After years of putting off going to the dentist i chipped a tooth forcing me to go in. Dr. Cotter was fantastic and gave me an honest full assessment of what I was looking at. After that the office manager went over the financial options and helped make sure I was comfortable with the plan of attack. Everyone was fantastic even though i am not an easy patient to put up with. Very pleased with the whole experience.

My experience here was overall very good. The staff are very friendly and they gave me a really cool coffee mug after my visit. If you are looking for a new dentist ,I would recommend trying out this place.

I had a root canal/crown and two fillings done by Dr. O. Two years later I’m having to get a new crown from a different dentist. My new dentist also said the fillings that were filled was not done correctly and they were going to have to fix them at my next visit. Albuq dentist might be able to get you in that day and help temporarily but now I have to pay twice for a crown that didn’t even need a crown to begin. And go through it all again. Also, when I called back today to tell them I wouldn’t be getting a cleaning and told them what happened, she didn’t offer any condolences and just said okay have a good day!

I was in Albuquerque on a business trip. I had chipped my back molar eating a steak. Looked for a dentistry practice that could take me asap. I found Albuquerque Dentistry off of Eubank. I was greeted by April, the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful. Rachael, the lead dental assistant, was very assertive and efficient. She had a hard working personality...and Dr. Brandon Cotter was extremely friendly and talkative. He sat down with me and showed me all the X-rays and imagining they had conducted. He explained the options thoroughly. The one thing that definitely stood out was his bed side manners ...A+...Dr. Cotter called me back the following day to see how I was doing. Great dentistry practice and amazing staff...Highly recommended.

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous about taking my 10 year old daughter here as she’s only been seen by pediatric dentists in the past. Boy, was I wrong! Kayla, the dental hygienist was phenomenal! She is warm, friendly, and engaging. She did an awesome job of talking to me about my daughters teeth and offered cool brush cleaning tips and techniques. Dr. Aragon is an excellent dentist. He’s personable and is inviting to questions and dialogue. He wants to make sure that you leave the office understanding next steps and is totally receptive to hearing concerns and addressing them. Cesar, the office manager was so helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about out of pocket costs and payment plans they offer. He takes out the complicated process of figuring out deductibles because he does all the work for you! He is honest and transparent and is on point in his follow up. What an amazing team! I’m so glad I found this dentistry. They now have another loyal patient who will continue to go back for my dental needs and checkups!

Dr. Aragon and and staff go above and beyond. I needed extensive dental work and avoided it for many years. I cant say enough about how I was treated and cared for, last post op was this morning and my outcome was much better than I ever thought possible. I showed up for my appointment and waited more than 20 minutes in the lobby before any staff came out to get me checked in. I had scheduled the earliest available appointment because I had a team meeting to facilitate at work that morning and thought I would surely not have to worry about being late as my appointment was scheduled for two hours before I needed to be at my meeting. I could hear the staff laughing and joking in the back as I waited. Some one finally came to the front to help me. I hurried through everything hoping that maybe if we hurried they could finish my exam and cleaning. I was there for a. Hour and a half and it took that long to wait for someone to help me, get x-rays, and have my teeth examined. I had no choice but to forego my cleaning as they had already taken up much of the time by having me wait around while they were in the back joking with one another. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and chose not to return for any further dental needs because I do not want to go somewhere that is not considerate or respectful of a patients time.

I recently moved to Albuquerque and became a patient at Albuquerque Dentist Office. I needed some cleaning done and Kayla Vandiver, the Hygienist, did a great job. She was very competent and friendly. I recently noticed a small pit form on one of my molars, so I called the office for advice. Cesar Ortiz told me to come on over and hed squeeze me in to see Dr. Aragon between his scheduled appointments. Ten minutes later Doc was checking me out. In about five minutes, he alleviated my concerns and went ahead and filled the pit in my tooth for free! This office really helped turn a stressful day around and made me feel cared about.

I LOVE this dental team! I have been coming here for 2 years & I cant say enough great things about them. Yes, they have the latest technology and education about what they do, whether it is performing check-ups, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns, implants. They are equally knowledgeable & skilled in their payment plans, insurance filing, and detailed paperwork. They are committed to serving the community on a local level, by getting to know & serving the neighborhoods at events, and also internationally, by providing drinking water in villages. But folks, what makes the difference, is that each person in this office truly cares about YOU. I recently had an implant done, and since I did this under sedation, I needed to have a friend drive me back home. Well, the dentist and his dental assistant came with my friend to make sure that I got up the stairs safely to my apartment. I also got a follow up call. And, I have experienced no pain nor inflammation post surgery. I feel & look great. I trust Dr. Jonathan Aragon, Hygienist Kayla Vandiver, Office Manager Cesar Ortiz, Benefits Coordinator Miranda Fresquez, & Dental Assistant Angelica Torres. And I believe you will, too.

The absolute worst dental experience of my life. For 50+ years I have considered making regular dental and hygienist appointments part of my overall health plan and have never had an issue with any of the many dentists or hygienists who have treated me. The drills, crowns, tugging and flossing are just part of staying healthy. The horrific outcome I experienced being treated in this office will scar me both physically and emotionally for the rest of my life. Please, strongly consider finding a more highly recommended office for your dental care needs. Dont take a chance like I did.If you do make an appointment here and any procedures are recommended ... visit another office in order to make sure you even really need the work done at all. Closely check your insurance EOBs to make sure the charges correlate with the charges explained by the staff and the advertised promotions they utilize attempting to get people through their doors. I now have a greater understanding why their waiting room is empty almost every time I drive by ... albeit too late. Keep looking.

This was always a struggling office and has only gotten to be the worst I have ever seen and experienced. Everything from bad scheduling, changing your appointment the day before im scheduled to be at my annual cleaning. Never the same Dentist, Dentist Assistant, hygienist, office manager or employees. They charge one price and then called me the following day asking for more money. They said they charged me wrong. This office is my worst dental experience ever. Dont waste your time with this place.

Quality friendly Dentist office is hard to find in Albuquerque. Dr. Aragon office is amazing! His staff is friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and part of the family. The office is clean and up to date with technology. Dr Aragon presented options that worked for me. The Benefits coordinator worked with me to find a solution to make it affordable for me. They gave me a discount for donating a toy to help NM Dog organization. I would strongly recommend that you go visit Dr. Aragon and his staff at the Albuquerque Dentist Office. If you meet his Dental Assistant Angelica you will make a friend instantly. She made me laugh and has a great personality.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had. Dr. Is willing to work with you;) the star is friendly and very competent I highly recommend this office!

These guys have been nothing but supportive and helpful. I hadnt been to the dentist in a long, long time, and the staff here have done everything they can to take care of me physically and financially.
