Im a new patient here but Ive had 3 appointments so far and every time I have gone in, the staff and assistants are extremely kind and helpful. They speak very professionally but also so kind and comforting like if they have known you for years. The environment is very kind and comfortable. The dentist is so sweet and she really explained everything to me and made sure I was okay and not nervous. I definitely recommend this office.

My first visit didnt happen because I didnt have my insurance card. 5 years and no one had ever made such a fuss about it. Plus, the woman at the front desk was kind of a B about the whole thing. My next visit was awesome. There was a different woman at the front desk who was so nice and helpful. My nurse was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. My dentist was the same way and put me at ease about mouth. I was embarrassed but she made a point to say she didnt judge anyone in or out of the chair. The facility was very clean and equipment and rooms seemed new.

The ladies here are AMAZING! The experience was professional, knowledgeable, comforting and high standard. Im so glad I found this establishment!

Everything about this visit was a great experience. I 100% recommend coming here. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was affordable. Came in due to a broken molar and needed a crown. Dentist was amazing very friendly walked me through everything and set mr at ease. She is the best Dentist I have ever been to and I will continue coming here in the future.

I went in for a cleaning, but was told that I have a cavity and a tooth on my partial is missing. The dentist explained exactly what was needed. She told me exactly what she was going to do. Very knowledgeable! Easy to talk to!

I am always impressed by the fact that Perfect Teeth tells me exactly what they are going to do ahead of time and lets me know what the cost will be. After my nearby location closed down, I was able to get in fairly quickly at the Candelaria/San Pedro Perfect Teeth location. The COVID precautions were very evident from arrival in the parking lot and front office throughout the appointment. I appreciated hearing up front the full plan of care for the day, with opportunity to decline any parts. Overall, good care, happy and caring people. I felt very welcome and will be happy to return.

Everyone here at Perfect Teeth make everything easy and stress free. The first time I came in, I was nervous from dental experiences in the past, but they made sure I was comfortable and if I experienced any discomfort, I could let them know and they would fix it. Now, my most recent visit, I was completely at ease and so comfortable that I was actually falling asleep as they worked on my smile. I now look forward to my visits and I definitely recommend coming here!

I have not been to the office on Candelaria in 5 years. This week I had to go in to have removal of two teeth and fillings. I was surprised how fast the office acted on what my needs were. They brought in a dentist to extract and later that day gave me a time to come in to do the fillings. This office acted professionally from the girl at the desk to the doctors and I am pleased to say that I will be returning again in October to get more work done. Thank you for a great experience.

Nice staff, comfortable environment, low cost. Great place if you have dental phobia. Good for geriatric, adult & family dentistry. They have their own dental plan, which saves a lot of money. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this particular office.

I have been a patient at Perfect Teeth on Candelaria for the last 9 years and with Dr. Steven Fife for the last 5 years. His level of professionalism and compassion is unsurpassed. He consistently takes the time to attend to all of your needs. He shows concern and genuinely listens when you have an issue that you need addressed. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The customer service that is provided by each and every member of the practice has always been excellent from the moment you arrive for your appointment and they greet you by name with a smile. They always take the time to explain any questions you may have regarding your procedure or your charges.

Dr. Steven Fife, assistant Marisa, Victoria, and Samantha were all first rate. I had pleasure of Samanthas help in a nearby branch office of Perfect Teeth in past years. I frankly could not have imagined a better experience this morning despite the gravity of the procedure that I underwent. I highly recommend visiting these good people and seeing for yourself.

I went to the perfect teeth near lomas for years and then i went to this office. I had a crown put on years ago and it came off. I called the office and they said they would not cover it. They dont back up their work.Ive been told the tooth is getting bad without the crown. Im now looking at another $1000 or more to have it done again. And it will be much more if I need a root canal.I already paid once and now Im looking at an expense I cant afford. Not good.

Since Dr. Bir has come to this office, the service has been awesome. The hygienist have always been friendly but its also nice to know your dentist and she is very informative about any procedures that may need to be done. Although the building is old the service is great. I recommend this location.

Ive been going to Perfect Teeth for at least several years. I moved here from Seattle, didnt have a dentist in Albuquerque yet and suddenly needed one. Chose them on the basis that the office is nearby. Ive been very happy with them (and I consider it a plus that theres no TV blatting in the waiting room as there is in so many waiting rooms now).

