My family and I have been going to Precision Dental for quite a while now and have always had a great experience. They do excellent work and the entire staff really seems to care about treating us well. Highly recommended.

Dr Guerrero, is kind and courteous. He explains what needs to be done. He takes his time to listen and makes me feel comfortable every single time we see him. And also he has an amazing staff from hygienist to front desk. Highly recommend Precision Dental

I love this place, even if I dont go as often as I should. The staff puts you at ease right away. They are so good at their work. The use of modern technology makes the work quick and painless. Chelsea did a great job cleaning my teeth and making sure I was set up to continue my care. Dr. Guerrero is fantastic. You wont find a better office for all your dental care.

This was the best dental appointment Ive had in my 37 years. The staff was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I cant recommend them enough!

I have been going to this office for a few years, each visit was a pleasant one, except today, there was confusion on my part and the dentist worked on that confusion. When you go in for a check up, they will not look around your mouth, even if theres an obvious cavity, they will only check the one tooth you point at and only one per appointment according to the front desk personnel, unless you get that cleaning theyre always trying to sell you. I will not be returning to this office for my cleaning or any other future dental work, however, Ive had fillings, a crown and cleaning done here in the past years, my mother and sister have gone here as well and have had no problems, the staff is very friendly and the office is clean. The place is not bad at all and my rating will reflect on past work.

I needed a second opinion on a procedure. I was able to get in quickly. Dr. Guerrero was great.

Staff took the necessary precautions for covid during check-in and through out my visit. The dental work was great and appreciate the professionalism by Dr. Guerrero and staff.

Great experience from the front office to the dental assistants to the dentist. They explained everything before they did treatment and were very kind the whole time. The TV in ceiling is a great distraction! Definitely will be returning.

Ive been here about 3 times within the last month. Needed emergency treatment the first time. Dr. Nguyen with the assistance of Daisy Gamero got me in and treated me the next day. My next visit was with Dr. G, also with the assistance of Daisy and Alexis did my cleaning. Each and every time I went, I dreaded it due to the condition of my teeth. Each visit, they all made me feel welcomed and confident that they can and will take the best care for my teeth. They are always super friendly and I will recommend them to anyone asking. Theyre the best. Thanks guys!

I am a confident person, but I find myself not smiling often because I just dont like my teeth. Every time I walk in this office I am fighting back tears because this group has to look at my teeth. As soon as I walk in the door, I feel relieved that from the front desk all the way to each employee remains empathetic and can feel my insecurity. They really care about my confidence and always make sure that I leave satisfied. Let me add.. (after reading one negative review on here) there are several different payment options, they show you an estimate before they perform any work, and I am in love the staff! Eddie, Daisy, and Dr. Nguyen are the most patient, caring, and I have noticed they work really hard to meet everyones needs. They create a family, fun, loving environment where at times I find myself giggling in the chair myself. I cant forget that one of the front desk staff has AMAZING make- up skills too, and I would love for him to do my make-up. Thank you to all of you for helping me with one of my biggest insecurities and caring!!! ♥️👍💯

I contacted the Precision Dental about a 6 month cleaning as provided for in my insurance. I was assured when I called that the clinic was in my insurances network. I went in and had what I would consider a normal cleaning having had two a year since 2006. It turns out my insurance was billed for a regular cleaning and a total debridement. The cleaning was billed under Dr Nguyen and the debridement was billed under Dr. Guerrero. I never saw Dr. Guerrero at anytime during the visit. I would strongly caution individuals that seek dental services from this clinic that you fully understand what the treatment is that you are going to be given and the amount that you will be billed. The Service itself as far as cleanings go was acceptable but the way they bill insurance and what they code procedures as lacks completely.

I initially went here because this establishment in particular was rated so well, and I can see why. The staff here are very pleasant and friendly, but ever since coming here Ive had nothing but dental issues.I received 10 fillings a month after I had gotten a cleaning. I guess I shouldve trusted my gut to not get those fillings, because I definitely dont think I had that many. Ever since Ive gotten those fillings, I have grinded my teeth non-stop to the point where I experienced very painful headaches. I also cant eat very hard things anymore.I went to another dentist to see what was up and they had told me my fillings were really really high. This helped with the teeth grinding a bit, but not by a lot.Please be wary about the amount of fillings they tell you that you have. Going to this place has genuinely disrupted my life as Im in pain everyday and I can no longer eat foods I like.

Dr. Guerrero and his staff are bright, friendly, helpful and very professional.I take my whole family here and I was referred here as well.They take care of you whether you do or do not have dental insurance and work with everyone. Hablan Espanol! Call them without a doubt!

I have always had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff at Precision made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Guerrero is fantastic! I went to guerro dentist to get my teeth repaired,for some reason D.Guerro removed my fillings. On account my teeth had no hardness the teeth broke. To this day my teeth are broke. Being lower income could not afford to go back.

My family have been coming here for years! Dr. Nguyen is kind and gentle. She is patient with my 1yo. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Guerrero is an outstanding dentist, he is very personable and his level of dentistry is by far the best in Kansas. He is very gentle and caring about sensitive mouths and his staff is as well. Theyre also bilingual, speaking english and spanish. I highly recommend them to anybody, big or small. He has TVs everywhere to keep you mind at ease.

I have a rare nerve disorder called trigeminal neuralgia. it feels like a tooth ache but the teeth are just fine.Dr Guerrero was one of the first people to diagnose me and the first dentist in my life I didnt dread seeing. The whole PD team is conscious of my pain and does every thing they can to minimise it.And two days before my wedding my front tooth broke off near the root. He got me an emergency slot and crafted it out of resin by hand and you cant even tell the difference. That was less than 48 hours before I walked down the aisle.From the bottom of my heart thank you guys.Update: 3 years after my wedding. All my teeth are rotting out of my skull. Due to bad gentics and years of heavy medications my bone structure is just gone. I need full implant/denture by 25 years old. They are working with me on cost and communicating effectively with the oral surgeon without me facilitating every move. They clearly care more about my health than thier pocket book and know how important dental health is for the rest of your body. I swear every step in my care they give 110% and I can never thank them enough.Dr. Guerrero has saved my life. I know I could not have survived trigmeinal neuralgia for as long as I did if my dentists still didnt believe me. Dr. g and the whole office care so much and I will never thank them enough.

I love the female dentist! I love the staff! So why am I rating numer 1? Well I gather from Dr Guerro I am less of a person because I have a service dog and even though I had been there several times with my kids and the service dog, my last visit was very embarassing. My grandson, that I am guardian to was accidentally shot by a BB gun and the dentist was to clean his teeth and then try to do a root canal to save the front tooth. Well cause they absolutely refused to let me be with him, my grandson was so scared (he never had any teeth work prior) he wanted to leave. The Dr made me feel like I was not only less of a human but a disgrace to be alive! We had to find another dentist which by the time we made it there 5 days later, original apt on friday, it was so cracked he had to have it pulled by oral surgeon. SO MY ADVICE IF DISABLED OR IN NEED OF SERVICE DOG DONT GO!!!
