Im leaving this review because Im extremely frustrated and feel like I wasted my money! I came in for an exam because I wanted to make sure that the red spot on the back of my tongue was not Cancerous or anything serious. He assured me that it was my back teeth that needed to be removed and that was the cause of the spot on my tongue. Like if I bite my tongue really hard or something. FYI Always get a second opinion! So I ended up paying out-of-pocket almost 3 grand to remove two teeth! The spot never went away its been months and its just bigger and more painful! I went today and he literally acted like he didnt see the spot before when thats the whole reason I was there. I didnt wanna say anything in his face but I was very upset! I wouldve kept my teeth and my money if that was the case. Its funny how they reply and say I was given another option which I wasnt & then call me this morning to see if I went to the expensive specialist they referred me to. SMH 🤦‍♀️

I wish I could these unprofessional disrespectful people a zero. I booked an appointment with them and asked what were the available times they had. I was advised they had a 9am appointment. I came to the office at 5 minutes to the hour and noticed the office was closed. I decided to call the office at exactly 9am, and was told by the gentleman that I need to wait as the staff is late this morning and wont be in until 9:30am. Absolutely no regard gor peoples time or for people on a whole. Very disrespectful.

I can only talk about the phone call I made to this office. I called and asked if there was a way I could speak over the phone to the dentist before discussing all the work that is needed. The receptionist was quite annoyed when I asked and quickly stated that in order to speak to the dentist over the phone, I needed to give him my credit card information because the phone call would cost 450$!!!! Are you serious? I cant even believe they are able to get away with that. I get that its a business and that time is money but I could call Cleo and get my horoscope read for the same pay by minute visit. Its just sad.

This place is horrible and a rip off. Charged me one price but my EOB says a different price!! When called for answers couldn’t provide any I spoke with the receptionist and she said to call back in a week and for some reason was charged $100 for “missed appointment fee” when asked who made the appointment she couldn’t tell me. I told her I will get lawyer involved for my money back and she disconnected call

This practice is amazing!! Allison & Gretchen are always so friendly and sweet! They actually care about the people who walk through the door! I had a dental emergency on a Saturday. I needed an emergency root canal. Of course my insurance was not open on Saturday to verify my benefits. I had to pay out of pocket and hope to be reimbursed by my insurance company. This was at no fault of the dental office! Expect to pay if your insurance company is closed on weekends! This did not change my opinion of Dr Hazan or his staff! They are amazing people! Great experience all around. Called for emergency dental work the day after Christmas and was in within the hour. Tooth extraction and bone graft, went down without a hitch. Would recommend highly to anyone.

I had been recommended by my previous dentist to get a crown on my tooth .Upon biting on some candied almonds my tooth broke . Dr . Hazan was able to get me seen with short notice . This was my first time visiting Plaza North Dentistry in Maitland, Fl and it most definitely wont be my last. Plain and simple, doctor Hazan knows his stuff and takes the time to explain in simple terms what each procedure entails. Prior to performing any work, he provided detailed information and even then asked if there were any questions. This made me comfortable that I wasnt being rushed and he didnt appear to have been bothered (that I called him in after hours). 😃After years of neglect, one of my tooth finally decided to break off in my food. Thankfully it did so at the place and time it did, giving me this opportunity to find this location and dentist. The man who answered my initial call was hospitable and made the process smooth. I called and spoke to him at least three times before finally arriving at the location. Not once did he express any sort of annoyance and he was patient and respectful throughout. That was the deciding factor in choosing this place over somewhere else.The doctor removed one tooth today and he talked me through it all, that I didnt even realise when it was out. He waited as long as it took to ensure the area was numb afterwhich he cautiously and skillfully removed the damaged tooth. I inspected the spot from where the tooth was removed to ensure no pieces were left and it is all clean. Needless to say, I am quite satisfied with the experience and will be returning to do the other dental work that is required.Thank you for a great experience!Tracy M

To make a long story short, Ive been dealing with some back tooth pain for months now and it was on and off up until a few days ago. It was insanly persistant and onSaturday night it would not go away, keeping me from falling alseep. I considered going to the ER but during the early morning I found that about an hour away from me Plaza North was open on Sunday. I drove down for when they opened and was seen immediately. Allison did the quick exam of my tooth, xray etc. Dr Hazan came in and was able to extract my infected open wisdom tooth. I think the entire visit there was about an hour. I wouldve done just about anything to get the pain to stop and I find myself very lucky to have found them open and ready to go. They both were very nice and helped me out immensely. Allison gave me what I needed to file a claim with my insurance since it is Sunday and I understamd theyre unable to verify during that day. Overall great experiance and I cant thank them enough.

