Called from parking lot at the arrival time and was told to wait five minutes.Upon entering all went very smoothly. The staff was courteous and proficient.I felt relaxed during the bone density exam.

I was in and out. Love being able to register on line. They had everything they need head of time. I only had to give my signature and fill out 1 paper. I was called back for my mammogram with in five minutes. I was escorted downstairs for my x-rays. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The staff is very courageous, kind and very professional. I highly recommend Delaware Imaging Network.

I had a PRIOR MRI which was very difficult for me since I had to go into a large tube. So remembering that experience, Delaware Imaging Network was the opposite experience. Clean and sanitary, everything was spotless. The assistant at the desk was friendly and professional, easily putting me at peace about the experience. The MRI was smaller and I was able to see while inside the device. And the technician who performed the test was comforting, professional, and attentive. Everything went so well that I have a new perspective on MRI’s.

Great location, efficient operation (I was in and out in 30-40 min tops), excellent website and communication. I had very few questions left over, excellent job!

I live 40 miles from Delaware Imaging, but I choose to use the facility because of the caring staff and prompt, efficient attention. There is ample, free parking and the facility is spotless. Sanitary protocol is adhered to in order to keep everyone safe. Appointments are timed so that the building isn’t crowded and there is little to no waiting. Check-in is completed on your phone and you receive a text when you’re to enter the building. I’m sure I bypass scores of imaging practices to get there but I consider it well worth the trip.

The reminders about the appointment were persistent and annoying. However on arrival everything was ready and check-in was easy. The performance of the procedure (bone density scan) was careful and competent.

Clean.Friendly and extremely considerate front desk staff. I arrived 3 minutes late to my appointment and forgot my debit card for payment, luckily I was able to provide my payment info to be processed and completed my preferred diagnostic studies in a timely fashion. I arrived as a walk-in during a lull in their schedule. I checked in at the kiosk and was taken back immediately. Everyone was very pleasant! I had my blood drawn after a 5 minute wait- in and done in less than 15 minutes.

Excellent service. Appt at 4:15PM was done and walking out of the office at 4:45 PM. All employees were pleasant and courteous.

Very good experience. The young lady at the front desk was exceptional. She went above and beyond by assisting me with obtaining the correct medical order as I had brought the wrong one. The xray technician named Amy was very nice and pleasant and very professional.

First I wanna say the staff at the front was as nice as anyone could ask, but the tech that took me back made me feel as uncomfortable as she could. Ask me about covid and I told her I was checked two days before and was negative but wanted to see my papers, left the room came back 5 minutes later and throws a paper mask onto my lap, not telling me shes unhappy with the mask Im wearing. During that 5 minutes I was about to walk out but needed the x-rays.. I personally will never go back there, to that young lady if you are not happy with your job change it and if thats just the way you treat people change it. I wish I never walked into that place that day it was a bad experience for me maybe not for some but I will never return there..

I brought my 92-year-old client for a series of X-rays. Our experience could not have been better. Everyone was very pleasant. And our technician, Amy, was superb. I told her so on the way out. She spoke loudly and clearly enough so that my client could hear everything. And she made sure to check on her well-being several times throughout the process. Amy certainly knows how to work with and treat the elderly. She is an asset to your organization.

I was able to get an MRI on both knees within 2 days!!! after my insurance fell through, & scheduled during the same time frame (double slot)! vs being told at other places I could only do 1 Knee at a time etc!Insurance options or cash, Very accommodating, Very nice, clean Covid free facility & Extremely nice Front desk Personnel and technician! Large parking lot in the back.It IS a rather LOUD procedure, but with ear plugs, its doable! Just take a 20 min siesta! CD was ready while I dressed! Thank you. 😎

Check In was done pre-visit, so confirmation of ID and insurance took about 60 seconds upon arrival. The staff was very professional and friendly making for a stress free experience.

I did the virtual check in and was called right away to go in. Wait was minimal. Did paperwork online beforehand but still had to fill out another paper. Everyone was very nice and precautions were taken for Covid.

Everyone on the staff was very professional very efficient. However it seemed to me that the waiting room was more crowded than it needed to be, every chair was occupied. Further there was no actual reason it seems to me why it needed to be so crowded. People could have been spending more time waiting outside. The separation between people in the waiting room seemed to me to be barely 6 ft and realistically less than 6 ft.

Brought my 87 year old Dad for a cat scan today. Very efficient process. We waited in the parking lot and they sent a text to notify us they were ready. Most paperwork completed before the appointment. We walked right to the cat scan machine- no need to change into a gown. The test was completed and we left within a 1/2 hour of our arrival. Overall a positive experience.

Had my annual mammogram this morning and all covid restrictions were practiced. I texted from the car when I arrived and was texted back to come to the second floor for imaging. All the personnel wore masks and signs were posted that each dressing room was sanitized in between clients. I felt very comfortable. I’m now waiting for the results, since there is no longer a radiologist on site to read it.

I was referred by my doctor to Delaware imaging network for an MRI and my whole experience was awful. First my appointment was canceled without any notice. When I was finally able to get an appointment, the office staff was very unorganized. I was told three different times I need to arrive at my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist wasn’t sure what time I was suppose to be there. I was told to be there by 8:30 but was not taken back to get my MRI until 10:00! Before my MRI I needed to get an X-ray and the lady that did the X-ray, xrayed the WRONG hip and did not realize until I said something. Needless to say, I would not recommend Delaware Imaging Network.

Had my Screening Mammogram at Delaware Imaging, Brandywine site It took place during the Height of the Covid-19 Pandemic, mid November 2020.What a welcoming place, everyone of staff while friendly and cordial were also highly professional. All of them observed very strict covid precautions, sterility, masks, distancing and extreme attention to maintaining a sparkling clean environment.
