Pros: Once I was in the room it was a speedy and professional experience. The technician Jessica made me feel comfortable and Dr. Khicha quickly got me my results and answered my questions.Cons: Waited just shy of 1 hr past my check in time to be called.I was nervous for this appointment and overall I was happy with my experience.

Upon my appointment, the very snooty receptionist told me my husband had to leave, yet, another womans husband is sitting right by the desk. Pre appointment, I explained that my husband would need to drive me, since we live outside of Wichita due to my health. On the phone prior to the appointment it wasnt a problem, now it is...so he is sitting outside in the heat! Dont get a covid vaccine, because they still make you wear a mask. Last time I ever come here. Im having 2 procedures done, and now they are late getting me back to the procedure room. These people dont care about women or health, your a walking paycheck for them. Horrible place!

EVERY TIME I COME HERE, I tell them they need better signs! The hallways are full of people wandering around looking for the right office—especially frail and elderly people. The staff always agrees with me: “We sure do! (Need better signs)”. Better signs are needed in the parking lot. This is a big place, with lots of different destinations. Look, I’m not elderly nor am I handicapped (yet). But apparently Cypress Imaging never got the memo about the Americans with Disabilities Act. You guys need bigger and better signs—-inside and out—so people can find where to go. This has been going on for years. It’s pretty bad when your own staff agrees with me, but nothing ever gets done. I’ve been here enough that I know my way around, but I feel sorry for your sick and elderly patients who have to walk all over this campus to figure out where to go. It’s really tone-deaf and unconscionable of you to have such a glaringly bad customer service problem that goes on unaddressed for years.On the other hand—Your staff is great. I had a sonogram today, and they were quick, friendly and efficient. Fix your signs and I’ll give you 5 stars. You lose 2 stars for confusing the old and sick patients. They’re told to go to ”Suite #____”, then you can barely find the numbers. The NAMES are posted pretty well, but not the numbers. I don’t know if you read your reviews or not, but if you do (and if you care), please fix your signage. Or at least tell me to bug off. I have no problems with this business except for the small signs, lack of signs, confusing signs.

This place is the only place ever to deny me service because ID has been stolen. Now they say they won’t ever see me again. My dr sent me there. Very weird in my opinion. So much for women’s health!!!

I have gotten my yearly mammograms here for years. The staff has always been friendly and considerate. The female radiologist who I saw at my most recent visit talked with after my ultrasound and took a lot of time explaining things. She was very sweet, kind, and caring. Great place!!

I have been going here for over ten years. I have ALWAYS had a good experience. The wait time is usually under 10 minutes. They work with most insurances and are reasonable when I had none. When I have had call backs and post surgery, their extensive staff were very supportive and attentive to detail. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are a special woman and not just a number - just what a medical facility should be!

I had a CT scan today of my brain. Everyone was very kind and very professional. I was very pleased and satisfied with the service I received. Thank you everyone who helped me today. I would highly recommend this place

I have had my mamo there for several years Very professional and very little waiting. You get the results before you leave. Many of my friends and I make the yearly 4 hour drive to get our mamo done by the best.

Highly recommend! I had my mammogram on a Friday. They called the following Monday and said they saw something questionable and I needed to come in for more pics. Went in the next day and had those done. Needed a biopsy so that got done the following day. Got my results back the next day! Very efficient every step of the way. All staff were professional, explained everything well and it all went like clockwork!!! Great experience when you are dealing with scary stuff.

The girl at the front desk was soooo rude. Wasnt nice going in there at 7 am and dealing with her rude attitude. The other ladies were great.

The staff here is both friendly & professional. They strike me as both very efficient but yet remarkably compassionate! They are wonderful!Mammograms are not something I look forward to doing, but here they make it a much more pleasant experience.

I love this process, been going a longtime. Go on Friday’s for easy parking and faster service.

Great service but they were always at least 30 minutes late getting to us and we were always late to where ever we were going after because of it. Point is, if your appointment is at 11 don’t expect to be actually having your appointment till at least 1145. Completely ridiculous. No point in appointment times if there never on time.

Staff is lacking manners and patience, agree with all of the previous reviews regarding this place! Never going back. Unprofessional and rude, felt like everyone who works there are miserable and unhappy.

I have always had a very pleasant experience at the Imaging Center. Everyone is always very friendly, while being very professional about their job, and comforting. I can say nothing bad about this place. Good work all, and thank you.

Worst experience ever! And overpriced! I was referred here for an ultrasound for early pregnancy as there were no available appointment at my obgyn office.I usually get those done at obgyn and never had such a bad experience except here!The technician was very unprofessional and rude. Would not let anyone be with me in the room while preforming the ultrasound! (My mom was told to wait outside!). She would not let me see what she was doing as well and did not turn the other screen on. Was not explaining anything to me, like what she was doing or hearing. In addition to the bad experience I got a statement for around 3 times the cost that I usually get at my obgyn. Called them thinking it was a mistake, apparently it wasn’t and I was charged for 2 ultrasounds ( pelvic and transvaginal). I always get both done for early pregnancy and never got charged for 2 ultrasounds in one visit except at this place!

I am a patient there for 7 yrs. I forgot my insurance card and I ask if my wife can scan and you just get the informations down. They said no, they need to scan it. I mean the whole point is to get the memship numbers to file claim. But they make me reschedule. So I just walk out. They are not the only imaging center in town. If you want to go to place that care more about money than their patient health, they will be it. This is the Last time they will see me there, could have gotten a patient for life, but no.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Cypress Women’s Imaging. They are a top notch group of professionals!

Technician was great. The issue was with the check out staff that were rude and very judgmental.

The tech and the actual procedure was great, the receptionist who checked me in rude and very unpleasant.

Very unprofessional ultrasound tech who also had long fake nails that were digging into my skin. Quoted me the wrong cash price over the phone and it was double what I expected when I came for my appointment. Most expensive 15 minutes of my life! Will never go back, I do not recommend them at all.
