Words cant even begin to express the gratitude that I along with my family especially my youngest daughter have for Dr. Duncan! His transparent and authentic care and Professionalism was Top Shelf! Unfortunately my Daughter had developed some serious issues that required a few surgeries. Dr. Duncan was there to assist us all the way. He would even call in the late afternoon to check in and make sure that my daughter was well. It just doesnt stop with Dr. Duncan but the Leadership he demonstrates just naturally flows down to his staff. They are second to none. Thank you Dr. Duncan and Thank you to your Team for your incredible care! I without any hesitation recommend Dr. Duncan!

My daughter recently had 8 baby teeth removed. We chose Dr. Duncan not only because he was highly recommended but because of his wonderful bedside manner. From the moment he met my 12-year-old he began explaining the upcoming procedure in terms she could understand. He walked her through what she could expect step by step and really helped to put her at ease. The day of the procedure went exactly as he had described, with no surprises to either my daughter or my husband or myself. Everyone in his office from the minute you walk in the door — receptionist, assistants, the anesthesiology team — are extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. We left with detailed aftercare instructions and we received two calls afterward to make sure she was doing ok. When it’s time for her wisdom teeth to come out in a few years, there is no question who her doctor will be. Thank you Dr. Duncan and staff for your amazing care!!

We just moved to the area and unexpectedly had to find an oral surgeon urgently to take care of my teenage daughters painful, impacted wisdom tooth. In search of an outstanding oral surgeon within my insurance network was a challenge to say the least. I think Dr. Levy was our second consultation appointment and I was skeptical because there was no review of this surgeon anywhere.....After reading his profile and deciding to give him a chance because he had an impressive school back ground, I called and made an appointment and it was the right decision.Today was our post op follow up appointment and we couldnt be happier with the entire experience from the consultation to the surgery to the finish. How often does the surgeon actually call you him or herself to check status on your kid same day? Dr. Levy is fantastic, was wonderful with my kid and we were so pleased with his expertise and patient care. He thoroughly answered all of our questions until we were satisfied and provided just the right amount of pre and post education of the surgery which helped immensely.The front desk staff is also stellar! Always welcoming with a smile! So I have decided to review Dr. Levy for those who might be unsure to call his office! Give him a chance! He and his office staff will sweep you off your feet!They will take really great care of your child and you! Thank you, Dr. Levy and staff! Great job!

These guys are literally stealing money from customers.. very expensive place to do any treatment. Please check other places first. The consultation fee is equivalent to complete treatment cost in another place. I saved $1900 by choosing different dentist for a single visit cost..VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

The doctors and nurses are all amazing. Dr. Levy is spectacular, he removed my wisdom teeth and the next day I was able to eat a cheeseburger (cut up of course). I totally recommend going all the way under with general anesthesia and the extra numbing. Compared to previous dental procedures where sedation was used the anesthesia was definitely better there was little nausea following and I could think straight as soon as I got in the car to go home. With the extra numbing I had pretty much no pain, I took the heavy pain meds to help me sleep the 3 nights following surgery and once right after the procedure. I had very little swelling after surgery and that little swelling went away within 5 days. As far as surgery goes it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this practice.

Everyone in this office was very professional and really friendly. My teenage son needed all 4 wisdom teeth removed, the entire procedure was shown to us by video first then the nurse explained everything once more and finally the Dr Duncan came in and explained every step again. This put us at ease. The postop instructions were explained to me several times to ensure I knew how to care for my son. I will recommend this office to anyone needing an oral surgeon.

Dr. Levy and the staff at this location were great to work with, very knowledgeable and also wonderful with our child. Very friendly demeanors. We are thankful they made this experience as easy as it could be.

Dr Levy helped me with my lower wisdom teeth. The whole surgery took around 5 minutes, his action were precise and accurate, so my healing was as quick as possible and almost with no pain.

Unfortunately, 1 star is all that I can provide. I would first like to say that this is the very first review I have ever written and posted. The appointment staff and Dr. Duncan were professional and informative. However, the staff member, Sue, who was supposed to explain procedures, cost, insurance coverage, etc. was rude, rushed through the process and acted as though she were offended when I asked a question regarding my portion of the cost for Dr. Duncans services. She also stated that the anesthesiologist that Dr. Duncan used was out of network and would cost an additional $1100. When I explained that I could not afford to use an out of network anesthesiologist and asked for other options, she stated there was nothing she could do about it. I left the office and called to speak to the office manager who apologized for the unprofessional behavior and said that she would follow up with me the next day. Unfortunately, the office manager did not follow up as was indicated.
