Trash service and slow as all hell. Go to a FQHC, at least it’s a sliding scale and your gonna wait the same amount of time.

Place has gotten ridiculous. I remember you use to be able to set an appointment walk in and you would be seen in 15 mins or less. I had an appointment set for 2:30 and wasn’t even seen or anything for almost an hour with hardly anyone in here. It’s bs. I use to recommend this place to everyone but I will not be coming back anymore myself. The service is terrible, and they have really dropped big time. I use to love this place loved the way they would treat you, and how fast they use to be but they are not the same anymore. Really disappointed in this office now. They are extremely slow and it’s like they don’t even care. Not only did I wait more than an hour. The did a test on me and I waited another 45 minutes and the nurse came in didn’t even know anyone was in the room. Asked your still here? I said yes I’m waiting for results you guys said you would be back. They apologized and said they had forgotten. Hopefully they can get back on track but I won’t be coming back anymore. Ridiculous. Came back a second time when I got sick but waited even longer and was in there almost two hours so I finally just got up and left.

Has gone downhill in recent years because of lack of quality providers. Before 2020 I would of recommended this place 5 stars. If you live in the Visalia area I would recommend a different provider than this one. Don’t understand people who get in the medical field when they can’t even deal with upset patients that are upset with their medical practice. Highly recommend avoiding this place for quality care. Find a doctor or provider that cares about their patients.

Low sense of urgency; if you don’t need immediate answers, I’d recommend. Disappointed with the over-promising and under-delivering when it comes to referral. I’m distraught with this practice for providing incorrect results via a phone call. It’s not the Doctors but the management of the documentation. Dr. Cardoza and Dr. Casey are excellent; however, The follow-up and result turnaround time are incredibly long.I would not recommend.

Absolutely great staff helpful and more importantly they listen. I had Dr. Ryman only negative i have to say is i called today to schedule appointment and they said she was no longer there. I asked if she went somewhere else they said yes and that was it....(uncomfortable silence) so i said ok i guess ill try to find her or consider another doctor or office.Shocked i didnt get refferal to doctor there or advised where she now practices.Always thought with a person with long-term medical issues its good to know history so you would want them to know where there doctor is or someone who can access charts??

They are not open on Saturdays and Sundays.

Very clean facility with personable employees and providers. Very caring and up to date with modern treatment plans. Not your grandfathers doctors office for sure! A+++

Always prompt. Always courteous. Best of all, they have a complete medical staff who are well-trained, knowledgeable, and are always helpful. They do it all with a smile!

I have considered the owner of Advanced Medical Care Center to be my primary care physician for the better part of 15 years (when he was part of another walk-in clinic). I have always been super pleased with the professional care that I and my family have received.Today, a little mishap and some miscommunication had me questioning their patient dedication, but I was absolutely delighted when one of AMCCs office managers called to apologize for the miscommunication and to set things right! It just reaffirms that proper patient care remains a top priority for AMCC and why I continue to tell everyone I know that they are the best place to go when its time to see a doctor.

Great experience. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around. You can skip the long wait period at a other facilities in town. Best Medical facility in Visalia.

I will say in advance that sometimes they get a little busy and appointments can run behind maybe 30 mins at the latest to my experience. However, the care that they provide and the ease of accessibility is outstanding. The providers here actually take the time to sit with you and truly understand what your concerns are.

Everyone that has seen my family have been so wonderful and caring. They take the time to listen to you and make judgement accordingly. Wonderful greeting when we walk in and we are taken very well care of. Thank you

My first visit was excellent. My second visit I had a scheduled appointment at 3:15 when I arrived they had changed it to 5:00 p.m. while waiting in the lobby another patient came in with a scheduled appointment she started complaining so they took her back. Therefore I complained and they took me back. The woman said we put her in a room so she wouldn’t complain needless to say I then told her I was canceling my appointment and would find another doctor office. As far as I can tell they really do not honor the patients who have scheduled appointment. They are just trying to get people in and out unfortunately it’s all about the money.

My husband, son, and my self get treated here when we are ill and on every occasion staff has been wonderful. The doctors listen to you and are very thorough and I don’t mind waiting when their busy because of the end of the day I know we are getting the best treatment.

The absolute rudest front desk staff I have ever seen in my life. This women should not work in health care. Extremely extremely rude. They treat you like youre an inconvenience for being there. Ive had better customer service at the dmv.

Amazing Care. My daughter had a high temp on a Friday night, they saw her she had bilateral ear infections. We were seen, and got her script for antibiotics. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Very very efficient as well! Thank You!!

Had a schedule for a specific day for a womens physical and wasgiven a. Set date. Arrived and waited to be seen only to be told the FNP is not doing womens physical this late. Unorganized and doesnt stick to their word. Would not recommend.

They took care of my pain and got me a vascular appt for the next morning. Very efficient. Then saw my daughter for an ER follow up for a possible blood clot to the lung. They were concerned over the leg swelling with pain and scheduled a doppler exam in less than 2 days! Very pleased to be taken seriously when our previous physician wouldnt! Great job with making my daughter feel comfortable after all the traumatic experiences she has had since she has chronic autoimmune issues! We have found a new home for our medical conditions!
