I was looking for an office close to my kids school and home. I found it, Wichita family dental office is very clean and all the staffs are friendly. They get you in and out at no time. I love their hours they open as early as 7am. 👌🏾 The are also very good with kids. 💃🏽💃🏽 Look no where else.

I suffer from crippling anxiety and Dr Razzak is the very best dentist I have ever had. She is extremely kind, patient, compassionate, honest and knowledgeable. I cannot put into words how happy and relieved I am to have found someone like her. If you are petrified of the dentist, trust me and go see her. Ask for her specifically as they have several dentists and they pair you with who is available at the time you are ready for the dentist to do their part. Asking for her (when setting the appointment and when you arrive) guarantees she will be at that location for your appointment. Let her know your concerns and she will walk you through exactly what is happening, comfort you and all-the-while distract you from thinking the worst.I would also like to compliment her support staff. Her hygienist held my hand and was so very kind and also compassionate. They don’t treat you like a number, they treat you like a person with feelings. If I could hug them I would have in a heartbeat, and I’m not a hugger and there’s that pesky pandemic going on. Giving them my money for their services just doesn’t feel like enough because Dr Razzak and her staff are that wonderful.

I have been struggling to find a way to get dental help. I am a single parent and work and go to school. Wichita Family Dental made sure I was cared for and made a plan for me. Dr. Razzak and Kaitlyn went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of. I have found a dentist that cares and does great work. Thank you!!!

They got me in quickly and were so kind and helpful in getting me out of pain! Dr. LeMaster was great with getting my root canal started. And the assistant Brooke was very considerate and accommodating. Definitely a five star experience!

Today was my first visit to the office for a routine cleaning. Julio, Liz and Kristina made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door till they gave me a fresh-baked muffin when I left! Kelsey was my hygienist. She explained the advanced technology she used to take my x-rays and check my gums . I’ve never had such a complete, thorough and quick appointment. I was even offered a warm blanket, and the view of the lake was serene. Dr. Mitchell examined my teeth and discussed my follow up options well. I was very pleased with my visit.

Dr. Pierson and Gaby were great! Worked on my implant with crown. Service is outstanding. Dr. Pierson and Gaby made this procedure easy and fun. They care about patients well being and comfort.

Friendly staff. Hygienist was awesome! Doctor was efficient and did great work. The whole visit would have been great had I not had to wait 45 minutes before they got started. Then they tried to charge me full price for the crown. With insurance I only had to pay half of the charge. I think they were over booked this Saturday morning.

The staff went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Everyone at the office was very professional, friendly, and always had a smile on their face no matter what department they were working in. I couldnt say enough or even find the words to describe my experience at the dental office. Its like no other dental office that Ive ever been in. My dentist Chuck Pierson was a great blessing to me. I am very anxious in a dental chair and he made sure that my needs were taken care of and that I felt comfortable during the whole procedure. Ive been going to Wichita family dental for a couple of years and they are so amazing. Ive got fears of dentists from the past and they make me so comfortable I couldnt go anywhere else. Dr.Pierson and Jess Allison just did an implant for me and they were spot on...They also make it homely... They bake you a cookie or a muffin for the road or provide you a water or blanket... Most importantly, they are perfectionist on fixing your teeth...Thanks to the whole staff

I called the emergency line on a Sunday night, as one of my teeth broke off at the gum line. I was scheduled right away for Monday at 8am. Dr Iqbal along with Kara and Maia replaced the crown, and the broken tooth all in one appointment. The office was warm and inviting, and the staff took care of my every need! Kara even brought me some warm soup while I waited for my crown to be completed. Thank you so much Wichita Family Dental for replacing my smile 😊

I came in to the office for a tooth extraction and bone graft for an implant. Dr. Iqbal was the Doctor that did the extraction and graft. The procedure itself was pretty painless, the Doctor was great at explaining things to me. I had stitches put in and the healing of those was also pretty painless. Im really impressed with the office and the healing process. Mia and Brooke were the Assistants the day of the stitches removal and they were both awesome at just having conversation and explaining everything. I love this office!

