0 stars... worst place ever..likes to discuss your health and issue in the waiting room in front of other patients and will decide a health plan with you and then change it without letting you know...

First time in years I felt a doctor listened to me fully and he was very comprehensive about my all over well being. The staff were friendly people were spaced and masked. There was a long wait and the nursing staff didn’t know how to do a manual bp but the doctor more than made up for that.

Horrible timing, rude Indian female doctors, wears tight/small dresses, they have been disrespectful to my mother!! My mother asked for several things such as a back brace, permanent disability tag, knee pads ,etc. She was told to go buy it her self from Walmart. The doctor is always telling my mother about her weight each visit in a rude manner. She refused to give her refills on her pills. She won’t treat the foot pains my mother has been complaining about

I’m sure I got lucky but I went here the other day with an injured wrist and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. That was great but so was the staff. Thank you Sharon (registration) and Alicia Mack and especially Twana Dumas. You were all so kind and pleasant and Twana addressed all my concerns and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you!

They help alot there nice and clean very good doctors

Had an appt at W3 suite 173, the appt was at 3:15 didn’t get seen until 3:50. I feel like the doctor thinks he’s all big and bold and does not care about the patients time because they are getting paid regardless.

This place is HORRIBLE its been horrible it will continue to be horrible i used to see them several years ago because they are who has the sliding scale community program in Houston County i thought I would never have to come back here but then I moved back to the area and couldnt find anyone else to take my insurance so I tried again NOPE still as bad as the first Ive they refuse to write scripts for certain people while happily writing the same script for someone else they refuse to listen to recommendations of specialists because God knows they know more than anyone else and if you are over weight you will find ZERO assistance even if you are overweight due to another documented medical problem if you need an immediate referral forget it even if they do give you one it takes 45 days just basically STAYYYYYYY AAAAWWWWAAAYYYY

Doctors and nurses are great! Waiting times can be a bit long.

I went there bc I have arthritis in my back and I needed some pain relief. I was hoping they would get me into some physical therapy. But they didnt even examine me at all. They just told me there was nothing they can do. That was last year and I am still getting a bill from them for $200. I am not paying them $200 when all they did was tell me to go someplace else.

Lousy i made an appointment for a physical and they want info released to the state which violates hippa laws and privacy and the whole time i was there these front desk clerks were rude and talk trash about me and make joke and defamated my character id give them zero stars if i could ill find another doctor hell the emergency rom isnt even as rude as these people

Front desk nds training. They dont be answering the phone and have attitudes. Very rude and wait time to see physician is ridiculous. Nobody wants to come an office and wait over an hour or two to see the doctor.

Ive been a patient here now for years. I dont usually have a problem or get sick, but when I do need to be seen its a hassle to get someone on the phone and no matter how bad something is they can never see you that day. I feel like I won the lottery with them for being seen the next day. I was told before by a nurse that they were understaffed, that was months ago. The doctors are nice and helpful but I never see the same one. I even made an appointment the other day and they didnt know that I was their regular patient. Ive been looking for another doctor. Theyre just to busy to help you within a reasonable amount of time.

Worst place ever. No timely service. No responses. No call backs. I’ve been waiting on results for over a week, and I’m not sure what is wrong but they try to find every reason in the book not to refer me to the OBGYN and blame my problems on my weight.

Found out that I had a uti. Not true at all. My results are good because it says it on my review paper from my appointment on Oct 10 2018. A misunderstanding that needs to be cleared up Asap.

Wish I could give them a negative 5 the worst place to ever service expect any timely service just a bunch of old women at the front who only care about sitting and being combative....

Can never get an appointment it takes them over 6 hours to call you back. Dont go here if you want a quick response or to be seen the same day

The doctor let a young practitioner try to put an intrauterine device on me, she only saw her try it 5 very painful times and after I had been super hurt they told me that the device no longer worked. I have already put on devices and I know that they occupy a special light lamp and they did not have it at the disposal of the practicing doctor.