This Dentist office is completely unprofessional,I arrived for a dental emergency and didn’t get seen until 2 and a half hours later.These employees show no emotion towards those who are in severe oral pain that come to seek remedy for their pain.Front desk is not friendly nor informative,and doesn’t even wear her mask either.Also shows favoritism to patients who aren’t white like them.For me to be purposely overlooked by their staff after being here for 2 1/2 hours before several patients that received treatment before me.I do not recommend and I do not even rate this dentist a single star.Obviously this is a dentist that only desires and services folks of their own complexion.This office is Dental Malpractice,stealing money from patients who are in pain,how do you charge for a x ray but that is included in emergency procedure protocol.Beware going here,you’re either judged on your skin complexion or getting money stolen from you through shady practices.

I had to make an emergency appointment on a Sunday. I called and it went to voicemail(again it was Sunday) they called me back 1 hour later and had me come in. When it came down to my wisdom tooth removal The DR. Is very good. Made sure to numb my mouth Thoroughly before doing the procedure. Also gave me a lot of helpful info on keeping the extraction site clean and free from debris(food. Etc.)The young lady who is the nurse there is very nice and is very nice and try’s to make your experience more comfortable. 5/5 will be back to Plaza north for my dental needs.Thankyou!

This is the first dentist I have ever been to where they treat you like a patient and not just a customer. Allison and the Doctor David Hazan are by far the most professional people I could want to work on my oral hygiene. I was very nervous and he walked me thought and made me feel secure the entire time. With in the matter of a few appoints for very reasonable prices, I can finally say my mouth is pain free and I can smile with confidence. I can say I have found my life long dentist!!

I was so excited to have found a dentist who does waterlase dentistry due to all the work I need to get done and prior traumatic experiences I have had with dentists. When I got to the office Allison was very nice and gave me the paperwork to fill out. As I was reading the paperwork there were a few things that made me uncomfortable. One was that they do not accept insurance on the weekends. Second, they wanted me to release a waiver that states that I will have all images and videos and recordings in the room be shown to other dentists for educational purposes which I personally wasnt comfortable with. Then releasing my credit card information so they can charge me whenever insurance doesnt cover the costs. I am not giving anyone authorization to have my account information to charge at will. Then when the dentist came out to call in the next patient he came out very abruptly and asked for my paperwork. I told him that I had a couple of things on there that I wasnt comfortable with. When I explained to him what they were he was very abrupt telling me to just cross it out and not worry about it that its just informing me that there are cameras in the room when thats not what it states on the paper. This is a contract that you are asking me to sign. He then took his next patient and went in. It was my first time there and I walked out and left. I wouldnt have sat in a chair with that man. He was very rude and unprofessional and this is not how you treat patients especially ones who are there for the first time. He made me uncomfortable the moment he stepped out and made me feel like I was a nuisance. Youre a professional in the medical field. This is not how you take care of your patients!

Came to Plaza North Dentistry the day after Thanksgiving in immense pain! (Awesome that they were even open). The staff got me in immediately and was very prompt and thorough. The young ladies at the front were very professional and comforting. My exam and extraction went very well and the Dentist was quick, friendly, and experienced. If you are looking for a primary care and or in need of an emergency visit like myself, I would highly recommend this practice. The additional positive reviews speak for themselves. In the contrary, the only negative reviews are in in reference to payment. In having such a fair experience, I would like to provide some insight. Something to keep in mind is that if your insurance is not in network, you will have to pay upfront and be reimbursed by your insurance for the difference. This is only fair and how the insurance industry works. It is patient responsibility to be informed of their coverage. This was not per say a negative as much as it could have been an inconvenience perhaps, if I was not in a position to pay upfront. If you are not able to pay upfront they also have financing options available via Care Credit. I say this to say, if you are in need of a reputable, comforting dentist , look no further. Great experience!

