Great experience and outstanding service at this location! I ordered a year supply of contacts and a couple of the contacts ripped or were damaged and I didnt get any use out of them. I decided to stop in to see if I could purchase just two of the ones for my left eye, if possible. I explained what happened and the lady helping me (Mary, I believe) said they would be able to provide me with 2 samples, free of charge! We werent able to pull up my contacts prescription at the time, so in order to make sure it was the right strength prescription I called after I got home to let them know what the box said. They sent out not just two, but THREE samples for me via UPS, which I received just a few days later. They included a note in the box, which was a lovely personal touch. :) Thank you so much for going above and beyond- Ive worked in customer service for a long time, and it takes a lot more than doing just enough to impress me. I definitely recommend this CVS optical location.I also had an eye exam here a little less than a year ago. I was thinking about making the switch to Toric lenses for my astigmatism, but wasnt sure as I had heard that they can be uncomfortable. The doctor really took the time to explain what exactly an astigmatism is and let me try out a pair of both types of lenses to see which ones I prefer. Im happy I decided to try this place out! :)

I went in for glasses got my eye exam, choose my classes, the frame I chose they had on the display case werent available anymore, I was bummed about that, I choose another frame, they send out and when they came back wrong frame right prescription, the frames didnt fit me right and I didnt like them... All in all horrible experience

I was thinking of getting contacts for a while now and I got them at a great place. I got my eye exam done and my contact fitting there. After seeing which contacts where best for me and the right fit we found the ones. With the help of Dr. Katiyar and Vanessa now I can use my contacts when ever I want to instead of my glasses!

I was having trouble seeing far away and I needed to see an eye doctor for months. I drove by CVS in Addison and notice they had a optical department. I walked in and had a pleasure speaking to Vanessa and Gloria about the cost and fees for an eye exam. They were very helpful and kind to guide me in the right direction. Gloria performed the pretest and then I sat with Dr. Katiyar. Dr. Katiyar was very informative and cared about my vision. They have a nice selection of glasses and promotion go on until the ending of March. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. THUMBS UP GUYS!
