These folks are good! I was hesitant about the new ownership since my whole family had been patients of Dr. Sickles for over 20 years! But I am delighted with the talented young Doctors, and Dental Assistant Brandy is terrific, a real artist!

Had a regular cleaning and Michelle was awesome, like always! Checking in was quick and easy. Whenever one needs a procedure they’re good at letting you know an estimated amount for it.

Best experience by far at a dental office. The staff is wonderful and the patient empathy they have is A+. They extracted my wisdom teeth. They gave me great information in regards to how I will feel the next following days and what to do to be comfortable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!❤️

Just had a very nice experience at Cottonwood Dental. The staff were both professional and friendly. Also, very caring about me personally. I appreciated the straightforward information about what services I would need and then providing me with a statement of the costs paid by my insurance and what amount I would be responsible for. This allows me to make a well-informed decision about my dental care. I’m happy that I decided to stay with this office through the transition from my former dentist to Dr. Willardson.

I just moved to the West side and needed a new dentist. I was able to schedule an appointment within the week that I called. I work 3rd shift and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. No wait time. Everyone was friendly and my cleaning was very thorough. Highly recommend!

Cottonwood Dental took over for a previous dentist at this location. Its still the same friendly staff with knowledgeable dentists. Would recommend to any individual who asks.

Oh I love this Cottonwood dental on the west side of town. Office staff dental hygienist and doc are wonderful. Just had two crowns replaced, very kind didn’t hurt at all and done timely.. Im a patient with high anxiety levels the staff made me comfortable like I was home they also helped me going thorough out my payment process I also have never had a cleaning without anesthesia well not today 😁 It was amazing !!!! They were able to get me into the office quickly when I was having a horrible toothache. I was nervous about seeing the dentist that took over for Dr. Sickles but my nerves were quickly squashed. They throughly listened to all my concerned and took my pregnancy into consideration with all the options provided. Definitely happy I decided to stick with Cottonwood Dental and their staff.

Relax!!! A visit to the dentist is last on my list of fun. The staff and dentist in this office are great and do all they can to make this as comfortable as possible.

I have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Willardson and his staff were amazing! They were able to help me relax, I felt so safe that I even dozed off during my treatment. If you have dental anxiety, this is the place to go!

Ive been seeing Dr. Sickles since Lincoln was president. Great guy. Caring staff. Constantly working to get you in at your earliest convenience. As long as I still have teeth Dr. Sickles will be the guy taking care of them.

I dont know about all of these other reviews but I find this dentist amazing. The office is nice looking and everyone who works there is kind. Ive had Dr. Sickle filling in my cavities a few times, and hes so personable and fun to talk to. Definitely recommend it.

Dr. Sickles has been our family dentist for many years. Hes the only dentist our now grown children have ever been to. We have never had any bad experiences with Dr. Sickles or his wonderful staff over these many years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a terrific dentist and exceptional care.I trust Dr. Sickles and his highly professional and personable staff with my familys care, which says it all.

Horrible painful experience with crowns. 2 years after receiving them my new doctor said they needed to be replaced. Sickles office did return some of my money, but the office manager was not super pleasant to deal with in that situation. Sickles is a nice guy, but the pain I went through was awful.

I feel that this office is really unorganized. Dr. Sickles is great, but the staff cant seem to do anything effectively. Multiple times Ive left messages both during and after business hours and I never get a call back. My information is never updated either, which is pretty frustrating after visiting the office for checkups every 6 months... Im looking for a new office.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. On a routine trip to get a filling, Dr. Sickles thought it would be a good idea to not remove the decay from my cavity, but instead just fill over it and not treat it properly. Our new dentist had called the office at Dr. Sickles place and they told me if I would have came back in they would have fixed the tooth. There should have been nothing to fix because the proper work should have been done the first time. They eventually had to refund our insurance for what he had messed up. After 2 and a half years of tooth pain, a crown on the tooth, I finally had to go into our new denstist for a root canal. All that because Dr. Sickles thought it was okay to not treat my tooth properly. If you use this dentist I strongly suggest you change.