In December I got into a terrible incident that left me broken hearted.. Panicked.. And with 5 broken teeth! I was in a high state of emergency when my mom came across plaza north dentistry. Im forever grateful that they were willing to take me at 10pm and work on me until 1 in the morning. It has taken several painful surgerys but im finally looking and feeling like myself again! He did an absolutly AMAZING job on my teeth! Im a singer and was so afraid Id never look the same again..I am so blessed to have this team in my life and would recommend them to ANYONE!! The dentists and everyone who works here made me feel more comfortable getting my teeth fixed. I had not been to a dentist in like 10 years due to being afraid and being weary of the cost. The two dentists who work here were really nice and compassionate and made sure I never felt any pain. They offer care credit too which helped me get things done. Highly recommend.

From the time I walked into the office until the time I left, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The experience was one of a kind with these crazy times we are in. Nikki fully explained the process that we were going to be using and kept reassuring me that the doctor is taking EVERY precaution to keep all his patients safe and virus free. Dr. Hazan was very professional and made me feel at ease regarding the procedure I was going to have done that day. I definitely recommend Plaza North Dentistry to everyone for their dental needs.

Charged me 190 dollars for a blurry state of the art half of an X-ray. I needed the tooth removed but they wouldnt take a partial payment for that. (Eventhough, they claim to have in-house financing) from this X-ray he claimed that (the dentist who pulled my other tooth) basically did it wrong and I need all this work done. Honestly, didnt care about what he had to say about that because it was irrelevant to why I was there.. I have the plan from my dentist in Miami when I had insurance through my job there and I compared the prices once I got home. The plan shows price breakdown insurance prices and the non insurance prices was 100-150 cheaper in Miami than what this place quoted me. T H I S I S C E N T A L F L O R I D A. I REFUSE TO PAY SOUTH FLORIDA PRICES, no. This is not the worst of it. I called around AFTER the fact. I actually spoke with one office who told me to stay away from this office. A disgruntled old employee maybe? I am not sure, but I wish I would have called around FIRST because the price ranges I got still cost less than a blurry picture of my teeth and a script, that I still had to pay for on top of that. Also, dont be fooled by these reviews. I should have taken a photo of it but in the office they hold raffles for 5 star reviews for a nice shiney mechanical toothbrush (April 2020 raffle, I wonder who won?)...oooou so some of these people may not have had the best experience but lied about for a freebie. No need to respond to this owner of business because unless you are willing to not be so greedy and give my money back we have nothing to talk about.✋🏽 Stop playing people. They may take emergencies but at Los Angeles Celebrity dental prices...puhlease. I have money but I am not stupid enough to give away too crooks anymore, but sometimes the crooks get the best of me like this company did.

The best dentistry I’ve ever been too. I came in with a abscess and infected wisdom tooth and I was in a lot of pain. The dentist took care of me the same day. I just got my last check up for the extraction and everything is looking great.I am really happy I came to this dentist. Thank you.

This dentist David Hazan is AWESOME. Been with him since 2000 and he is the only one I want to work on my teeth. Very professional, and thorough. He is very gentle and the work is wonderful and lasts. He corrected issues that previous dentist left me with. He is honest and will do only the work that needs to be done. He tells you what work can wait and what needs to be done now.The office staff are wonderful and very informative and helpful .

