Dr. Hassan will not work on samples to provide patients with comfort, especially patients with astigmatism. Will make patients use walmart brand only samples and not offer other solutions, states that walmart brand only arrives by boat from Ireland.

I was told that my new pair of glasses were ready for pick up. Come to find out the prescription they gave me was completely off and so I was asked to wait for the manager.After standing there for over 50 minutes with no help whatsoever I asked how much longer I would have to wait for the manager that was sitting right across from me and was treated as if I was wrong for refusing to wait even more. I ended up leaving with no help whatsoever. The next day I received a 10 second phone call from the manager telling me I could either get my money back or order a new pair. I understand that mistakes happen but it is unfair to not even acknowledge a person or their time. The manager could have easily taken those 10 seconds in store to speak to me but instead staff had me wait for over 50 minutes which ended up being Nothing but wasted time.

I went for my eyes exam and the staff was very friendly and the Dr Jency very professional, Im very happy with my visit there.

Excellent doctors who take the time to explain what to expect and how to care for your eyesight both now and in the future.

I highly recommend this place! They helped me a lot, everybody was super nice, I purchased contacts and glasses there. Also Rose was super nice and helpful!

Appointment scheduled for 130. Get there at 115. Fill out paperwork. Get notified that doctor is running late so wont be in till 2. Ask for manager. No one to help. When I scheduled the appointment at noon earlier same day, was told doctor was going to lunch and wont be back till 130. So doctor knew he had appointment at 130 and 5 min before appointment postpones it. Its ok to be running late if you are with patients, but to knowingly delay is poor business etiquette. Go somewhere else that at least makes you feel like they care. Would not have come, options were limited for me as Im leaving town for some time.

Vision center: Its one thing to be 45 minutes behind schedule. But to not even tell me whats going on? When I have somewhere to be? I also could have done shopping in the mean time. Really inconsiderate

They will take prescriptions from other places. They are open until 8 PM during the week & they are open on the weekend.
