Everyone was so nice and fhe wait was minimal.

I had abdominal aorta screening done and it was only done in 10 minutes. The staff is very polite and quick so that you can get in and out of the building quickly.

Very well organized. Registration was quick. Actual Bone Density was a great experience. Always had past test at Christiana Care. There were different things I was told to stop taking 2 days before. I arrived a little early maybe 20 minutes? I was pleased that I didnt need to redo any of the forms that I filled out online, which seems to happen often at medical offices. I was getting two tests done. I was called back almost right away (before my scheduled time) and the same technician did both of my tests and I was home before the time the second test had even been scheduled. And I also stopped to get gas before going home. The technician was friendly and seemed concerned that I was doing ok during the tests. Never fun to get these tests done but I left very pleased.

Yall are the best! So sweet and kind, especially with us seniors. And yall have the patience of saints. Very wonderful service. ❤️👍

Process to check in took a little while, but the imaging process was clear and comfortable. Appreciate to have this service close by home.

As a person with several disabilities, I am always treated with respect and care. When difficulties began in using the normal high patient examination berths, I noticed that my further MRI appointments for scans were done using a much lower one.The staff is kind and efficient, facilities are clean, and appointments can be made and adjusted quite easily. I went to Diagnostic Imaging for a chest x-ray. The receptionist was very nice and focused on the patients. There was hardly any wait time once I turned in the paperwork (which was only one page). I waited about 2 minutes maybe. The woman who took my images had a smile on her face the entire time and extremely nice. She was very patient with me since I am disabled. All in all, I was probably only there for about 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this location.

Walk in Xray - took about 20 minutes total including paperwork. Very efficient!

The front desk gals are friendly & very helpful, once you get to your testing with the technicians you have a relaxed experience. Their mammography techs are very gentle which is important having a test that can be slightly uncomfortable otherwise. I purposely switched to the Pike Creek location for this very reason. Keep up the great work!

This is this only place Ill go to get my x-rays! They are always so kind and upbeat even when theyre busy and the technician that took the x-rays I forget her name but she had short dark brown hair and glasses, she most of the time the one who takes care of me! I love her something else. Overall my mother and I both go to your Pike Creek offices location and they are the ones Ill always use¡! They are all great workers and its always clean when Im there no worries to me!

I took my 90 yr old mother for X-rays today. She was in a lot of pain. The reception was helpful as they had to call her doctor for the order. Everyone was pleasant and kind with her. The tech was gentle with her positioning as my mom was in a lot of pain.

Pike Creek Imaging has the WORST billing department I have EVER dealt with. They ADMITTED to putting the WRONG code on my claim for a ROUTINE mammogram, yet claimed that NOTHING could be done about it. My insurance company said Pike Creek Imaging could resubmit with the correct code and the claim would be paid. Pike Creek Imaging refused to resubmit with the correct code. I have given them ample time to change their minds. They are threatening reporting me to credit bureaus. So, I am out over a hundred dollars. I wish I could give them minus stars.

The doctor and technician were nice. The lady at the front desk was rude. She was chit chatting with someone for 20 minutes instead of checking me in which is probably the reason my appoint took an hour instead of 10 minutes like it could and should have. My appointment was at 8:15, I expect to be seen at 8:15 not 8:45, especially when I book first thing in the morning...my time is valuable too.

First time I ever had a CT scan with contrast. Naomi was so great she explained every detail So I knew what to expect which was great. I felt at ease, comfortable and safe. She’s very professional. The staff overall were great. Thank you.

I called for an appointment at 9:45 am, asking for a quick turnaround. I was told to come and we’ll get you in. The receptionists and the CT technician were very personable and helpful. I was finished by 10:40 am. Great job.

My 97 year old father had an appointment for 2:30 . He was called back at 3:35. No explanations, no apologies. I dont understand why doctors offices etc feel they have a right to do this to people. It is almost to be expected these days. Im sure if i came in one hour late for my appointment i would have promptly been told to turn around and go home. I understand sometimes things happen..... but NO explanation and no apology ??? Total disrespect in my opinion. . Once he was taken back the technicians were very nice and quite respectful to my father.

The technician appeared to be new on the job and not completely familiar with the procedure. It took almost twice the time relative to my past experience to complete. The room was too cold for my bare belly for the extended duration. My clothes were contaminated with the gel.
