It was a great experience!! from the Dr So Yun to the assistants/ nurses and the front desk! My wait time was like 5 minutes.. just fabulous! I had gone to another ER at 8am and they said will see you at 1:50pm. Like seriously.When i arrive at this facility I told the front desk i was having a hard time breathing and if they take walk in and she said yes.. i highly recommend this Urgent Care facility😃 just wonderful! A great big thank you to all the staff at Kaweah Urgent Care on Demaree. It was nice to able to take our grandson there when he hurt his wrist. They were very professional and quick to address his injury. He felt very comfortable with their attention and their concern for him. I was only able to get the name of one staff member - the PA Ben. Went for a routine tuberculin skin test. Was informed of 2.5 hour waiting period. Do not have to be seen by a MD or Nurse Practitioner for this. They do not offer an appointment for this. No one was waiting in the lobby.

Unless you have a broken bone or pneumonia, don’t waste your time with these scammers. If your staff lacks the experience, training and imaging equipment to diagnose a hernia, why would you admit that patient to see someone? For money, that’s way.Better not bill me or my insurance for that useless waste of time.

Had a great experience. First time I have ever used an urgent care. Made an appointment online for 1030 in the morning they told us to arrive there about 10 minutes before Appointment time. And this was on a Saturday morning.They took us right in very polite very professional we saw the physicians assistant within 20 minutes and we were on our way and out of there within an hour and they were busy but it was a great experience and I will definitely go back before I would go to an emergency room unless it was absolutely necessary.

Dr. Timothy Shortnacy is a great doctor and made a painful experience less painful and scary. He was funny and educated and proficient! He was very fast and made the procedure quick and less painful! Just wanted to share how great of a doctor I think he is! The staff is nice and it is always quick!

Very rude . We’re all head to be treated respectable and with the upmost care and the front nurse that checks people in before going to the registration was absolutely rude ! Then when I asked for time she sent out 4 officials ! Very uncalled for and felt very stereotypical and unprofessional! Will never recommend anyone to come here EVER!!!

Would like to share my every unfortunate experience. Last week I took my 95 year old father to get seen because his primary doctor wasn’t available. My poor dad has a skin condition that was severe. Itchy all over & bleeding when scratching. He also had an eye infection which is why I took him. The nurse practitioner saw him diagnosed him with the infection in his eye & on his skin. But refused to give him treatment for his condition. Instead told me to take him to ER. I was so upset that I asked her. What is the purpose of bringing a sick person to their facility to have the doctor refuse treatment. I walked out, because she couldn’t answer me. Please I advice anybody to visit a different facility for your urgent care needs if you want treatment. You’ll be wasting your time & money with Kaweah urgent care. They don’t care about the patient. They are just there to take your money & bill insurance company for work they do not do.

Ive had a good experience in the past. Unfortunately this time I scheduled a test and was waiting for my 2nd call which never arrived. They told me they had attempted to reach me 4 times. My phone was working and showed no missed calls. I arrived at the scheduled time but they were not able to attend me because I didnt answer phone. Im now waiting in the parking lot still 20 min after my scheduled appointment

They are rude and a complete waist of time. They did nothing to help with me with my problem!

Came in with a horrible anxiety attack and was treated very good. I was a mess and first person I talked to was MA larissa who calmed me down and made me feel comfortable. She would make her rounds to update me on the time and ask if I needed anything. MA Monique then came in with medication explained what I was getting and the dose. Communication is perfect here. Doctor Ben came in treated me and also clearly explained everything. Would 10/10 recommend this place. Thank you Kaweah !

Kaweah Delta Urgent Care on Demaree is the best anywhere if not the world. Im not exaggerating because Im been to my share in a myriad of places because of my military experience. The level of superior customer service truly reflects the overall leadership. All the ladies that work in the front/lobby area significantly add to the overall patient level of care because they are so helpful in creating a stress-free environment. They make the check-in process very easy. I have used this Urgent Care a few times with equal high level of care from those helping you in the front to nurses, and finally to doctors

Took my mother in on. Sunday morning and was VERY impressed from the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left. Very professional, very efficient and very time managed. Definitely will be our choice for any future medical needs in off hours.

I had an unusual situation of needing to get a rapid response COVID-19 test for a medical procedure due to miscommunication from the doctor’s office. After explaining the situation they went out of their way to check with the manager to see if they could accommodate my need. I know they were super busy but were professional and very nice. My thanks to a great staff.

