I had an excellent experience with the overnight in-clinic sleep study at PM Sleep Lab on North Woodlawn in Wichita. The overnight rooms were nicely decorated and had a very comfortable bed and the pillow was so nice it reminded me I need to get a new one! The best part of my experience was the technician, Mitch Defiesta. He had a very soothing and calm demeanor and was very respectful. Why I found this important was that you are getting ready to go to sleep in a strange place! And he made it so comfortable and soothing that I was very relaxed and ready to go to sleep without the stress of being in a new place with a new person. He didnt rush around or have a hectic personality, which now I know made the experience even more wonderful. Thank you, Mitch! You and your company are top-notch! Im all hooked up with my new C-Pap and figuring things out and already sleeping SO MUCH BETTER that Im feeling rested and ready to face the day. Thanks again!

The two employees that helped me do my sleep study were outstanding. Made the entire experience extremely comfortable and enjoyable considering I was nervous going in. I was very nervous prior to and during the sleep study, but Mitch was great. He was very understanding and tried to put me at ease the entire time. I would highly recommend PM Sleep Lab.

I used PM at Woodlawn for my sleep studies. Clean rooms. Large beds. Issues: Thin walls, noise, expected sleep schedule that doesnt accommodate 2nd shift.

The help at Newton Medical who arranged the sleep appointment made it super easy to get there with directions. Mitch answered the bell so kindly that I felt very welcome and expecting a good experience.The room was nice and warm and clean and very quiet. Instead of a small single bed, the bed was huge, lovely soft Attaching the wires took awhile ,but Mitch Defiesta was patient and I was soon in bed. I rested peacefully and slept until morning. I recently did a sleep study with a technician from PM Sleep Lab at the VA hospital. They were extremely courteous and informative. They explained everything they were doing with all of the sensors they were attaching to me which made me feel less like a science experiment and more like a patient. She walked me through all of the steps and provided me blankets for a cold room (which wasnt really in her control since it was managed by the VA hospital). Once the study was done, she explained to me how it went and the processes Id have to take next. It was a very good experience compared to a previous sleep study I had when I was living in Illinois. Id like to thank Jody for her help and her patience for putting up with my questions and ridiculous stories. Highly recommended.

I visited the Newton Sleep Lab location. I was very nervous about it but from the very beginning, my tech Mitch DeFiesta walked me through it. He told me exactly what he was doing and explained why. The room was very nice and had the most comfortable bed. The restroom was located near the room. Thank you Sleep Lab and Mitch for a good first experience in a sleep study.

I spent the night with Pm Sleep Lab at 2020 N Woodlawn last night. Please think twice about putting yourself in the hands of these technicians. When you’re going through an unfamiliar procedure, it’s nice to have someone walk you through the process. I was handed off from one tech to another because of asking questions about what to expect. The rooms and climate are fine but you walk down a long hallway to get to a unisex bathroom in the middle of the night. Long story short...go someplace else where healthcare providers can relate.

I enjoyed my overnight stay , 3-9-20 at , this Lab. My attendant was very patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns. It was a very different experience being wiered up for a long night sleep but i was well taken care of and that made my night restfull. Thank Mitch for all your help getting throught the process. I highly recomend this lab for anyones sleep study.
