My daughter who is now 14 going on 15 has been with this orthodontist for years. She loves the staff and the environment. They are always so polite and friendly. They are very thorough with their information and details. I appreciate them very much. The facility is clean and neat they have an area for children to play games. After the visit the children could choose a cookie or a slushy. They also receive free t-shirts and Rigbys coupons. Love this place and would recommend for any person from child to adult.

I was convinced that fixing my smile and teeth wasn’t possible, until I reached out to Spillers. I wasn’t sure if braces or Invisalign would be best. After sitting with Ashley and Dr. Spillers I was thrilled to see a 360° view of my mouth and what it should look like after two years. I decided to go with Invisalign. At 51 years of age I didn’t want braces. I couldn’t be happier with my progress. I’m at week 24 and they’re impressed with my progress. Go make an appointment and see what they can do for you. I can’t say enough about Spillers Orthodontics!! All three of my children have used them, and we have had nothing but great experiences the entire time! My middle child is autistic, and we were extremely hesitant and concerned about him receiving treatment. However, at the initial, free consultation, they explained that you couldn’t even see his bottom teeth due to his bite, and they were concerned that he was grinding his teeth down. They assured me that they had experience working with autistic children and that they believed he would be successful. Wow, were they so right! We had such an incredible, wonderful experience!!!! Mistie was absolutely phenomenal with our son!!! She was so patient and calm and always explained to him exactly what she was going to do beforehand! He loved her, and so do we!!!! Place is a mess, they are very unorganized and often times would lose fax they receive. They would make you hold on phone and they tell they will call later and never end up calling and by the time I call them back fax is lost (happened 3 times with two different front desk workers). Never written a single review on google but this one just had to be done. So I just ended up with Pool Orthodontics which i was actually able to set up and make first appointment all within 5 min of call time.

Yesterday I went to Spillers orthodontist for my consultation. They are very efficient at what they do , my appointment was at 2:15 and I was sent to the back to start my consultation at 2:15. You very rarely see this type of efficiency , the employees were very nice and they always give the brightest smiles to make you feel welcomed. Don’t waste your time at the Warner Robins office, drive to Macon! This place is full of rude staff members and a secretary that thinks she runs this place. She wants to hear the problem and insist on making decisions for the doctor. She should have let me talk to one of the techs. I am pretty sure you don’t have a PhD, if you did you wouldn’t be answering the appointment calls. I pay to see him and for his services, not yours so stay in your lane!!!

First of all, the location of Spillers Orthodontics is spectacular. The front porch has rockers! The landscape is exceptional. The moment you enter, you are warmly welcome by the staff. COVID instructions are displayed on the entrance door. Temps are taken at a 6-foot distance by a machine.There are waiting rooms. Since I have 9years old twins, we choose the kids waiting room; this was a ten. There was a game machine for kids, omg!Our appointment was 2 pm; Amanda called us at 2:05 pm. Amanda was AWESOME! I had been researching for months where to take my daughter for braces. Dr. Spillers office always came up when asking for recommendations. The energy I felt when I walked through the door absolutely won me over! Everyone was so nice and they took their time to explain all possible options that were available. My search was officially over! If I could give 20 stars I would.

During consultation, they fit you for braces right away with X-Rays. Dont have to wait for weeks to get your braces. Dr. Spiller was very upfront and honest about braces/aligners. They make the down payment and the payment plan more affordable and its reasonable. Try this Orthodontics Office before any other. They were my second opinion and first choice.

Always a pleasure to visit this location. Prior to the virus, it was very organized from arrival check in, games with prize opportunities, community drives(food, shoes), or Spillers trinkets. There were video games in the lobby, coffee, snacks along with cookie or snow cone given at the end of visit. The staff has always been professional and polite. So fast forward to the days of 2020! This was the first business I am aware of that closed down, began virtual appointments and immediately called to offer to send my retainers in the mail. They took ownership, did not require me to come pick them up and just made the process easy. Spillers also jumped at the chance to use their 3D machine to make masks for staff and the medical community. What we also werent aware of was the extent they would go for clients to feel safe once we returned. Temp check-in, call from the car, seating spaced more than 6 ft apart, mask required, access to offices are one way and a new ventilation system of some sort. I was comfortable returning and am happy to have chosen an orthodontist that cares about clients and whats going on in the community.

I wasted 6k on this office. They do what they want to do and don’t listen to their patients, and get incredibly mad when I brought up concerns. After my treatment, I went to another orthodontist and they walked me through their whole treatment plan for me to actually achieve my goal. This office also had teeth pulled that apparently didn’t need to be pulled? Just please beware.

Been contemplating my whole adult life about getting braces. Finally went to see what it’s all about and will be getting Invisalign next month. Every one there was amazing. I felt so comfortable. The technology they had was high tech. The fact that I was able to see the end result really swayed me.

We have 6 children & 4 have needed braces. The 26 year old & 24 year old had braces when they were much younger. The 21 year old got hers later in life & just got them off. The 11 year old is in her first round now, moving teeth to make room for all of the adult teeth coming in. Spillers Ortho has always done a great job of taking care of our childrens orthodontics. We could not be happier with their services.