I have not been to Perfect Teeth in 5 years and to my surprise this office improved tremendously from the office personnel to the doctors. I had to have two teeth extracted and two fillings along with other work. They brought a dentist in for the extractions and completed the rest of the work all the same day.it was a great experience to the point I am going back to finish my dental work. I first walked in to Perfect Teeth to pick up a friend from an appointment. I was instantly greeted by Tanya with true kindness and sincerity. I was impressed by the homely yet professional atmosphere and decided to schedule an appointment. Its hard to find a place that offers this balanced experience. I always have dreaded going to the dental office and most places lose my business after one visit because I desire a quality experience. Tanya and Sam are always very informative and pliable when scheduling, and two great smiles to see when you come in and are leaving. Victoria and Liz are two assistants that made me feel very comfortable with their personal stories and professional abilities. Martha gave me some good suggestions for dental hygiene, and is just an absolute Doll. Watching Dr. Bir work with her staff, clients, and equipment is absolutely beautiful, her ability to multi-task in such a effective and graceful manner is comforting. The camaraderie of office is very apparent and is so nice to have the opportunity to be a part of this, even if its a small part. Lol! Martha (dental hygienist) is awesome...I would give her 10 stars if I could. The only reason I give this review 4 stars is because the exam rooms themselves could use a little TLC. I have always had very good experiences with every level of staff at this location. The staff/dentists are 5 stars.

My wife and I been going here for years. All the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Martha our hygienist is amazing we definitely recommend coming to this dentist office.

I was extremely disappointed in their service. When they measured my gums for pockets, there were 4 to 5 spots that were rated a #4. All of my other dentists said this is just something to watch & work on. They told me I had to have a deep cleaning immediately for $300.00. I just wanted a cleaning & exam, but they insisted that I could not do without the deep cleaning.I felt strongly that I was scammed.

My family and I have gone here my whole life. Its a fine place. Nothing too fancy, and they get the job done. Dr. Fife is very kind as well! The only thing I dont like is the wait time while youre there, seems like there may be too many patients scheduled at the same time--so expect to be there for a while (two hours at least for a check-up, cleaning, etc.)

Odd initial general dentistry visit. Everybody in the office was nice enough. The dental assistant was good. The hygienist told me about crowns she was recommending. (I thought that was beyond the scope of her practice.) Dentist discussed the crowns he would be doing with her rather than looking at the health of my teeth, gums and tongue and discussing that just with me.. Dental cleaning was minimal. I wonder if the practice requires dentists to push cosmetic dentistry to make a little extra money and if the dentist doesnt do it, then the hygienist takes on the role?

I chipped my tooth and went to get it fixed. The dentist was so sweet and did an amazing job!!! They are patient and kind and make sure you walk out happy.

Perfect Teeth is always very friendly to me at the Candeleria location. They do a great job evaluating my teeth and gums. The only reason I dont rate them a 5 is they lack some of the bells of whistles of other dental clinics such as giving their patients glasses to wear when under the bright lights during a cleaning or exam.

Everybody was thorough, gentle, and competent. Nice humble good folks. They encouraged good dental health in a reasonable way.You need a dentist, go here.

Its not that I hate dentists Im just plain terrified of going. Broke off the cap on a front tooth so had no choice. First place I called couldnt even get the hours for the office so called Dr. Birs practice and as they say the rest is history. Front tooth fixed, beautifully, and have an appointment for cleaning after the first of the year. After all this time I have found a dentist office that is patient with me, caring, informative of each step and very friendly & funny!! Have wonderful and safe holidays and see you next year!!

I have had to have a root canal and 2 crowns in the past month .The doctor is so nice and makes me feel very comfortable during every procedure and all of the staff are so sweet.

All staff were extremely kind. Victoria was super nice and helpful. They actually care about the patients. The doctor did get a little frustrated with me at one point I wasnt able to bite down for my crown but apologized as she knew I had already gone through a lot with the pain and just getting off my 2nd 16 hr shift and dealing with extreme pain. I respect her for that and just the overall experience.. if you need any dental services I would highly recommend this office... As I was writing my review as well I get a call from Victoria following up to see how I was doing. Which I think is beyond amazing that the doctor and staff care how youre doing the next day.. thank you all for taking care of my toothache and overall well being... 😉😊
