The practice has an excellent ambience. Very relaxing atmosphere. Going to them for dental work feels like going to visit family members. I adore Dr. Chang and Dr. Belen. They also worked on my husband and we both agree, they are the best!

My filling came out and Dr. Chang fixed it for me. Until this experience, I had never been to a dentist before that I did not feel the shot in my mouth. I was very impressed. Dr. Chang is amazing. Very gentle. It makes me not so nervous about going to the dentist. The staff is very welcoming and caring. It feels like a family environment.

When you fall asleep during a root canal you know the doctor and staff are amazing at what they do. Granted, I used the nitrous oxide but I was still alert the first half of the procedure. Once I relaxed and knew this was not going to be painful at all, I dozed off. Hope I dont have to go back, but if I ever need a root canal again I will definitely go to Dr. Chang at Lakepoint Dental. Dr Chang is the most professional, gentle, and comforting dentist we’ve ever been to. We’ve been clients for many years because of her wonderful care. Several years ago due to changes in insurance we had to see a different provider for about 18 months. The level of service we received was nothing close to our experience with Lakepoint Dental.Dr Chang and Dr Belen have provided excellent care to me and our 5 children, including one who is extremely anxious in the dentist chair. I was personally shocked with how gentle and patient she has been with that particular child who is very challenging, from not wanting to open her mouth to even have her teeth looked at to at times screaming because- well, that’s what she does🤦🏼‍♀️I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr Chang was amazing! Had to get an emergency root canal done and the front desk staff worked me in the same day. I am always super nervous going to get anything done at the dentist because I hate being numbed, but I barely felt it when she numbed me for the root canal. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a root canal done. She and her staff are super friendly and they are really patient with you, especially if you are in a lot of pain or if you are really nervous.

Called with an urgent need for a root canal appointment, and they made time for me that very morning. Dr. Chang was fantastic. She was expeditious in completing a complex and lengthy procedure. Had a really good appointment. Everyone was very friendly and the dentist was very good at talking threw everything. I hate the idea of needles in my mouth and I started having a little panic attack and she was very good and making sure she didn’t do anything before she explained it first, after the numbing I was fine and it was smooth sailing she also made me check to see if I had any sharp areas that she needed to fix because that cause cause tongue sores and that meant a lot, I haven’t had a dentist do that before. Highly recommend!

As much as people dread going to the dentists, the visit experience with Drs. Chang & Belen has always been positive for me. If you are afraid of shots, Dr. Chang is excellent in administering pain-free local anesthetic shots. She knows exactly how to massage the cheeks or gum tissues while redirecting the patients nervousness to reduce the sensation to a minimum. The doctors have been our family dentists since 1990. We have complete trust and confidence in the doctors treatments and dental plans for us; they are always well-planned and delivered with our wellbeing in mind. Absolutely love Lakepoint dental. My children have been going there since 1999/2000. They are like family. When we walk in they know who we are without asking. They always ask how their school and just life in general is going. They remember personal events that had happened and will ask for updates. I love that they are invested in our family personally and professionally. Many years ago they moved to a new location, that was much farther away from our home. We we decided to remain under their care and I was so glad I did. We always receive top-notch care and never had any issues.

Dr Chang is the best when it came to doing my root canal and the lady that handles the billing is very nice. She worked with me on my bill. But Dixie the front desk lady is very rude, inconsiderate and shouldnt be working or answering the phone. I have worked in the dental field for over 32 years and never would I treat a patient like she treated me on the phone today.

Drs. Belen and Chang have been our family dentists for several years. They do high quality work in a pleasant, friendly, clean environment.

Always on schedule.Dental work top notch.Staff all friendly and knowledgeable.Makes the pain of going to the dentist a lot easier. :^)...Edit: they will continue to schedule you new work, even when you havent paid in full. They let you rack up a sizeable bill (paying monthly payments the whole time), then when half your tooth is missing waiting on a crown, they say you need to pay everything in full before they will finish.I dont think the doctors know this is happening as they do great work.The front half however, have apparently turned into extortion artists...

Absolutely loved this office!! When calling in... sometimes it’s akward cuz u don’t know how to explain what you need help with but the lady on the phone was super sweet!! And got me right in, when I got to the office the ladies where super sweet and funny. A lot of energy too. The dentist went above and beyond and made sure he knew my priority and didn’t just give me a list of stuff that needed done. Enjoyed this office for sure!

The Doctors have not only been very professional and patience with me and my family in providing our various dental needs from cleaning to extensive crown work but have become family friends. We love them and the staff.

They do poor work and have even worse communication. They put way too much build up on my teeth to where they chipped and are sensitive as well using a temporary cap in place of a permanent one. Now with my new dentist I found out they used that cap to cover-up poor work which now Im going to need a root canal as a result.

Drs. Belen and Chang are kind and gentle with their patients. They are perfectionists with their care. Highly recommended.

For my first visit, I scheduled a routine cleaning. They use a water pic that didnt leave me hurting or sore afterwards, and I got sunglasses to wear during the cleaning so my eyes werent blasted by the light. The place is modern and very clean. I was very impressed by my first visit. Unfortunately, I had 2 cavities and had to return the next week. Dr. Chang did my dental work on my return visit. The numbing cream and her care with the needle made it to where I could not feel the shots at all! She made quick work of filling the cavities (out in 1 hour). I had less pain afterwards, again, than I usually do after a filling at my regular dentist office. She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, and I was never confused on anything because of that. Again, I was very impressed with the facility, the staff, and the level of service I received. My cost (out of network) was comparable to any dentist office.Summary: I would recommend this dentist office and Dr. Chang to anyone looking for a great place for dental work. I made them my new regular dentist office, even though they are out of my network (thats how impressed I was with their service). I have also heard nothing but good things about Dr. Belen, but I have not had him do any work on myself.

When people meet me they cannot believe my teeth are all crowns. Since I have TMJ, I interviewed several dentists in the area before picking Dr. Belen. I found him by posting a recommendation for a new dentist on Facebook! One of my friends who is a nurse recommended him.He worked tirelessly to make my smile perfect. He made appointments with me on Saturdays, to make sure he had time and concentration to work on my case, exclusively. When he and his wife see me out and about, they always say hello. They are genuine people who care and are experts in dentistry.
