Checked in online and was seen on time when I arrived! Visit and service was great. They knew what was going on with me and had me feeling better within a few days. The NP was very informative, professional and helpful. I will definitely be returning whenever I or my kids are not feeling well.

I had my covid test done on 7/10 and it is now 7/25 and I still have not gotten my results. I have to get back to work but my job requires paperwork which my Dr wont complete until I get my test results. They said it would be 6-10 days from the day I took the test that would have been the 20th at the latest.

Had a Covid-19 test on Saturday since I am a healthcare provider in an assisted living facility and it is now Thursday and no results. I tried to contact by email, phone and text and can not reach an actual person or receive a response

I use the Warner Robins Minute Clinic regularly. They are well staffed and thorough with their visits. I once encountered an RN that wouldn’t give me an antibiotic and one was needed (I did have to go back 3 days later and was given the medication). However, nowadays, doctors are reluctant to give antibiotics, so I can’t say that I hold that against her. This is a great place for your run-of-the-mill illnesses!

Extremely unpleasant experience. NP refused to listen to my symptoms. I had the same infection a few months prior and was treated with medication that worked promptly and effectively. NP refused to even consider medication. I was forced to pay a copay for a brochure that I could have grabbed for free. I had to spend more money to go see a DOCTOR and get proper medication. The visit was an entire waste of my time and money.

This is usually a great professional place but today I went and Priscilla Frazer Np was there. She loves to talk down to you and refuses to give children even with a fever any antibiotics and is extremely rude. I wish I could give zero stars but it wouldnt let me.

The physicians here are a joke! They prescribe medications that you dont need and dont even run tests. Please do not waste your money!

Have always had great results & any wait is soooooo much less than the Doc office.

My daugther went here in pain, nurse insisted she didnt have anything wrong and sent her home. 3 days later she went somewhere else and had been diagnosed with a severe UTI. What a waste of money this place is. Who is actually in charge hete?

Visited today and was dissappointed. The nurse was very rude from the get-go. She was arrogant and condescending and not at all helpful, seemed annoyed that we were there. We will never be back. I am now taking my sick daughter to another clinic to get antibiotics bc the minute clinic lady said it was allergies and shame on me for only having her on Claritin... Save yourself time and energy and go anywhere else.

Wrong Close Time Posted. The close time posted on the CVS website is 5:30pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 5:15pm to find the that it was closed. When questioned, the representative said that they dont take patients after 5:15pm. Doesnt that mean that they close at 5:15pm from the customers perspective? Spoke with the manager, who gave the response of The MinuteClinic is not managed by the store, but Ill pass your complaint to corporate. Forgive me if I lack confidence in that actually happening. I will say that the Pharmacist on duty was very nice to speak to and was as helpful as he could be.

I went in today with a sore throat and generally not feeling well. I advised them i had been exposed to the flu (step son) and strep throat(daughter). She didnt do any tests to rule out or confirm strep or the flu. She told me it was allergies. Left and went to AlphaMed who ran both the strep and flu test... And I HAVE BOTH. This place is a joke and if i hadnt went somewhere else, i would be walking around and spreading the flu and strep.

We visited the Shot Whisperer, Lakeyshia King, at the MinuteClinic on Russell. The wait wasnt long at all, and she is magical at giving out shots with absolutely no pain.

$139 dollars for 5 minutes, its a joke, it suppose to be there to help not to take advantage of those that have no insuranceAnd what they give me didnt helpIm never going back there or recommended
