I dont usually do reviews but for my 6yrs going to hospital or clinic here in America this was the first time I encounter a very nice, very helpful and very informative and his name is Dr Anthony Boxrud. He really did his job spending time with the patient of explaining every details of your medical conditions without any rush. All physicians should be like him and I hope he wont change.

I really like this practice, my entire family has been seeing Marc since I was a teenager, I’m now 36. My father was his patient, grandmother, sisters in the past. He’s good. His office staff is excellent.

ICC deserves some type of trophy for their stellar good vibe from entrance to exit. I don’t know how they maintain their efficiency and smooth flow in such a high pressured and demanding field, but they prove it everytime. Clean, friendly, calming, professional, caring, kind, informed, I’ve never left a medical office feeling treated with dignity and respect like I have felt here. Thank you ICC for being a shining star when someone is feeling their worst. May you prosper.

Supposedly open at 9 so I took my time getting there only to find out they opened well before that and the waiting room is packed already. Had I known I would have got there sooner. My daughter was put on the list at 9:05am. After sitting in my car for nearly an hour with a sick kid, they called to inform me that a form was missing so my daughter was never even added to the list. Nearly a 2 hour wait time before she was finally seen. Very unorganized and very poor communication, I would go somewhere else.

This clinic was clean, welcoming, and extremely efficient. The staff was so kind in the midst of the crazy world. I got in, tested, results, and given my Rx within 40 minutes. Thank you so much for a great experience in such a difficult time.

Moved here from TN back in Oct 2019, militarybrought us to Visalia. Immediate Care was the first Dr office i visited. I was seen by Mark Sizemore, hes a wonder Dr, and person come to find hes from my hometown actually KY. Who wouldve thought i would find someone from my area😊. Beside that theres never a long wait to be seen, and everyone is really nice and helpful when I call in for referrals or prescriptions. Immediate Care will be the only place I go while Im here

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years! Why? Because these people look at a patient as a human, they listen and just care. The breaking point for me, to leave my general MD was when I was forgotten in a room for over an hour. ICC is by far the best patient experience you can have, in my opinion that is what the general pop is losing.... a kindhearted person who genuinely cares about your wellbeing.I will continue recommending people here. Very impressive with their services.Staff are polite and courteous. They are ready to assist you based on whatever your financial status are and will make every effort to help you on your real medical needs without making unnecessary test or procedures that could easily break your bank unlike any other place Ive been or look into. They will even provide you with quality referrals that they believe can truly help you along the way.On the top of this, Mark did a fantastic and thorough assessment of my case during my visit. He put time and much attention defining what quality HealthCare should truly be all about!

I have used this place several times. They are very friendly and professional. Wait times are have been very short. Only 10 to 15 minutes. If they are really busy, they are still very helpful and take superior care of their patients. One of the things that I really like about this place is that the more seasoned staff are more than willing to show and explain the techniques to the other staff so they can learn. This is a very positive environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs care.

Amazing!!!! I have been through it all and hands down this is by far one of the best places to be cared for because they really do care. I have been seen by both Valerie and Marc and they know complex health issues like mine. The tests, diagnosis and referrals have been spot on. They are my primary care providers!!! They not only are medically smart but they have empathy and that is what 99% missed in med school. Thank you so much for everything you do. I always have a great experience when visiting the ICC. All of the providers are awesome and take their time providing for my needs. Wait times are minimal, especially when considering the outstanding level of care. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your healthcare needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I am seen there as a regular patient. I take my children there when I am unable to get them into their regular doctor. They are very attentive and very quick. I think the longest time I have had to wait was 30 minutes. All the doctors here are amazing. I am glad that I do not have to wait for an appointment to be seen. Thank you, there are not many places like this around here and its very nice to see doctors who actually care about their patients.

They are like family. Weve gotten to know them very well. I recommend them to ANYONE wanting to feel at home. Theyve called me Honey also, and I thought it was adorable. Keep the friendly atmosphere. Oh, and they have a great knowledge base. Thanks for everything!!

I have been dealing with a health issue for 3 months. I have been going to many doctors and specialists trying to figure out what is wrong. I took a chance and went to Marc Sizemore because he and Valerie have been helpful in the past. I was correct in going to him. He immediately made referrals to the appropriate specialist. I have had surgery to fix the issue and am now making a recovery. He is incredible. His mind is very sharp, and he is a great diagnostician.

Always a good experience here. Been going here for almost 10 years. No appointments, but when you walk-in they help you out immediately. Doctors and nurses are nice. Highly recommended.

My family and I have been coming here for 3 years now. We absolutely love it here! Everyone is always so nice especially to my boys who are ages 5 and 3 now. They feel at home with all of the staff and doctors. We recommend this clinic to all of our friends and family.

Im 58 years old and this is the best medical care Ive ever had. Marc is great. I highly recommend this place to one and all. They genuinely care about your well-being, and spend whatever time needed with you.

My wife went in here last minute. They had great customer service. Very fast and efficient. They not only treated her current condition but also did lab work to further diagnose any treatment needed. They called back a few days later to explain the lab results. PA Marc and NP Valerie are very informative, and explained all the possibilities and treatment options.I would tell all my friends about this place!

The entire staff is courteous, caring, helpful and treats you like a human being instead of a dollar sign! All of the doctors can help any age range. I feel comfortable taking my children when I cant get into see there pediatrician to myself and husband and we are always confident in the diagnosis, medicine prescribed and advice given. I have walked in 5 minutes before closing and wasnt denied a visit or rushed thru my visit! I can not recommend Immediate Care Center enough! This place restores my faith in doctors!

I highly recommend this clinic, it has a great team. my 4yr old, loves her Dr. Marc! staff is friendly, my longest wait time in waiting room was roughly 5 mins. they listen to you, and let you ask many questions.

Travelling through Visalia in our motorhome when I needed treatment for a dreaded UTI. Read the reviews and decided Immediate Care Center was my best bet - and that was so right. I was checked in so rapidly by the front desk I was still filling out paperwork when I was called into the clinic. There was almost no wait time in the patient room before Valerie came in and gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. We do a lot of travelling, and therefore I see a lot of different urgent care clinics. I rarely write reviews because I dont like to be negative, but todays visit definitely deserves a glowing one.Valerie - keep working on that bucket list, subtracting from the top and adding on at the bottom !!

Waited 45 mts. in exam room when I went out to ask how much longer I was told, honey we have all exam rooms full and only 2 doctors.First of all addressing me as honey is rude and unprofessional and allowing your patients to wait that long without someone updating you as to why is also unacceptable.We will not return.

Marc is the only Dr here that tries to get right down to the bottom of a sickness. My son had to see K the new PA here 3 times cause Marc was gone and my son was misdiagnosed ALL THREE TIMES! They just push you through here like animals now and Im so disappointed in the way this office had turned. Unless you request Marc Id suggest going somewhere else.