Wonderful staff, Best Dentist I have seen in a long time. My previous 3 dentists did a lot of damage to my teeth, and thanks to Dr David Hazan I just got a missing tooth replaced with a dental implant. Now i feel confident chewing again, all my old broken crowns were replaced with new ceramic crowns and they look and feel like my real teeth I cant believe I have my smile and my bite back :))))) I cant stop smiling with relief. UNAUTHORIZED CARD PAYMENT 9 MONTHS AFTER ORIGINAL VISIT. I went here in March 2018 because they offered weekend services. I needed my X-ray and exam to see where my teeth were at. I was aware I had a multitude of issues going on and needed a baseline where to start. I was recommended for a cleaning and reluctantly I booked a 2nd appointment. After leaving the office I thought more about it & wanted to know what teeth needed work 1st because I really wanted to work on my teeth such as crowns, fillings, etc. rather than spend money on cleaning and still need the high end work done. (The deep cleaning was quoted pretty high so it made sense to me) When I called back the receptionist told me Id have to have yet ANOTHER visit. I didnt understand this because that was supposed to be included in my comprehensive exam on the 1st visit, but apparently it was not and they had no record of what teeth needed what done. After hearing this I cancelled all further appointments and never returned. Fast forward nearly 10 months, Ive moved on with my life literally- including to a new address. Keep in mind, Ive NEVER once received any bills from this establishment to any of my addresses. I finally get a threatening letter that was forwarded from the post office from my previous address to the new one in the mail a few days ago saying if I dont pay my Final notice (and first notice I’ve ever received) that they are sending me to collections with a 40% increase in my payment. Not only did I just receive this letter (mind you it was forwarded from an old address), this was the first time I had ever received any invoice from them. I fully intended to dispute it, however, before I’ve had the chance- this morning 12/21/18 I get an UNAUTHORIZED debit from my checking account from this establishment in the amount of the balance. #1 this is bad business practice, and #2, I’m not even sure this is legal. I have called my bank about this, but the point of the matter is- you don’t just go around taking money from people’s checking accounts because you have their card on file from a visit they used it on 10 months ago. (I used this debit card to pay for my copay at the time of the service and that was it!) This is ridiculous and shady practice. It’s one thing for us to have a conversation about disputing a bill, I’m already upset about everything previously mentioned, and now you’re going to take CASH money out of my account a couple days before Christmas. I’m deeply hurt and distraught by this whole experience and I pray that you make this right. I will be contacting your office directly but I wanted to post this because I’m sure my money and my efforts won’t be rectified until after the holidays. I also truly hope that you understand this is NOT okay to do to anyone and that no one else ever has to have this experience. I’m attaching a copy of the letter and invoice that was sent, with my personal info blurred out, for security reasons. I was going to attach a copy of my checking statement but there’s really no way to do that without showing too much of my personal information on here. ***UPDATE- i had decided I am not disputing the charges with my bank and called the office on 12/27 asking for a copy of my invoice as I would just like to have this resolved and put behind me. this caused me enough heartache over the holidays I wanted to move on with my life. I provided my updated information to the receptionist and was informed that the attached mail i received was considered a final notice because they only did telephone attempts to reach me previously and there may have been an incorrect phone number on file for me. I was promised an email with my invoice to prove my zero balance and i have not revived it as of yet.*** email received with confirmation of payment as of 12/29/18.

I got a same day Sunday Appt. That alone earns my service not to mention how nice and friendly the DR. and his assistant are .Took great care of me and resolved my issue THAT DAY . For sure this will be my go to Dentist

We were thrilled that my wife was able to be seen by the doctor as an emergency the same day when she broke two of her lower teeth. The doctor was able to get her crowns down the same week too, which made my wife even happier. The doctor and staff were so great to work with. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

After a horrible tooth extraction at a different dentist that left my mouth shredded, Dr Hazan repaired my mouth the next day! He was going to fix it the same night but my schedule didn’t allow it. He’s very knowledgeable, confident, kind & made sure I was comfortable. Clean facility which is VERY important to me. Him & his assistant were great. I’m happy with my results.

Told me I needed a root canal on two teeth and my top back tooth had an infection.. didn’t show me any X-rays.. I ended up going to get a second opinion and only needed a root canal on one tooth that I was already aware needed one.. The new dentist showed me X-rays and showed I didn’t even have a cavity on the tooth he said was infected and had a cavity all the way to the nerve.. So I recommend always getting a second opinion..

Today I am in a lot of pain in my wisdom teeth, looking for emergency doctors who could see me and give me a pain reliever until I can see my dentist on Monday I found this false clinic where your money is stolen! yes! they rob you, pay $ 150 for the emergency visit, do not check me or anything, after filling out papers you asked me to sign a paper to pay the x-ray $ 320? !!!, I paid $ 150 to see me in emergency and not check, I have a horrible pain and did not even prescribe something for the pain, that if I do not do the x-ray can not; and in the phone call he told me that if it was necessary, we could do x-ray, but without looking at you ???? That is not fare to people, my only money that I had in my pocket to be able to remove this pain until seeing my dentist on Monday was given away, I hope God sees what you do

Had to wait a long time but the doctor is incredibly knowledgeble and knows what he is doing. He took my concerns into consideration, and made sure we went with a treatment I was comfortable with. The extraction went well and I felt very taken care of.

