Called another labcorp this morning and had to listen to two co-workers argue before being told to hold. Took them 1/2 hr and 4 calls just for them to tell me whether or not they had my paperwork. So I called this on which opened at 7am. It is now 8:45am and no one has yet to answer the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to quest diagnostics. Labcorp customer service is the worst!! Where do they get their people!!

This site is closed. You would think they would place a notice on the entry doors. No information until you reach the lower level.

I recently visited lab corp for a pre employment pee pee test. and it was one of the best experiences Ive had at this type of place. it was a party in a urine bottle. They were Fun and Professional, and attentive to urine needs. Even tho I failed the test and didnt get the job, my experience at LabCorp was nothing short of wonderful and quick.

Yesterday was my first experience at this location. When the technician Kebah approached me I gave her a heads up about my veins being a challenge...so not to worry if it took a few attempts. Was I ever surprised! Kebah established a connection on the first try...I was in and out in under thirty minutes with no bruising. She was amazing...thank you! This location will be my go to any time I need future blood work done.

I hate the fact that I have to do the work signing in, and then they ask the same questions. I think they need to catch up with the rest of the world and store information. My grandchildren have games that can do it! !!!

Hello. I literally just left this location. I came in signed in. And the lady said I can have a seat in front of her right after,so she could put my information into her computer. She made me wait until she was done doing personal things with her cell phone to help me. She was very distracted by her phone. And didnt want to focus on me. Which to me reads unprofessional. She finally finished entering my information into the computer. Just to tell me they couldnt do the lab work my paperwork was requesting.

Made an appointment online.. in and out in 10 minutes for blood work and urine sample. Both techs were efficient, nice , and patient.

I am never coming back to this labcorp again. I have an appointment for 8:15 and I still havent been seen as its now 9:00.Finally she calls me back and asks what type of test I need and I told her it was a urine test for pre employment and she says ok have a seat well call you back shortly. Like whats the sense in having an appointment if you call patients back based on the type of test they need. Makes no sense.Its now 9:30 and shes taking people who are walk ins and they came in after me.

8:30 appt, waited until 9:30 and ended up leaving without having my blood work. Embarrassing.

Awful customer service. This has happened twice. I will never go back.
