I will summarize my disappointment. The overall appointment went okay, but the billing department and/ or customer service needs to be improved. So far, I have received two bills, one for the Dr and the other for the imaging. Although they copied my insurance card on the day of the appointment, both bills were denied for different reasons. One was an incorrect ID#, and the other was an incorrect insurance company all together. I am not one to publicly complain, as nobody is perfect, but they were not apologetic about their error. They were more on the rude side as if I were inconveniencing them. Needless to say, I will find somewhere else to go in the future, so they are not bothered again.

Went with my wife for a pelvic ultrasound and while the front desk staff were helpful and friendly, the sonographer STUDENT performed the ultrasound and had a horrible bedside manner. My wife is an experienced BSN OBGYN nurse and is very involved in her care. We understand students must be hands on and learn as she herself had been there before; however when she asked questions regarding the imaging, the student was dismissive and told us she couldnt tell us anything. We were not asking her to give a diagnosis or to evaluate the images and dictate a report. We would think, given the high praise her supervisor had given her, shed be more personable and at least talk us through with what she viewing. She didnt bother to get the employee who was supervising her to come talk to us or even bothered to ask if there were any further questions or concerns. She may be a good sonography student, but in medicine, working with patients who are obviously receiving these types of services because they are not well, need a bit more compassion and understanding. The supervising sonographer should have a least made one final appearance before sending us on our way to ensure we had been taken care of.

Worst people I have ever saw to dealt with. Love the people that did the ct but when it came time to pay a bill I was not suppose to be responsible for they would not make any kind of offer to lower the price or anything. Just wanted full price. Screw these people

Terribly managed hospital and staff. My husband spent two days there. His experience with the staff was terrible. We can not recommend this hospital to anyone.

My daughter had to get an x-ray done here recently. They were very quick and helpful. They did a great job and worked well with my young daughter who was nervous.