There are not enough kind words to describe the staff here. I had a failed attempt at a crown from another dentist office and the staff at Plaza North understood the situation, extracted the tooth, all while being very kind granted it was late at night after my work. I highly recommend Plaza North Dentistry and will have all my other check ups done there from here on out. Way to go everyone 👍

Dr David is the best dentist I have ever had. I have had many negative experiences with dentists but he is the best. Honest, direct and very funny.His casual demeanor should not be misinterpreted. He is a highly skilled oral surgeon who also has an engineering degree. He is fast efficient and effective.All my other denists are fired. Dr.David Hazan is the man!

Kind hearted place that will try everything they can to help you. They may not always be able to help you but the fact that they tried their best means alot. I will be going back to have my tooth extracted in a few weeks.

Dr Hazan is so knowledgeable about Dentistry!! He has a state of the art, modern, dental office. He and his staff are professional and courteous. I was in Orlando for a funeral when I developed a terrible tooth ache. He meet me at 10:00AM on a Sunday, and provided me with the best dental care available anywhere. I hate to see theses negative reviews in regards to the price. There are so many factors that determine the price of a service regardless of what that service is. If you dont agree, then go else where. The old saying you get what you pay for, could not be more true in this case. Not taking into account the years of dedication, money etc to become a health care provider, opening your business up after hours cost money!! Finding competent staff willing to be on call in case a patient needs you is huge. How many of you would give up an entire weekend to do nothing but sit by the phone in case you are needed? Do you think paying them for that commitment is crazy? NO so stop bitching and pay for the service, the convenience, the expertise that you are given. Woke up with tooth pain and they saw me right away. Staff was friendly and they even worked with me on the payment. I was very appreciative! Not only did he welcome me in on Thanksgiving Day, he did an entire root canal in less than one hour. There was no pain and no anxiety. Excellent patient care and chair side manner. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend him to anyone !!

Completely illegal and immoral practice from the TV in the waiting room that is extremely loud to block out his patients screams to restraining adults without consent and refusing to give them a break to barely using novacaine or sedation to doing and later charging for work the patient never knew was needed until after it was completed.Any similar experiences who reach out to me, will be contacting on whether or not theyll be willing to help in pursuit of legal justice.

The dentist and staff were amazing! I had a very painful cavity and called the office after seeing all the posotive reviews. They were very helpful and gave me a Saturday appointment because of the pain. I showed up at 930am, and was out the door, pain free, with a new tooth at noon. Dr. Hazan is a great dentist with amazing “bedside” manners. His practice is top-notch and incredibly accommodating with my work schedule. I never have issues getting in to see Dr. Hazan, even on weekends! I highly recommend him for all of your dental needs.

I went to see this Dentist to have a tooth pulled and to get another tooth capped. I was in pain with a abscess. I filled out and signed all of the forms given to me and presented them with my insurance card (united health care). They took an x-ray and the hygienist said I had to take antibiotics and come back in three days.I returned for my appointment and the Hygienist told me that the work I wanted done would be $3800.00 at this point I knew I would not return as that was a very high price based on what I was told by other dentists.I asked them to just do the extraction. The price to pull one tooth was about 900. Wow!. but the insurance company would pay the difference of the $400 I was to pay. (This is where they get you) so ok cool, here is my $400 get it done.2 months after the work they called me and said that my insurance company would only pay a lessor amount and I now owe the difference.so let me get this straight...you spoke with my insurance company, you knew what they would pay, you also knew that hidden in the paperwork I signed it said if insurance didnt pay the balance I would then be liable.So bottom line, you over charge, wait to get money from insurance that you already know wont cover all of what you over charge for, then charge my debit card again without telling me. Total scam!!Then I called the office to ask why the charged my debit card again with out telling me he offered to asses my bill. after then telling me that I should get better insurance because it is published on my insurers web sight exactly what they pay and its less than most other insurance companies. Wait! hold on! so then you DID know what my insurer would pay! Again, caught in another lie!Bottom line to this review. Scam artist! Liars! Your credit card info WILL BE KEPT and you WILL be charged more later with out your permission.Overpriced scam artist! Good Job, you got me. live and learn.I hope this review will keep someone else from getting taken.