Scheduled my appointment online from home. Arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time and registered over the phone from my car. Waited about 10-15 min in my car until they had a room ready and saw the provider not long after that. He was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor! I hope they always keep the option to wait in your car. Way better than sitting in the waiting room!

Got to give the ladies an A+.Ive had 6 prior back sugerys, so any time I go to a Dr I automatically get treated like Im sort heroin junky or something..anyway not here, the nurses were polite and curtious. Got my exam and x-ray done quickly. My nurse gave me a shot of antiflamitoy in my hip. So hopefully I feel better soon. Thanks again ladies..God bless you all at The Kaweah Delta Urgent Care. .

Great service. Best urgent care I have ever been too! The staff is so friendly caring and communicates often. The wait time flies by because of the great service they provide and they have TVs in each exam room to make the wait to go by faster. Since COVID-19 started you want to be safe and keep your distance and this office did just that. I reserved a spot on line for a walk in. They took all my information over the phone called me when they had a room available for me so I walked right in. The Dr. and LVN who assisted me today were AMAZING!! Had no complaints at all.

It is always an unpleasant experience when one of your littles is either sick or injured, but Kaweah Delta Urgent Care on Demaree always provides not only the best but most time efficient care. My son was injured at home. I walked in right at opening. We were in and out within an hour including X-rays and results. Thank you to the staff for your diligence!

My husband and I both came down with something. We spent 2 days at home with fevers and decided to go to urgent care. The online reviews here were promising and we were happy with the service. The appointment was a little long as far as wait times but we felt they were thorough in their exams and diagnosis. Would definitely come back if needed.

I used this facility for the first time this morning. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was in and out quickly and felt my medical needs were well met. Its nice to have an Urgent Care within a few miles of our home so we do not have to overcrowd the hospital emergency room with none-emergencies.

The visit was fast and efficient, Made my appointment online due to a car accident last night, called to check in (as text message instructed) and the women on the line was friend and easy to talk to! I was able to wait in my car And the nurse called me to get all my info over the phone. Once I entered the building I was taken directly back and was seen by the nurse practitioner with in a few minutes! He was friendly and thorough, ordered X-rays which were done with in a few mins and the X-ray tech was fast and professional! Returned for an injection for pain with the medical assistant, xrays read and discharge paper work given! I would definitely recommend the urgent care and come back if need be! The whole team as awesome today, Thank your all your help and being so sweet and caring!

The wait time was minimal. The staff and providers were very nice and helpful. My daughter was examined, X-rated, and splinted within a reasonable amount of time. We came from Hanford and will again if we need to. The facilities are very nice as well! Thank you for taking care of my daughter!!

Friendly, welcoming, thoughtful staff. Spoke to everyone as they left with a friendly greeting. Once behind doors the staff was professional. Took care of my needs with efficiency and concern. Now I just hope my follow up requirement for care does as well.

Best urgent care around!!!The staff is great! Easy to follow check in. Very organized and clean!I felt the comfort of being cared for by a hospital but with the convenance and friendliness of being at my family physician! When I left I asked, “what just happened” I had a good time getting 2 shots, abscess lanced and drained. I was asked to come back within 3 days under certain conditions and 2 days later I was back and same atmosphere with some new faces. The staff that was there Saturday remembered me and made me feel comfortable immediately! I honestly wish every dr appointment had the compassion this urgent care does, who wants to make a bad time worse? I’m already worried about something otherwise I wouldn’t have been at an urgent care

Great urgent care the wait time was very minimum and was in and out in less than 30 mins! Definitely coming back for those urgent medical needs if my primary care physician is unavailable. Great service, and great experience overall the medical provider answered all my questions and did a quick exam and gave me an accurate diagnosis along with medical advice.

Great experience as far as setting an appointment and coming in when they are ready to see you. XRay tech was quick, helpful, and pleasant. All of the medical assistants were sweet and understanding about getting patients in and out. Overall a great experience compared to the traditional Urgent Care experience

My experience at the Kaweah Delta Urgent Care Demeree location was excellent! The front desk receptionist was polite, kind and friendly. The 2 medical assistants were also very kind and professional; they introduced themselves and keep me updated. They used hand sanitizer before and after. The nurse practitioner was wonderful; very kind, gentle and professional. The staff gets it and truly embodies Kaweah Care! Thank you for a rather quick visit during this very busy season.

Every time I came out to use the restroom or ask a question the XRay Tech Rosa was always on her phone. I feel like that is very unprofessional.

