If you have any OTHER options, please go there!!! COMMUNICATION IS HORRIBLE!!!! Especially if there is ANY money that you will have to pay out of pocket and possibly need a refund. Youll have to jump through hoops to get it back! Unfortunately, I didnt realize this was how they operate until I was caught in the middle of it trying to obtain my refund. They will take forever to send the claim to your insurance...send MULTIPLE (like 6) claims even after theyve been paid. Tell you that it takes 4-6 weeks for a refund to be issued. Only to never answer the phone, not return voicemails or respond to emails. Its amazing how quickly they will take money from you, but drag their feet and try to avoid you when its time to give you money. The Alpharetta office is very rude and condescending (especially Roberta) and are completely useless when you have an issue. They are quick to make excuses and really dont try to help come to a resolution. They claim they cant issue refunds in the office and you have to reach out to billing. But thats not going to happen. They never answer! I was then told that all refunds have to be requested and the CFO has to approve it. Why does the CFO have to approve returning money that is rightfully mine away?! Then Roberta actually had the unmitigated gall and audacity to give me a copy of my account statement which CLEARLY shows I have a LARGE (over $1k) credit on my account and has been that way since August. Why such a delay in returning whats not yours?! I shouldve followed my first mind and found another surgeon after my experience during the consultation visit (which they still havent filed with the insurance and are now taking it out of what they owe me). I only went with them because thats who the dentist recommended. Next time, Ill do more research!!! DEFINITELY WONT RETURN HERE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM!!!!!

Do not go here!!! They did not tell me all that they would be doing for my surgery, and the consequences are now permanent. Also, they over charged me by over $300, and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get my money back. It’s been over a month since my request and several follow ups. I only got a reply today that they received my refund request, a month later, because I called the clinic and had them call the office manager, Brenda, to get any information. Roberta at the office was the only helpful one in moving my refund along. I’m appreciative to her for going above and beyond for me.

Dr. Digamurthi and Dr. Bagheri are exceptional in their field. I had the pleasure of being cared for by both of them. I had the most painless and quick procedure followed by very fast recovery. I did not even need to rely on pain medication after the procedure. Highly recommended!

Dr. Bagheri did a great job with my wisdom teeth removal. However the billing process is a complete nightmare. Their billing manager, Brenda Martinez, does not return calls or emails at all, especially when the practice owes you a refund. Save yourself the hassle and get the job done at a practice that has equally good medical staff but also has competent office staff.

They fully explain everything, devoting you their full attention. They put me at ease and my recovery was much faster than I expected. Thank you

During consults and surgery, Dr Shin shows great respect for his patients. Instead of talking over the minor to the parent, he talks to the minor. Even when they become adults he still shows them he cares! He takes his time during the consult making sure to address any concerns. The staff is nice, compassionate and caring even over the financial obligation.

I am writing to express how thankful I am to Dr. Bagheri, as he defined all the odds when it came to my oral surgery. Ive had 2 procedures, including a very difficult tooth removal and 2 implants. And, I must admit that Ive not taken a single pain pill after any of the surgery. His level of skill surpasses any dental experience Ive ever come across. My teeth are back to normal. I called to inquire estimates of wisdom teeth extractions. The person who answered was great, but when I called back in the afternoon, no one was answering the phone and I didn’t get a call back either. I want to say the best time to reach staff would be in mornings. So that’s the only issue I had which isn’t even really an issue. Otherwise, they scheduled me next day and even said my procedure could be the day after my consult or even same day! Which is a great option if you seriously need your wisdom teeth removed. During COVID, they are checking temperatures at the front desk, staff are wearing masks, they have a plexiglass shield, and they provide hand sanitizer.In terms of my procedure. Dr. Shin was professional and very attentive. I went with local anesthesia and he was vocal in letting me when I’d feel pressure and also check in on me when I was wincing to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. The procedure went by quick as I only had two that needed to be removed.They were running behind schedule buuuut it’s a doctor’s office so it’s expected.

Unfortunately, I had a lot of experience with medical offices and they are not always in line with one’s expectations. However, I am happy to be able to say that I highly recommend this office. The wait time is reasonable, the staff is courteous, caring and professional. Dr. Bagheri is everything you can hope for given his extensive experience and reputation. In addition to his exceptional professionalism, he is compassionate and caring and has extraordinary bedside manner! Thank you!

This place is really bad about scheduling. It happened twice to us in last 2 weeks that we have appt scheduled, we take day off work and bring our kid to the appointment and they tell us doctor is not even there that day and we dont even have appoitment scheduled.