David is a exceptiinal dentist who really cares about your personal dental needs. I have had great experiences in his care over the years. (14 years iirc) Only downside is my insurance doesnt cover as much as he is not in my insurance network.I can honestly say you get what you pay for here. Quality dental work by a good friendly guy.

Dr. Hazan and all of his staff, including Tiffany who was a huge help, are amazing. The care and commitment that this dentist shows for his patients is above anything I have ever experienced before. I came in for severe trauma to my mouth and he was able to see me right away and made sure to take extreme caution to make sure that I was comfortable and receive the absolute best results. He was friendly, caring and his chair-side manner was comforting. Even when I was scared and on the verge of anxiety they all kept calm, caring and professional. His assistant, Tiffany, is a diamond, she made me feel welcomed and was always going above and beyond to help me.I would also like to point out that because of my emergency, I came across Dr. Hazan in an after-hours situation. Although, he was an out-of-network dentist for my insurance I would still highly recommend him. Not only is he a specialist but he is a top dentist throughout the entire state. When I am comparing what the contracted rates are for my in-network dentist and what I was actually charged, it actually was very comparable to what I would’ve spent at any other in-network dentist. I am VERY glad I had him do the work. I can’t say more than enough great things about this Dr. Hazan and I would highly recommend anyone to him.

Wish I can give a ZERO. As I am not foreign to the dentist chair. ANY good reviews for this dentist is FAKE! This is the worse dentist ever!!! ANY DENTIST is better than this BAD dentist!!! I made the mistake to give this dentist a try because my existing crown fell out. This terrible dentist wanted $5,995.00 for a rot canal and a new crown he said according to X-rays and that my existing crown no longer fits that I brought in with me as he threw my crown on the table telling me it does no longer fit. He would not show me the X-rays as I asked to see them 3 times and he kept changing the subject. I thought I was on some kind of a crazy TV show ( I asked if this was a joke; $5,995.00? I must be on the Ellen show.... where are the cameras I asked?).The manners of the Doctor was terrible and his assistant was not experienced enough to take X`rays properly. Like I said I am not foreign to the dentist chair. Who pays $5995.00 for a rot canal and crown. NOT ME! I left and went to Dr. Carl Weston a much better Dentist and he showed X-rays like all dentist do and shared with me that nothing wrong with my tooth and was able to fit the existing crown I brought with me...of course it fits why would it not and charged me $80.Lets see $5,995.00 or $80. RUN from this David Hazan; truly the worse dentist in the USA.

Exceptional!Dr. Hazan is an excellent dentist. He took his time to explain every procedure he was doing, he was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. He is a great professional and he has a naturally funny relaxing personality. Absolutely no pain or problems with any of the procedures I had at his office, for which I am very grateful.Dr. Hazan and his staff were always extremely professional. WHERE DOES THE GREED STOP AND THE HUMANITY KICK IN HAZAAN??? Went in with my two front teeth in the roof of my mouth from an accident that needed fixed in an emergency... Three years ago. GOT FINANCED FOR THE ENTIRE ORDEAL THAT COSTED CLOSE TO TEN THOUSAND, AND BY THE WAY PAID IN FULL (within six months same as cash financing) ... shortly thereafter my father got sick and I was out of state for over a year until I buried him. When I came back to get the rest of my work completed as soon as I was instate... he tried to tell me I needed to pay out of pocket over two hundred dollars for an xray that was already paid for in advance. Refuses to take the horrible emergency braces off my teeth without it and they are screwing up my teeth, I had perfect teeth, at least in the front and now I look terrible because of it. Never mind the various things he was prepaid for that he wont refund, the fillings,the teeth cleaning and whitening, the caps and The REMOVAL OF THESE HORRIFIC BRACES that are screwing my other teeth up.what a freaking nightmare. I wouldnt rate him one star but its the only way to leave a review. Terrible terrible service!! terribly done.. Knowing full well I couldnt afford it out of pocket expense.. he still did this to me. ROTTON GREEDY HUMAN.. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF HAZAAN!!So here I am with braces no one will touch, living in another state where I couldnt go deal with him even if I wanted to.

Dr. Hazan and Tiffany were very caring and kept us informed throughout the entire procedure when my son had his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Hazan even took him out to our vehicle in a wheelchair so he didnt have to walk to the car groggy.

