After waiting 35 minutes after check in, Dr. Jefferies was very aggressive when doing my exam even after I told her I had pain. I felt like I was NOT heard when discussing symptoms. I will not be going back or referring to her. HORRIBLE Experience!

Dr. Jeffries is amazing! She is so very kind, understanding, and professional. She went above and beyond for both myself and my daughter, as we have both had procedures done here. She put us at ease and treated us with with kindness and respect. I HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone.

I was a bit nervous when I went for my appointment for a molar extraction and an implant. The entire staff made me feel at ease- from beginning to end. Dr. Joyce Jeffries has a great personality; but most importantly, she is a magnificent surgeon. I left with well written instructions, which I followed carefully, and I have not had any problem with my surgery. I did not have to take the stronger pain pills. I have not taken any pain pills for that matter. I am very happy with the procedure and the entire experience. I was in intense pain from my wisdom teeth and needed help ASAP. They got me in the very next day, did the exam and got my teeth out in like 2 1/2 hours! Dr. Jeffries -HARASSMENT!!!!So, my wife gave this place a one star for our experience when our daughter went there about a year ago about how dramatic and unprofessional the Drs staff were. Our daughter just went in and Dr. Jeffries herself and 2 other staff cornered her in a room alone and harassed her about the review that my wife had left. That is the most messed up thing ever! Going through a child to get to a parent! WT...Our daughter was really scared.

I just had my Wisdom tooth removal here and they were awesome. Every single person was so nice and comforting and took really good care of me after despite their busyness, Would definitely recommend to any one in need of dental surgery.

Horrible experience!!! If I can give a zero star I would. First I made my appointment all set n done. Then I get a call that I need to make an appointment. So confusing and irritating. When I get called this morning to remind me I was not told to call them while in my car nor did they tell me that I had to pay 250.00 for x-rays at check in. Why not say that when making the appointment? Or calling to confirm the appointment? they put a sticky note on the paperwork I have to fill out with the amount to pay. Like really? When last week I got the same thing done at no cost at an orthodontist and didnt pay a cent for consultation and the type of x-rays they were. I coulda saved my gas time and effort today. But nothing but a waste of time. Called my dentist to refer us to someone else. Bad business practice. Obviously they are struggling with their business. ****In response to the business reply. Nope, no fee was disclosed at time of scheduling. Nor I expect it for free. I have insurance but I was given amount regardless of insurance. I wasnt informed either when I was called that I had to stay in my car. It would have helped. I walked up to a locked door and had look around for a sign with a full on paragraph on what to do next. Talk about scavenger hunt for service. Nope regardless of explanation still bad experience. Wont have my business and wont recommend. Its all about money not about the service for this place. Talk about first impressions should have had me staying away.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Could not recommend enough, even with the whole pandemic the process was very easy. Got all four wisdom teeth removed and the healing process was easy and there was barely any swelling. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and confident + Dr. Jeffries was probably the nicest doctor I’ve ever had!

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Jeffries and her team, I think their names were Anthony and Tamira (apologies if I have the name wrong). They made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process, answering any questions I had. They went above and beyond and had the utmost care for my wellbeing. This is the day after and my healing process has already progressed faster than I could have imagined, the sockets of the removal are almost completely closed and I have no pain or swelling. I one hundred percent recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. The front desk was also extremely accommodating even though I arrived quite earlier than scheduled, my sincere and utmost thanks to all at this wonderful place.

I feel like 1 star is not even deserved. This doctor and her team were extremely unprofessional and our experience with them was traumatizing. I would never ever recommend her and her team to anyone. I left her office so upset. I was left waiting and wondering for hours about my father and his procedure. We had to see another specialist after because there work was horrible. They are the worst team in the city and we will never forget our experience with them.

I was referred to Dr. Jeffries for my sons supernumerary tooth that a local (and highly recommended) oral surgeon could not take out because of supposed sedation issues with my son. The surgeon stopped in the middle of the procedure and provided no follow up to my repeated phone calls/inquiries to alternatives.After many months we went to Dr. Jeffries and got the tooth out with no problem. Consultation and surgery in the same week, efficient and smooth.

Great experience, the staff was so understanding and patient with my son and his nerves. I was comfortable with the facility, the office is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Horrible experience. While Dr Jeffries was kind, the rest of the staff had no compassion or empathy toward my daughter before and after the surgery. My daughter was released while she was still under the effects of the anesthesia. She was literally shaking from the trauma of the surgery and when she was brought out to the patient exit, was unable to speak or clearly communicate. The staff member that brought her out was indifferent to the condition that she was in as he explained to me the after care procedures. She could not walk and had to be carried from the wheel chair to the car and from the car inside the house after we arrived home. I spoke to Jeffries the next day and requested her to train her staff to treat her patients with more respect and consideration. I also spoke to orthodontist who had referred us to Cottonwood and was advised that this was not the first time they had heard of rough patient treatment.

