Scheduling appointments was very easy for this center. I was not put on hold and they were able to get me an appointment the very next day which was very helpful. The staff was very friendly, when walking into the clinic you feel welcomed and they were making sure that I was comfortable. The technologist was very detailed when explaining the procedure and was able to answer all my questions about the MRI process. Dr. Quraishi gave me a very detailed explanation on my report and gave me advice which helped me figure out what steps I should take for my injury.

Office needs better receptionist. I was denied an appointment because this woman stuck her nose in a situation she knew nothing about. My neurologist couldnt see me in person till next year for my cyst so he had me go to my primary for the script for the MRI. I told her this yet the lady called my primary asking for reason for contrast when it was my neurologist who wanted this. Whoever runs this place you hired one dumb person!!!!

Check in was easy, all the staff that I came in contact with was friendly and courteous, my procedure and time frame of results were explained to me clearly. I would highly recommend them.

This facility insisted neither they nor their billing department would know how much an MRI would be until it was already completed and charged to my insurance, which does not make sense.The receptionists were very friendly over the phone, so likely this information is not their fault, but still not a good answer...

If you have an accident related process please DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. They charge the injured party also which is illegal in the state.Their billing department had illegally charged us $554.00 on an accident case where state law clearly prohibits any bill to injured party. Limestone not only illegally billed us an accident bill AFTER getting paid by Insurance company but also threatened to report to collection agency.We reported it to Department of Insurance who contacted the Liberty mutual insurance company. The Liberty mutual clearly told Limestone MRI Billing Manager Ms. Dee that they CAN NOT bill to us since they are already paid by liberty mutual and asked to return the money to us.They still have not refunded our money, The Department of Insurance have asked us to file a law suite and we are in the process of so.

I have chronic conditions, and I get diagnostics a lot. This has by far been my best experience getting x-rays taken, and for the first time (been to several other places) that Ive also received a CD of my radiographs as well. Clean building, and the technician was wonderful (unfortunately I cant remember her name I am terrible with names)

I just got off the phone with Bernadette and she was amazingly helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Even though I havent been approved through my insurance company yet, her empathy and positive attitude made me not care about waiting. She deserves a raise! Thanks Bernadette.

Prompt professional service, front office staff were courteous and Troy who completed MRI studies was competent professional ensuring a great experience. They also made it possible to get 3 studies done at once saving a half day of driving time and two trips. That was so very appreciated. Highly recommend.

Awesome accommodating staff that is both friendly and efficient. The center has a nice, calming ambiance; it didnt feel as though I was going to a medical facility. Limestone Open MRI is a nice place where everyone will remember you and you are treated like family. I would highly recommend for any radiology procedure needed.

Today I was a 1st time walk-in patient for an x-ray. I was met with smiling verbal greetings. The usual filling out of forms, and my x-ray technician, Troy, was most professional and kind. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was my first MRI. Needless to say I was nervous. The staff was great!!! You walk in to a very welcoming atmosphere with the receptionists at the desk, unfortunately I didnt get their names. Then Heather conducted the procedure. She explained everything and checked on me. Thanks again. If I ever need another MRI. I will be back!!!

The staff was very accommodating. It was convenient for me because they have after business hours on Tuesday through Thursday, so that I could come right after work. Dr Quraishi got my results back to my doctor very quickly. Definitely would use them again.

Limestone MRI & Imaging Center is an excellent choice for all of your medical imaging needs. Dr. Quraishi and his courteous staff took care of me in a timely and professional manner. They were able to send my MRI to my PCP quickly for my procedure. I highly recommend this place for any imaging needs.

If I have to get a MRI done there is only 1 place I will go, Limestone Open MRI. The staff is very professional and caring. I suffer with bad migraines and they even turn off the lights!!! Terrible experience this time around! Not only is the staff rude over the telephone, but in person as well! Do not allow someone to make a “late” appointment if you do not wish to stay and do your job. Was harrassed over the telephone to come in earlier then scheduled, so that they can leave early.

Was the absolutely easiest and thorough experience Ive ever had going to get xrays done.Reception was really nice and were more in tune to getting what I needed to fill out (letting me know what sections to fill out and what not to worry about) moreso than anythint else. Big relief from most offices where reception is more concerned with their own lunches and conversations. Definitely made me feel guided from the start.Getting the actual xrays done, got my CD within minutes, tech made me laugh a bit which took the edge off as well.All in all, never something I would want to get done or hope anyone would need to. BUT if you do... this is the place to go.I understand why my doctor only recommended here saying theyre thorough. He was absolutely right

As many times that I have been to Limestone open MRI i never had a problem. Today I go and dealing with the receptionist was truly frustrating everything was an issue I waited for 30minutes the tech doesn’t come out but yet someone walks in and had an appt at 12 and yet within the 30minutes I sat there and waited I should have had the X-rays completes but nope. I have now been here 40min I ask the receptionist when will i be attended to? she responds with we only have one tech ok well before the other lady came in i have been sitting here for 35min to be exact and no other patient around! Not sure how this works but surely won’t be back. My insurance can pay a place that attends to ppl

The staff at Limestone Mri are extremely caring and competent. The doctor took the time to go over the images with me and also explained to me what everything was. He also notified my primary care doctor of Mri results immediately after my Mri exam. I would choose Limestone Mri over other facilities in a heartbeat.

I was so impressed by how patient and comforting the staff were to me. It made all the difference.

At my age you get to see the good and the bad. Well I have to say I saw the best in health care given to me at Limestone Mri. I suffered a horrible injury where I could barely walk. My doctor told me I needed an MRI for my back ASAP. She also told me that her patients have received top notch care at Limestone Mri so that’s where I went. The staff got me in the same day even though they were fully booked. The staff helped me complete the mri even though I wanted to give up because of my bad back pain. Actually a staff member held my hand and comforted me while I was in the machine. Without their help I would not have been able to do it. I wanted to thank everyone at Limestone Mri. Whenever someone needs an MRI I always share my personal story with them and refer them to Limestone Mri. They are the BEST!

2 1/2 years ago the radiologist read my MRI wrong. I just realized this because of the pain I have had which I had to get another MRI. It shows the herniation they missed. And didnt put into the report. As a matter of fact the report says there is not one but the disc shows it. I have tried the last 4 days to have it corrected and still do not have a correct MRI. My disc herniation has since gotten worse. 2 1/2 years later and have had to deal with this pain since. Poor communication. No return call. They dont care.I would recommend anyone who had one done here and the Dr cant explain whats going on based on their report, get a 2nd opinion. As a matter of fact Dont go here in the 1st place!Above is a picture of the before and now MRI. You can clearly see the herniation was there in the black and white picture but not on the report!