Attention to all tourists and not only!!! Three months ago I went with my family to Orlando for three weeks vacations. On Friday evening my wife got tooth pain. She took pain killers but it didnt help at all. The next day around 10pm the tooth pain was so bad so we decided to look for dentist. We called emergency dentist from online. Some answering services picked up the phone and told us that to see the doc we have to pay 250USD, so we paid with the credit card and drove from Disney area about 40 min to see the dentist. When we went in we did the xray of all teeth and paid for the visit total of 320USD. The dentist said to my wife that she needs a root canal for 2500 dollars. We still had two weeks of vacations so we had no other options and everything would be fine if not the fact that 2 days ago my wife got terrible pain in the same tooth. She went to our dentist in Brazil and it was the same tooth fixed in USA. The dentist took an xray and he said that only one canal was done that is why the pain is back! Tourists if you are in Orlando for visit dont go to this place. Also, my friend who lives in USA said that 2500 for root canal without crown is way too much. It could be dont for 1600 with a crown and no xrays cost 320! So we spent 3000USD what would be ok if the job was done good, but it wasnt! Again we had to spent money on the same tooth.

Took my daughter in today for an emergency tooth extraction as she was in a lot of pain. The Dr had her pay $200+ up front and took an X-ray and then tells her it’s $485 more. If he had told her upfront , we would have told him she does not have that kind of money and saved ourselves $210 and a 2 hour wait. I am a manager of a Drs office and we are up front about all cost of patients are paying out of pocket Really crappy wat to take advantage of someone in pain. Then tells her to go get OTC pain reliever. Totally took advantage of the situation.

My husband and me went here they charged him the 300 and he paid it because he was in pain then like another story here the dentist came in and wanted to charge him 1000 to pull his tooth. He said that he had a pus pocket. Well they owe him 10 dollars and we never for it because they already dropped the money in the safe. Not going to the dentist regularly, my 1st visit to Dr. Hazan was an emergency, his office took care of me asap. Dr. Hazan saw an additional problem that I needed to take care of, but I put it off. Dr. Hazan was correct and I was in pain a few weeks later. Dr. Hazan, and his office manager (Tiffany) are great, always made me comfortable and are respectful of my time. I have read the other comments, No one likes to go or pay for a dentist, my experiences have always been what I would want, fast service and take away my pain. Dont do what I have done in the past, take care of your teeth now, in the long run you will minimize your cost and pain and keep your teeth. :o).W. Clary

Dr. Hazan is the magician behind Orlando Oral Implant Center by day, and by night and weekend he and his staff are the heros behind Orlandos best 24 Hour Emergency Dental service.Located just off of I4 north of Orlando, his offices are in buildings you drive by / pass every day if you live in the Altamonte Springs or Maitland area and super easy to get to if you live in Orlando-proper or south.His convenient location was so helpful when, at 10pm on a Friday night, I slipped and broke my front teeth nearly completely off. It as so late at night and I didnt know what to do or where to start. Thankfully by chance or by blind luck, I will never know - I found the listing for Dr. Hazans office after a frantic search for 24 Hour Emergency Dentist in Orlando.I called the 24 Hour number and immediately received information on when, where, and even how much it would cost, to be seen on Saturday morning at 8:30.Dr. Hazan and his staff saw me immediately and within 30 minutes he knew exactly what he needed to do to put me back to normal.Not only did he do just that, but the Wednesday after my accident, Dr. Hazan called me personally to see how I was doing. We made arrangements for my follow-up appointment which was later confirmed by his Dental Technician - I didnt get her name but she is absolutely one of the sweetest, most compassionate and professional ladies I have ever met.Two weeks later was my follow-up appointment, and the results are absolutely phenomenal.Dr. Hazen literally rebuilt one of my teeth back to perfection on a Saturday and for the other, he had the most beautiful crown created - his attention to detail and diligence ensured my front teeth, top and bottom, are better for this experience.His Dental Hygienist brightened my smile and taught me how to care for my crown.His Dental Technician made me smile and laugh and relax when I could do nothing but worry and be afraid.I think it goes without saying that Dr. Hazan and his staff will now be my forever-dentist.Thank you Dr. Hazan - 24 Hour Emergency Dentist, Orlando Oral Implant Center, and my hero!