Very friendly staff! Polite and helpful, was in and out in a timely manner. Not long at all. Went in for my son who needed a couple of staples, the doctor was very kid friendly and made sure my son was comfortable. They were everything you would want and hope when going to the doctors office. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. They also have TVs in the waiting room as well as the back rooms with the remote on stand by, very convenient with little ones who get impatient. Five starssssss

Urgent Care on Demaree was great! The staff was super friendly and took care of me very quickly. There were not a lot of patients there so it did not take long to be seen by the doctor. I will go there again for sure.

They are always friendly when you first walk in to door. They have always been great with my kids and my self when we where sick. Its also super clean compared to other urgent cares that we have visited due to sports injuries. I will always come here first!

My 3 year old needed stitches at 7pm this was one of the few places still open. Their office is extremely clean and everyone who worked there was very kind and great at their job. My only complaint is that it took a really, really long time.

I have been to many urgent care centers, because of chronic migraine. My experience at this one, was wonderful, from the moment I called to confirm that they did accept my health insurance. Such helpful and caring people. They did everything possible to make sure I was cared for, and were genuine. Visalia is blessed to have such a wonderful facility.

The employees are very courteous, friendly, helpful and go out of their way. The place is always clean, convenient location, and hours. I especially like that they offer lab draw. Overall I would highly recommend this Urgent Care Center

Had to get lab work, I usually go to other places but was told they where open Saturdays so it was perfect. Didnt have to wait long and the Nurse Dayna was very nice and welcoming, made me feel relaxed.

The staff was so amazing and sweet. I loved my experience. The doctor came off a little rude. But he seemed to ease up at the end. I still very much enjoyed my visit and my nurse was extremely nice and concerning.

I went into the Demaree location today with my 14 year old daughter, who hit her head in the pool last week, as she is on the swim team, because the school requires a medical discharge, even though she didn’t show signs of a concussion. So upon login in the computer as we got there, I put head injury discharge, and the lady who took the vitals also was informed by myself and my daughter why we were there. So after being there for almost an hour, I was informed that they would not be able to do this, and then had Mateo come in. Mateo just reiterated the policies, but I don’t get why the rest of the staff was not familiar with these policies? I took time off of work and took my daughter out of school, so this was a complete waste of time and money.......but it’s as if the staff’s attitude is “Opps”. My overall experience with Kaweah Delta based medical centers has been like this, where there doesn’t appear to be checks and balances.

This was my first visit and they made the BEST first impression. I took my elderly father & they were very nice to both of us. I liked they had an approximate time of wait, this is very helpful, on a TV screen & he had lab work plus an X-ray & every different employee that helped us was genuinely nice & caring. MKnutson.

We’ve had to make two visits in the past few months, both times were nice experiences, but today the staff definitely went above and beyond their job description. I brought my 5 year old in to see if he broke his foot after a fall yesterday since he still refuses to walk on it. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old with me and since my 5 year old needed xrays the doctors and nurses at the charting station watched and played with my two youngest children while I helped keep my eldest still for his X-ray. My 3 year old had so much fun talking with the nurses and getting so many stickers and my baby easily convinced one of the nurses to pick him up out of his car seat and hold him. Thanks to the caring staff, this is definitely my favorite urgent care now.

Sitting here with my son now. Made an appointment online at 8am for a 2:30pm same day appointment, which was convenient and easy, however, we checked in 15 minutes early, there was no one in the waiting room, and now weve been sitting in an exam room for an hour and still havent been seen. Our appointment was over an hour ago and were still waiting! Sequoia Prompt Care was MUCH faster!! Staff is very friendly though.

I was seen, received meds, and was discharged all within an hour. Chris at Registration was very friendly. Mariana MA and Valerie LVN were prompt and super friendly. Ying NP listened to my health concerns, was very thorough, but still got me in and out very quickly. I received excellent care in a quick timeframe and it was VERY busy. Excellent experience! This is why Kaweah Delta Urgent Cares are my #1 choice for my family’s and my health when our primary doctor is closed.

Great waiting area with television and waiting order screens. Staff were excellent and respected my time. You always have to wait at most health care places but it felt they did their best. Definitely recommend this location.

I was able to get in quickly. The front staff was friendly as was the medical staff.The medical staff explained things well regarding my diagnosis and treatment, I felt comfortable there.

Nurse Heidi is the best, she had my five year old giggling & comfortable ... and Well, Tim Shortnacy never disappoints. He’s helped my family a couple times; I wish he had his own practice 😉
