RA Dental studio makes going to the dentist a nice experience for a change. The office is clean and modern and the staff is amazing! Everyone is personable and professional. If youre not seeing a dentist regularly, give them a try and youll keep coming back for sure!

What a WASTE OF TIME! This place is SO disorganized. I called to make sure they take my insurance. I show up then tell me they don’t and send me home. They get me an appointment with a dentist that is in their practice that IS in my insurance. I take off work AGAIN to show up AND I’m TOLD THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE? I have to take off work for this… such a waste of my time. GO SOMEWHERE MORE ORGANIZED!!!

I have never been so happy with my care at RA Dental Studio. Being someone that suffers from extreme sensitivity on my gums I have completely put my trust in my doctor, hygienist and all the dental assistants. During an emergency they made sure I was comfortable during my procedure, I was made aware of everything going on, and handled with care . Going to a dentist during a pandemic can be scary but not at RA Dental. They do a great job keeping everyone safe while still providing excellent customer service. I am a current dental patient of RA Dental Studio. Let me first mention that I have the worst dentist phobia on planet Earth and my beloved dentist from childhood had retired after 30 years. I had some horrific experiences with dentists after his retirement but that all changed once I discovered Dr. Akbar and her amazing staff almost 2 years ago.Unfortunately, I have genetic dental issues that require more than my fair share of time in the dentists chair. Dr. Akbar took the time to understand my issues and perform the necessary procedures to heal them all while being kind, professional and heart-warming. She always sees the look of fear and terror in my eyes when its time for a procedure requiring a needle and she never fails to be gentle, comforting and sympathetic.Her office staff is beyond amazing and always treats me like an old family friend at each of my appointments.Id highly recommend the awesome team at RA Dental Studio and truly appreciate all of them for going out of their way to always make me feel safe and comfortable during these Covid times. So this is probably the best dentist I have ever been to! I was in a lot of pain and called them as a new patient and they gave me an appointment that morning. When I came in, everyone in the office was genuinely concerned about me, and was very kind. Dr. Akbar and Shonda were especially amazing and was to alleviate my pain! I am a CIGNA Gold member. New to the city we found this dentist and confirmed they accepted CIGNA dental. They set me up with Dr. Asemota (GREAT DENTIST)! My daughter came home from college and booked an appointment. I received Out of Network charges from CIGNA and called. The billing staff denied all knowledge of Out of Network. I had to get PROOF from CIGNA - they advised Dr. Asemota was not in Network & I had seen Dr. Akbar - I advised I had never seen Dr. Akbar. After returning with PROOF they admitted Dr. Asemota was on some type of trial with CIGNA for 6 months. I would never know of this trial or that it had ended. Their top billing specialist agreed to me paying 1/2 of out of network costs. The office later sent a reminder that I had $2000.00 in benefits that were not used. REALLY RA DENTAL? VERY POOR EXPERIENCE. I will post this experience on all Social Media platforms. I paid it because I value my credit score & did not find any resolution contacting them directly.

If you value your time, pick another dental practice. First appt for routine cleaning; two hours, no cleaning completed, just x-rays. Front office manager stated she would call with next appt details..no call. I phoned her day of proposed appt, she cancelled my appt without contacting me, and then wanted to reschedule? What a mess

This is a top-notch dental studio. Everyone on Dr. Akbars team is professional, caring, and experienced. Ive received treatment at both office locations and love the staff members they are great with putting the patient at ease and meeting your needs. I recently had veneers place and they are PERFECT! They look and feel like my natural teeth. I was comfortable and well taken care of through out the whole procedure.

Dr. Asemota is a phenomenal dentist. I cannot say enough about her. She is gentle, caring, takes her time. I had severe anxiety coming to a new dentist after being with my old dentist for 10 years. But Dr Asemota and the whole office, especially the dental assistants (Daphne and Larice) are so caring and loving. My anxiety was non-existent by the time I was done with my appointment. I will definitely be going back to them, and have even referred my mother in law to them. They always make sure I am okay during the visits and pay attention to every detail. Every one is lovely to interact with in this office/practice, from the receptionists, to the assistants, and especially Dr. Asemota.

