My first visit to Dr. Wong was straight up 5-stars all the way. The support staff went over all my cpap history thoroughly. When Dr. Wong came in to go over everything he was friendly, he took plenty of time being attentively working thru my needs with me AND he spent extra time to connect and build a good positive relationship with me.Thank you Dr. Wong & your Staff too.

I left my review on another site and noticed that 6 of his 5-star reviews from that site somehow managed to be posted in 2 days. Now as for my experience, he has no bed side manner at all. I have had a lot of doctor appointments in my lifetime and this is the first time I have ever gotten up and left before it was over. He does not listen to the patients concerns, he is rude and will interrupt you. He made it very clear that if he doesnt agree with your concern he will not even address it. That is why I left. In my opinion, find another doctor, even a mediocre doctor would be a vast improvement.

Dr. Wong refuses to up my air pressure to a normal range for 2 weeks. He expects me to suffer when I have MORBID obesity. He doesnt care that Im still snoring and experiencing bed-wetting and mood swings. They even refus to get me an appointment within two weeks. Egotistical and pompous and difficult to work with. What a shame....
