Dr. Beam and her hygienist Tammy are second to none. They treat me like family every time I come in.

Dr. Beam and her staff are an amazingly compassionate team who made me feel at home as soon as I sat in the chair foe the first time. I would readily recommend them to everyone.

Where do I begin with place? I adore them all! Tracy and Kim at the front desk, the dental assistants, Dr. Beam, Dr, Jhawer, Dr. Gayed are all such kind, patient, and compassionate people!!! They put my mind at ease several times after a recent wisdom teeth extraction with grace and patience, and I appreciate you all so very much for that. This dentist office is an absolute dream! They are all personable and treat you with the most upmost kindness and respect! They do not shame you for not taking care of your teeth and gums but the help you and educate you to want to do better! Dr Katie Beam is superb and so is Tammy and the rest of the crew! I brought my daughter in for a cleaning as well as myself and were back there for 3 hours for a routine cleaning, exam and xrays.I asked about coming once a year, as we did not have dental insurance at the time, and the dentist (Kati Beam) said that she would not be able to see me if I came in only once per year. (Versus every 6 months)After getting dental insurance, my family went back (they refused to give my husband a cleaning, even though he had no cavities, saying he needed a much more expensive cleaning that was not covered by insurance.) When I went in to have a cavity filled, I complained to the billing manager about the way my husband was treated. They made me sit and wait for my appointment for 45 minutes, before the billing person told me the dentist didnt feel comfortable treating me.

My appointment was fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Beam was very thorough with her exam and cleaning. Highly recommend Village Dentistry.

Nothing I could say would give Dr. Yip and his team the justice they deserve. They gave me the most thorough and comprehensive exam of my life. They really go the extra step to make sure that you are comfortable, well informed, and taken care of. Dr. Robertson also took care of my husbands wisdom teeth removal, and his team also took great care of him. 100% would recommend.

This is the best dental clinic in town! Hands down! From front desk to clinical staff members, they are all professional and welcoming. They are willing to work with you to provide the best services and pricing. They are willing to spend time to educate me on all of the procedures and make sure I am comfortable before working on me. My husband and I both had our new patient visits yesterday, and wow - these 5-star reviews are all on target. At our age we have a variety of issues. They are great at taking time to explain whats going on, and giving you a range of solutions. Suggesting phases of care, and researching what is covered by insurance and what isnt. Then giving multiple payment options. No pressure, just information. The overall impression is one of great caring about our dental issues and wanting to do everything they can to help us solve them. Every staff person we encountered was caring and competent. They utilize the latest technology too, and their prices seemed less than the last dentist I went to. It was a great experience.

Great Experience here at this dental office. They really care about patient satisfaction. Lot of communication the whole time. Transparent with pricing. Plus they have all the latest digital x-ray and other equipment including same day crowns. Highly recommend

This was my 1st dentist visit in two years and it was incredible. They were super busy due to some emergencies that called in but they were exceptionally professional, friendly, and energetic. I searched online for the best reviews and found Village Dentistry......awsome place. from the beginning i was greated with enthusiastic welcome. Everyone u came across was friendly and engaging. My last dental visit was a nightmare with broken jaw and bone fragments coming out for months. Village was the opposite. I have never been treated so well in any medical establishment or service.Tammy my dental hygienist was awsome. very caring and clearly loves what she does......as a general contractor and carpenter i truly respect people who love their craft. Dr. was great to. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I am (was) absolutely terrified of the Dentist. I am 33 years old and went in to have every tooth of mine pulled to get dentures. I had a horrible experience in my past and I would of rather had every bone in my body broke before I would have another tooth fixed. I am not exaggerating! DR. Yip explained to me gently but stern that my teeth are not as bad as i think they are and to give him a chance. To be honest i was angry with him at first for not doing what I asked of him. He was looking out for me and my smile and didnt care about the money he could have made off me. I am almost thru having work done on my teeth with Dr. Yip and could not be pleased! Not only is it painles, literally painless, he was patient with me and not once made me feel bad for being scared or nervous. Now, we talk about Ashley the nurse that assists Dr. Yip. I feel like she cares for me like my mom would. She talks me through everything and checks on me with true feelings. I want to take her home for when I get sick! Lol The front desk gentlemen are absolutely wonderful as well. They know u by name and make u feel like you are home from a month or 2 trip when u check in. I even saw one at walmart and he greated me with a smile and small talk. My husband now comes to Village Dentistry and absolutely comfortable with it as well. Now i made appointments for my 3 children to be seen here and I fully have trust in this office. This might be extreme to write about a dentist, but if u knew my past, they deserve more then this. THANK YOU Dr. Yip and staff for making my smile MY smile and not a mouth full of plastic. Family pictures are going to rock this year!