Dr Iqbal did my extraction on a Saturday at the last minute, him and Kara were both amazing. I am very afraid of dental work and they made me very comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend them! Just to say it one more time they are amazing!!

I was very pleased to have my two fillings done today with Mariah (assistant) and Dr. Razzak. They did a great job!

Earlier today, my tooth hurt so badly the whole side of my face throbbed. I searched, made a few calls, but nothing before tomorrow was available. That is until I called Wichita Family Dental. The lady who answered the phone literally asked how quickly I could get to the clinic once I told her my situation. She scheduled me a 3:30 appointment.I arrived, filled out paperwork, and was put in a room within fifteen minutes. Mind you, I’m a new patient and called forty-five minutes prior for an emergency appointment. Ms. Cherry, the dental assistant, kept me up to speed the entire time and checked on me frequently. I didn’t mind waiting a bit because they squeezed me in. Ms Cherry x-rayed my tooth, and Dr. Mitchell came in and confirmed that there was an infection in my tooth. She then suggested an extraction. Dr. Mitchell and her staff stayed after hours and took such great care of me. Liz even scheduled me for a cleaning next week to establish care.I’m blown away by the level of care I received. The staff is remarkable and despite the typical pain from an extraction, I feel better than I did. Thank you Dr. Mitchell, Ms. Cherry, and Liz! I’m so thankful for your care and attention! I’m looking forward to continuing care with people who genuinely care!

I do not like going to the dentist. It is always hard for me, and since my husband died it has been worse, because he always went with me. But this Dental office is wonderful. Dr. Razzak and Courtney H were so kind and nice. There was no pain at all and I have a plan in place to get more work done. I recommend this office 100%. You will be treated great!

I saw the new doctor Mitchell and it was a phenomenal experience. She is young, lively, and personable which made me feel really comfortable. Never enjoyed going to the dentist until this visit. She took her time and explained things which helped ease my nerves. She was very gentle when she got me numb. True professional.

I went in for a emergency extraction and the team took care of me extremely well. Brianna G. was the hygienist that took good care of me from the start to finish and Dr. Iqbal made sure I was in good hands. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care.

Would be five stars, but theyve started charging a $35 premium for Saturday appointments. As someone who chose their office because of their Saturday hours and can only come to the dentist on Saturdays, the fact that theyve essentially created a subscription service for their Saturday appointments is highly disappointing. For me, its essentially a one time fee, and I will never get that refundable deposit to reserve your appointment back unless I change dentists. Im just grateful I can afford it. Plenty of people in my scheduling position wont be able to.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best dentist visits I’ve ever attended! The inside looks very fancy, clean and everybody was super friendly and very caring! I came in for a root canal that I went into another dentist office for 3 days in pain and they didn’t treat me so I decided to call Wichita Family Dental and they got me in and fixed up the same day i called! The only thing I felt thru the procedure is a little pinch to numb me up! Dr. Pierson, Dr. Mitchell and the assistants Kirby and Gaby that took care of me were very professional and I would 10/10 recommend this dental office to anyone that needs work done!!

Gaby and Dr Huber were amazing. I’ve been coming here for several years for cleanings and recently 2 crowns. One of the reasons I chose this place several years ago was because they do crowns in house and you only wait a couple of hours if even that for them to be made on site.I had a crown a while back where I had to wait 2-3 weeks for it. Never again.Oh yeah, they also give you cookies too. It’s about as good as you can get for it being a Dentist office LOL

Gabby was amazing & quick to assist me when I came into the office. Dr. Iqbal was able to re attach my crown that popped of during a camping trip. Good place and I will return. For the most part everyone was super nice and listened to me. Kirby was especially helpful and Dr. Begnoche actually seemed to care about my needs and took the time to answer all of my questions and include me in my care plan decisions.