His support staff (Sam, and many more) were persistent and worked as my (the patients’) advocate when coordinating with my insurance. With the help of Dr. Bagheri I was given the chance to avoid having a lot of gruesome scars on my face due to a trauma I incurred. He did an impeccable job at not only reconstructing my nose after the accident but using the scars I got from my accident in order to avoid adding more incisions for the procedure. He is very kind and patient, and will explain in depth to you anything he can to calm your nerves. Aside from the actual surgery his expansive knowledge allowed for a consultation that could give me confidence in his ability and show me his ability to notice what others may not or are just not privy to in their array of competency.

Was not impressed with the whole experience. Scheduled an appointment to have some work done and paid half the cost in advance. In canceling the procedure request refund of my money, was not a small amount, and have yet not received it. This was the end of February and now it is May. Have made numerous phone and have yet to return the call. I am not pleased with this situation.

I had Dr. Shin extract two of my wisdom teeth with no complications and healed up perfectly. He was thorough in answering any concerns I had before, during, and after the procedure. Throughout the whole process he was very genuine in what he recommended and was easy to make conversation with.

Excellent surgeon that did what I thought would never be possible. Going through two unsuccessful nose reconstruction surgeries in past 15 years (severely deviated septum fixation, one was done in Russia and one was here in US) I completely lost any confidence in ability of surgeons to fix my problems with breathing. Gave up and gave myself a word to never ask a maxillofacial doctor for help. Which is understandable: two surgeries - two failures. Continuous migraines, sleepless nights, always tired, this list can go on and on if you cannot breath through your nose. So, I asked my friend dentist to find a good-good doctor that will be able to help. Thats how I met Dr. Bagheri. We went through consultations, did paperwork, and he operated on me. Honestly, I was good bit sceptical even three days after the surgery. But, its been a week now and I am breathing, breathing like a healthy human-being supposed to. Thank you very much Doc.For those who will read this review and is looking for help with problem like mine, you will find solution in his clinic and he will fix you.

I was referred to Georgia Oral & Maxillofacial. These folks are very helpful, friendly when I arrived, and willing to do what it takes to make things happen.Dr. Bagheri is an amazing and confident doctor who listened, answered all my questions, and assured me that the problem would be taken care of. While not a very serious procedure it is complicated and having his reassurance made things very easy.

I went to the Morris road (Alpharetta) location this afternoon and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! First the waiting room is tiny, there is not even enough room for everyone. You can hear people on the phone discussing other patient’s medical information. This is my second time coming to this center. My first time was when they scheduled me for a consultation but when I got there, they said I did not have an appointment. So today I went back waited for over an hour for an appointment I had at 11:40 and then the receptionist acted like she did not have my insurance information or referral form. Then I went back to see the doctor finally and he was like why are you here? I said my orthodontist referred me, he looked at my paperwork and said you need jaw surgery. My orthodontist already told me that I did not need it!!! Then while I was talking, he answered his phone which was so rude!!!!! But he did give me the records my ortho had sent which were pitiful (from Atlanta school of orthodontics). The records where small images of my face that’s it!!! Then he said so you want jaw surgery or not???

I went here for 10 min wait for a interview, before I came the lady Hannah had a very very very nasty attitude on the phone, which gave me red flags, so i said maybe it’s how i took it on the phone. So I went there the same lady has a attitude. Before I even went to the back there was two lady’s talking about me as if I i didn’t hear them, another red flag. Which made me more uninterested working at a such horrible place. I even over heard this Hannah lady say something smart to the people working there. Rather you going there as a patient or be employed be aware of the rude attitudes there. Lastly I wouldn’t accept employement from here if it was the last thing on earth.

I was referred to Dr. Bagheri for my wisdom teeth removal by a family friend. He is friendly, professional, and helpful. He had me in and out on surgery day within an hour or so. Everything went smooth and I was healed quickly within a little over a week and a half. On the 5th day after surgery I was having a few complications, so I called his office and they told me to come in. The nurses and Dr. Bagheri were leaving soon yet he saw me and gave me his time. His office is decorated nicely and clean. I would definitely recommend him!

On the contrary, their bedside manner is one of reassurance and upmost care. I have had terrible experiences with dentists and oral surgeons in the past. I have been traumatized by improper care and Dr. Bagheri and his staff take this into consideration with every single consultation and treatment. They strive consistently to relieve anxiety, explain thoroughly, and treat patients carefully. I tell everyone I know that this team of professionals is the best in Georgia (especially if you have had bad experiences). They are wonderful doctors and good people.