I went to their office to have an emergency tooth extraction. I called on Friday and made an appt. I was told that they couldnt verify my insurance at that time, but they would give me a claim form the following week to send to my insurance company to get reimbursed . I went to the office the beginning of the next week and did receive the claim form. I took it to the post office and mailed that same day. Well after 4 weeks I called to check on the claim and they informed me that the claim form had a clause on it that the dentist office checked off that sent my money to their office . I emailed and called the office everyday for 3 days with no return calls, today I was told that I have to wait 30 days to receive my money back.....WTW why do I have to wait for my money? They checked the box on the form so my refund went to them and not me. I didnt know how to read the form so I took their word for it that it would be reimbursed to me. Did this happen to you ? Call your insurance company and see where your money is. I filed a complaint with my insurance and the BBB is next .

Honestly, I am glad this place exists for emergencies, but not too happy with the service. I went in this past weekend with half of my face inflamed, poofy, in extreme pain and with an infection. Because I went on a Sunday, quote, We cant do your insurance today, so they were trying to do a $320 x-ray (WHAT) and a $90 exam. I toughed it out until the next day where I went into a dentist who, for free, prescribed me a painkiller and antibiotic and referred me to a surgeon. THATS how you do it. I went to the surgeon who gave me a normal x-ray (not some crazy panoramic nonsense they were telling me about here).After reading horror stories of infections like this spreading, prescribing penicillin or something to help me out before Monday (when my insurance would be accepted) would have been the nice thing to do. Penicillin is free at Publix. SO EASY just to have helped me out and not tried to rob me blind. I would have come back on Monday with insurance, but now I have looked elsewhere. If youre looking for a dentist/oral surgeon that is NOT all about the money, look elsewhere!

I brought my 21 yr old son on a monday for an abscess tooth. I was 295.00 for an xray and no dental work. Dentist was rude, hides behind a locked door that you need to be buzzed in. I do not recommend this dentist for anyone. He advertises as an emergency dentis but he is for implants. My estimate for root canal and crown was 4-6,000.00 beside the 295.00 they charged for an xray. Stay away from this place. I do not do my research but I have since learned this has happened to numerous people.

I was at your office yesterday for a broken fillingdoc WAS NOT THERE, he did teleconferencing online, he said (after I demanded to talk to him on the phone) he can not repair and only prescribed antibiotics; mayor work is needed. I made an appointment for my husband, he had been suffering fron a molar and we were advice to extract it, Dr. Hazan made the extraction in minutes and no pain ay all!!! We are very eased with Orlando Oral Implant C3nter services.

Tooth was breaking and finally it started to hurt over the scale of 10. Went to them on emergency and they took care of it.

What a sham....do not go here! Here is how it plays out. I went in for an extraction on a weekend because of extreme pain and expected to pay a little more for the service because of that. Upon arrival I was told to fill out paperwork. I did. After that I was brought to the counter and told the cost for my services that day would be close to $300 and was instructed to pay before services were even rendered. So I did because I was in pain. After I paid they took x-rays and then told me to be seated. After a few minutes dentist comes in looks at my mouth and then leaves. A few minutes later assistant comes back in and says the cost for today will be $,1,500......yes $1,500 for one extraction. Do you believe that? After being told $300 and paid, it now will cost me $1,800 for an extraction. I immediately left and went somewhere else the same day (Saturday) and had the whole thing done for $250 including xrays, extraction and all. Beware of this office and their procedures......it is a joke. Stay away unless you have money to waste.......

Warning do not go here if you do ask how much will your extraction will be or any work that your getting done..this is a scam office I mean look at all the bad reviews...red flag #1 is the office is empty..he makes his money by getting you to pay 400 for an ex ray and then tell you u need thousands for repairs and frankly he doesnt give a hoot if you dont get the work done because he just collected the 400,mine u I went for a simple extraction and he came back and said 6500 for every thing I said no just the one tooth and he said 1100..I went to a dentist the next day and got it done for $155.00...Im not a violent person but boy did I want to sock him in the mouth and his assistant just like the other reviews say she doesnt have a clue whats shes doing...people read reviews before you go any where thats where I messed up at...BUT PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS MAN...I COULD HAVE USED THAT MONEY FOR MY DAUGHTER SCHOOL CLOTHES....