These vultures charge $1,000 per tooth to extract. What makes them so special to outrageously OVERCHARGE and take advantage of the community like that. They send you home without treating you in any way unless you magically cough up 10thousand dollars up front for their outrageous costs. I had a procedure done at this office today. My front tooth is in the process of getting an implant and they had to do the final step before finishing with the fake tooth. My partial also broke, so I dont have that either. They drilled a hole in my mouth and put this post in. Its fine, I have 3 weeks to wear a mask and itll be fine. Even though Im super self conscious about it, its 3 weeks. Ill deal.EXCEPT THE DR IS GOING ON VACATION FOR 2 WEEKS and no one mentioned that to me before they did this procedure. When I told the dr that I was going to cry , he laughed right in my face.I have to go back so they can finish this. But if you want someone who cares, this is not the place.

East Location is GREAT, they get you in FAST and do what you are in there for without making a ton of appointments... DONT go to the Derby one. Referred my daughter and thats where they sent her and they quoted an unreasonable amount for things she didnt need AND they wanted her to come back a couple times. Would not listen to what she wanted. Complete waste of her time and now she has to go somewhere else

I thought I would give them WFD the benefit of doubt and try them again. My husband went there for a toothache and we both had the same experience as far as insurance. I was repeatedly told that they accept my insurance. After I’m in the chair X-rays taken, I’m told my insurance isn’t covered there. I was offered to apply for care credit or pay out of pocket. Basically treated like someone with no insurance, I was given information for low cost dental clinics which I don’t need and a cookie as a gift ?I have a toothache excruciating pain and you give a cookie??? I paid for my visit. Called my insurance company, My insurance is covered there . No thanks I will not be making an appointment with them again, I will be going somewhere else. Refund please.

From the hygienists to the doctors, everyone is so nice and has your best interest at heart. You can tell that Dr. Pierson gives his all to his practice and that you are in great hands. Best dental experience I could ask for. My dental assistant jaron and Dr. Begnoche were fantastic! Ivy the crown lady showed me all the fancy technology and got my crown done same day! Thank you wichita family dental. Jaron the assistant deserves a wage for the service and help he provided, couldnt have done it without him!

Receptionist was rude and unwilling to offer even the most basic questions about pricing over the phone, said I needed to make an appointment when literally every other dentist I have called was able to give a rough estimate. Completely rude, sarcastic and waste of my time.

The dental work is good but the customer service could be better. Appointment was at 1pm and its 230pm now and Im still sitting waiting. They did not make any attempt to tell us how long it will be or even give us a heads up that theyre even running behind. It would have been really awesome to get a call saying were running behind so please show up x amount of time later maybe its just having to sit in the car the whole time but still. Updates and communication should be a standard

I saw Dr.Lemaster this morning at the East loacation. She was awesome! She didnt pressure me into getting extra work done! Her and Jess her assistant were really nice and easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable here. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down the absolute BEST dental office & visit i have ever had. Needed a tooth extracted & they were able to fit me in within 20 minutes. Every memeber of the staff is beyond nice & raditates kindness. I was offered bottles of water when i arrived & when moved to a different (kind of chilly) room for the extraction, i was given a warm blanket without having to say a single word. Dr. Pierson was awesome & made me feel very comfortable & knowledgeable about everything that was going to happen & made sure i was okay during the whole visit. I will continue to drive the hour to their office from now on & recommend that everyone in Wichita & surrounding areas do too. This office makes dental visits a complete pleasure instead of dread.

If your child needs anything other than a simple cleaning I would not recommend taking them here. They do not have the appropriate tools to treat them properly. That being said, staff and dentist were nice.

Asked for price of consult visit to see about getting new dentures. Office refused to give a price prior to seeing the the dentist. Without insurance, I refuse to be seen and then told I owe whatever they decide after the fact. No thanks.
