there are four trash dumpers at entrance they could put it in

I love the beauty and serenity this place offers to me.

Was fun until I got chased by a homeless person.

Decent place to go camping for a weekend or just to hang out during the day. When the weather is good it gets fairly busy so get there early to find a spot. Expect a good amount of noise during the day with all of the ATVs that zip around nearby. The speed limit on the campgrounds is 15mph although only half of the people mind it. Park rangers patrol the area frequently so be mindful of others...if for no other reason than to avoid tickets and/or jail.

It is a bit crowded for this time of the year.

Its my home away from home

I have spent every weekend here for about 20 years. Its a great place to get away and do some offroading. The people who spend time out here are friendly amd helpfull. Its like family out here. And never a dull moment!
