Dr. Burkett is the best! I always feel well taken care of by her and her staff. Professional but also very friendly and relaxed vibe. If you need help with vascular problems, this is the place to go.

Wow!! That’s the beat way I say how to let others know about my experience at this office!! Dr Burkett and staff are professional and made sure that I was informed and treated comfortably. I was having varicose vein troubles and they took great care of me. To me the procedure was no more painful that the veins themselves were causing. Took about 45 minutes and I walked out of there. Even days later after I made sure to follow the postoperative directions, I felt wonderful!! Thanks again to Dr Burkett and staff for taking such awesome care of me!! Call see them for yourself!!

The staff is friendly and very nice. But her attitude is unprofessional. Just cause you are a doctor dont give you a reason to talk to your patient any kind of way. Saying you need to have jerryacti surgery like you weigh 600 or 700 pounds. Saying your weight is the cause of your legs and alot more stuff. Didnt e plain surgery to you just say I will see you in the or. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to her for her rudeness

Great staff, I love it!

I am having to update this review based on a change in care from this provider since my last review I left on August 21, 2020 (see para. below). Since that time, this physician has regressed with respect to attention to detail and making sure the treatment and office notes were completely accurate. Having reviewed and read all of my service notes from this provider, I had found several errors and inaccuracies in what she dictated and wrote versus what she actually found and diagnosed. Even though these errors and inaccuracies were brought to her attention in person following their discovery and she admitted they needed to be corrected, she still failed to accurately and comprehensively record and capture the correct information. Her attention to detail and patient care post-surgery leaves a lot to be desired and is not commensurate with her pre-surgery care and active surgical care. Patient care includes making sure all information, notes, diagnoses, symptoms and observations are accurately noted. If they are not, the physician has failed to fully care for and fulfill her professional obligations to her patient, doing him/her a grave disservice. At this time, regrettably, I can no longer recommend this physician.August 21, 2020: Dr Burkett and her team at MGVSC are the consummate professionals. She is a stellar and exceptional vascular surgeon. She takes the time to explain in detail the plan of care she intends to conduct and has the patience to answer every question you may have. She’s one of the best, definitely has the right stuff.

Let me just start by saying from the initial call to schedule my very first appointment I was treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. I remember getting off the phone and telling my co-workers how nice and pleasant the lady was that scheduled my appointment. I called back days later and to my surprise the nice lady remembered my voice and name. This had a major impact on me because I work in customer service and realize that it’s seldom that you get great customer service these days. My first appointment was awesome! I only had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes before being called to the back and then only had to wait 3-4 minutes before Dr. Burkett came in to see me. I have to say I have never had a doctor explain and educate me on my condition as well as Dr. Burkett. She is amazing! I never felt rushed and she answered all of my questions! Dr. Burkett performed my vein ablation surgery last week and it went very well! She along with the nurse (I think her name is Lori) were awesome! They made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions, and walked me through step by step what was happening during the surgery. Honestly I was laughing so much that I don’t even remember any pain! My overall experience with Dr. Burkett and her staff has been fantastic and I will be going back in a couple of weeks to have the same procedure done on my other leg. I highly recommend Dr. Burkett and her team for all of your vascular needs!

Rude staff, and the doctor incorrectly placed a fistula in my mom’s arm. She has already been sued once according to reviews so beware!! Thank GOD my mom survived thanks to another educated doctor who corrected her mess!! Till this day my mom is unable to fully use her arm because of this horrible surgery. Again Beware of Dr. Allison Burkett!! She needs her license revoked honestly!! Shouldn’t be in this field and you know it’s bad when another doctor agrees!!!!!!