I had a appointment for general checkup and cleaning. After checkup, they came up with more than 2K bill and asking for deep cleaning. And rejected regular cleaning which insurance allows.Just not sure how they’re not providing services that insurance is providing.

Had a dental emergency shortly before moving out of the country—and one day after my dental coverage ended. RA studios saw me quickly, treated the emergency, and didn’t push me into services I couldn’t afford at such a tough time. It was absolutely painless and they kept me at ease the entire time. First off I want to say the customer service is absolutely amazing! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted by the receptionist Jenna who introduced herself to me and shook my hand. My wait time was very minimal, but the reception area has a nice variety of refreshments in case you do have to wait. My dental hygienists were both amazing! They kept me laughing and made me forget I was at the dentist! Dr. Asemota was kind and caring and provided me with great recommendations to achieve my best smile. I had dental work at RA Dental with Dr. Rader. He is very thorough and easily puts your mind at ease. His assistants are amazing as well and well trained. Its more modern of a dental office than I was accustomed to, but I found it to be a very functional office. All the tools they use seem first rate. Overall, A+ experience!

In my experience the treatment was very painful, they don’t care about patiens, I can’t finish my treatment because I told and write several times about my pain but thay didn’t hear me.I still in pain and I try to find a professional that help me, now I pay all but need start again and I feel I lost my money in this treatment that brings me more concerns about my dental health than solutions. The staff people are very kind is such a good people but the treatment was one of the terrible experince to me.

Scheduling my routine cleaning and check-up was easy. The first impression of RA Dental Studio was really good. Dr. Asemota and office staff were polite and professional. The office was very clean. The cleaning/check-up went as expected.Two weeks later I returned for fillings, which was handled by Dr. Akbar. I have to say this experience set RA Dental Studio apart for me. Dr. Akbar fixed two previous fillings on my front teeth and I couldnt be happier. She was polite and professional. The dental hygienist was kind and took her time polishing my teeth after the filling. Overall I felt cared for and in good hands.

I normally dont write reviews but this office definitely is after only mone . And not the patients best interest or needs. I visited this place because I wanted to go in for a cleaning. Which was due. Ive been wanting for find a right dentist office that would work with my insurance and affordable pricing. This is definitely not the Place. From the start they forcefully reccomend extended work than what u originally asked for. They make you feel that you definitely need that course of action . I have insurance. But their claims associates didnt even do a proper search for what the costs could be . Came to find later that theyre not in my ppo insurance but rather a premier provider. Therefore the amount of money for the service I was provided was sky high. They inflate their prices. So much. Very unsatisfied with their service.. there are no more decent Drs. Out there anymore.. they just see patients with insurance and without as $$$ signs. Such pitty. PLEASE. Do more research and save yourselves from any headaches from this place.

They have convenient hours, its easy to get an appointment, the staff is friendly, the location is convenient, and the space is clean. The staff is also knowledgeable and I havent been constantly upsold for additional products or services. My only frustration is that more often than not over the years they have run at least 30 minutes behind schedule. At my most recent appointment they were running 40 minutes behind, but once they brought me in the back my cleaning was done in less than 20 minutes. Overall, the pros far outweigh the con so I will continue to be a patient here. They have taken good care of me over the years.

I was visiting the area, bit into a sandwich and bam a front crown was loose. Stumbled into this place and they were AMAZING. Got me in with no appointment, were so kind and professional. I felt like I was in a close friends house not a dentist office. They went out of their way to solve my problem and when they discovered the extent and that it couldnt be fixed in one visit they found a way to keep the crown in until I got home and to my own dentist. If I lived in the area, this is where I would definitely go. Highly reccomend!

All staff very cordial and personable. Reasonable charge of 99.00 for initial visit which included x-rays, gum disease evaluation and exam. Quoted a cleaning cost of 300.00+ and 1500.00 for a crown. Both of these are extremely high so I won’t be back.

RA provides top-notch dentistry for affordable prices in an elegant office in Alpharetta.