This place is GREAT! They fit in my father-in-law within a day for emergency extractions. He was treated so well. This office is highly professional from Katrina at the front desk (and scheduler) to Precious (the assistant) and especially Dr. Jeffries. She is a breath of fresh air -- positive, kind, caring, and great at her job! We will return to this office again, if needed, and will send our friends here too.

This office was very professional and friendly. My 12 year old had to have a tooth extracted and they made the process very easy and calm. Dr Jefferies is so kind and gentle. We will definitely be back in a couple of years for wisdom teeth removal.

I had my wisdom teeth removed and developed a dry socket and they packed me with medication but i still have the hole and i have to flush it free of food great service and care but why do i still have the hole

My husband has a lesion on his tongue and was quoted a couple different options. We decided it was best to have all of it taken care of at once and paid the money. Then after a scan, consultation, and biopsy they told us to come back in 2 weeks for the biopsy results and stitches to be removed. They didnt remove the entire lesion and then said we would have to pay more to have that done. Verbal contracts done right over the phone dont mean squat. When talking about pricing insist on a written estimate before even going in for a consult. Not trustworthy and rude.

Dr. Jeffries is very experienced and gave my wife all the pros/cons of her having wisdom teeth pulled in her 30s. After everything was discussed, my wife decided to have them extracted, even though there were risks mentioned. In the end, everything turned out perfect and none of the risks mentioned occurred. Dr. Jeffries was very thorough and gentle with how she handles things along with being extremely knowledgeable. Her staff also has a great attitude. Thank you!

Great Doctor had my 12 year old wisdom teeth removed everything went good , Good Doctor and good staff highly professional place.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth extracted.I was incredible nervous, so nervous that I was shaking. I had feared getting my wisdom teeth taken out for a very long time. I came in was very nervous, as Dr. Jeffries could clearly tell. I was sat down in the operating room and was given a blanket and they then put me to sleep. I woke up in a recovery room (Yes, this office allows their patients time to recover unlike other places who kick you out as soon as the operation is complete). I was given 10-20 minutes to recover. I had absolutely no pain after the surgery. They told me that the 3rd or 4th day after the operation would be the most painful but I honestly didnt even need the medication I was given. These people are absolutely amazing! They made my experience a great experience; I had such little pain after the wisdom teeth were removed that I only used a few Ibuprofen. I was told that the extraction sites would take 4 - 6 weeks to heal but theyre already almost completely healed on week 2. I still wash the sockets out as I was told, but their minimal damage to my gums has allowed my sockets to heal very quickly. I even had absolutely no swelling, which was great! 10/10 would visit again!

I was 20 yrs old when I was told to get my wisdom teeth out. Because of fear, I waited 20 yrs to finally get it done. A few months ago I went to Dr. Jeffries because she had high reviews. The office staff, techs and Dr. Jeffries put me at total ease. From start to finish - it was an amazing experience! She was very caring, down-to-earth and so sweet. I closed my eyes and woke up - done! This 40yr old was in the recovery room sitting next to a child - also recovering...lol! No complications and very minimal pain. Shes really great at what she does. Dont wait like I did. I highly recommend this place! 👍🏼

I got my daughters procedure cancelled at 7: 30 am. 30 minutes before her actual procedure which was 2 weeks preescheduled and confirmed the day before. What a lack of professionalism and careless treatment for patients. When trying to reschedule I was descriminated and had to wait for other patients to confirm their procedures even do my daughters was preeschedule at 8 am.

Staff and doctor were very nice and professional. My child went in scared but doctor put us at ease after meeting with her. She explained everything clearly and was great.

After a problem with insurance approval, and a fairly lengthly back and forth between the insurance company, their front desk staff, and the office manager (the doctors husband), they assured me everything for my daughter was good to go. They had me make the 5 hour drive to Albuquerque with no intention of doing my daughters surgery, to waste my time and money. Only for the doctor to have lengthly heated conversation in front of my children that she has a bad taste in her mouth, and wont do the surgery. To make matters worse I walk out of the exam room to have all the staff standing in the hall like it was some sort of side show. I found the staff to be rude, unprofessional, and care more about reviews than their patients. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else, or be prepared to be jerked around and humiliated.

Every single staff is extraordinarily nice! We came from Clovis, NM for our 9yr old son and it was 100% worth it. I could not have prayed for my son to be in better hands. Dr. Jeffries was kind enough to call the day after surgery (mind you it was 4th of July) to check on our son. We are so very thankful and blessed. My son was in zero pain the next day and has been doing amazing. Dr. Jeffries and her staff know what they are doing and take care of their patients.

Came from Santa Fe to see Dr. Jeffries to get my wisdom teeth removed. Doctor was nice at first but then humuliated me in front of her assistants. She made a very unprofessional and mortifying comment about my teeth. She had me in tears when I left. I will never be returning and I highly not recommend this place.
