My first ever comprehensive eye exam was a great experience at Premier Vision of Dallas. I was seen quickly and the technology used to check my eyes was very impressive. I received a full report on my vision and Dr. Allen diagnosed an ailment that will improve with a short amount of treatment. I am very happy I went to Premier Vision of Dallas.

I always have such a pleasant experience anytime I come to this office. They are fast, friendly, efficient and helpful. The office just relocated to the first floor right inside the main buildings door and is so convenient to get to! So beautiful as well! New modern equipment and Dr. Karen is so kind and attentive. Awesome selection of frames to choose from.

They are always on time, I never have to wait and she actually spends time with me too really makes recommendations.Office is very clean, which is important nowadays. Also, I know that if something is wrong the doctor and the staff are ready to help me fix the problem.

This is an excellent place to help with your vision. They are very thorough when checking your vision. Everyone on the staff are so nice and friendly. They have an amazing selection of glasses for you to choose from. COVID updates, they check your temperature and have all of their seating covered. They wipe down everything after each appointment. I love coming to this location, because I know ill be well taken care of. Dr.Allen is the best! Shes super friendly and will help you understand everything. She provides you with options if you want anything additional. She makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend all come here for your vision needs! This is a great eye clinic. I’ve been going to this office for about 4 years and everyone is very nice, great customer service. Dr. Karen is very knowledgeable, she takes the time to explain everything to her patients in detail, never in a rush. The staff is very nice and helpful. I chose this practice because it was close to work, after COVID and working from home I went to a clinic near my house and I regretted it, nothing compares to the great service I have received at Premier Vision of Dallas. I’m still working from home but I’m willing to make that 45 min drive just to go to this office and know that I’m going to get the best care for my eyes. They have a great variety of frames and they also have really cute glasses for kids! I highly recommend this eye clinic.

Dr. Allen and her staff are always wonderful to deal with. She is the BEST Optometrist Ive ever dealt with. I was diagnosed with a unique medical condition of the eyes and was not able to see for seven years. Four other doctors said they couldnt help me, that I would need Cornea transplants. The first day I walked into Dr. Allens office, after being moved to tears because of my inability to even see the object in the machine being used to measure my sight; she comforted me and said its gonna be okay, youll be able to see better before you leave here today. She was right, and she has been able to correct my vision to almost 20/20 since that time. Ive been seeing her for about six years now. Although the medical condition continues to progress, she does not give up until she has corrected my vision as much as possible and is sure that my contacts are the perfect fit. I 100% recommend Premier Vision of Dallas to EVERYONE!!!!

The staff was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They were happy to explain the process and whatever I had questions on. They made sure I understood what was happening with my eyes, as my allergies were creating a problem and it wasn’t that my eyes mechanically were having a problem. They gave me options and allowed me to make the decisions that best served me while offering helpful suggestions. The staff is amazing!! The process was so smooth and easy and I seriously haven’t been more happy to work with them or receive my glasses! 💜💜

The team is professional and thorough. They take time to answer all your questions and ensure you are clear on the what and why. Additionally the cleaning measure they are all taking to ensure you’re comfortable during this time is excellent. Everything is wiped down before and after, everyone is wearing a mask, protective barriers are up where appropriate and they take your temp before your appointment. Everything has been considered for your safety and comfort.

My visit as a new patient at Dr. Allens clinic was a pleasant one. I was attended to immediately when I got there. The technician was very friendly when he took my initial measurements. Dr. Allen herself answered all my questions and provided advice when I asked her for one. Carmen, the staff who helped me check out and choose frames, was also very friendly, helpful and patient and treated me well even though I ended up not getting a frame from them. Overall, great first visit experience!

Both my son and I are happy patients of Dr Allen’s. We absolutely love the entire team. They are so professional, and personable, and we truly look forward to our appointments. Dr Allen is extremely knowledgeable, and keeps a high-tech office of diagnostic equipment. She also has a great optical selection. I love her balance of clinical expertise with a personal-relationship to patients.

Honestly I dont think I have ever been to a better optometrist. I have only been twice but each time I go in and talk to Dr. Allen she makes me feel like we are just old friends catching up. Glasses were out of our budget due to Covid-19 and I did not feel pressure to buy new ones from their office. The lady that helped me look at glasses was so helpful though as she helped me understand why I like certain styles and what sizes work best for my face since I will most likely be buying some cheaper glasses online. I wish I could have purchased the ones I tried on there because because they were better than any I could find online. Seriously best experience ever.
