The ladies at the front desk were very nice and really helpful. Went out of their way to help me with some paperwork.

Was a patient for approx 1 mo and the medical staff and admin team were extremely polite and helpful. Would recommend for standard outpatient care or drug screening.

Had an appointment got there 30 mins early. They had me waiting for 50 minutes after I turned in the paperwork. Did the drug screening and sat down in a room for an additional almost hour before the doctor came in.

The receptionists are very nice for the most part, however the nurses in the back are horrible. I was sent here for a drug screening and the nurse, with attitude the entire time, told me I didnt urinate enough into the cup, then told the company that sent me a completely different reason. Was able to get a retest, but despite only a few people in the lobby the wait was at least a couple hours. Had to ask the receptionists multiple times about the wait. Im not surprised this place has less than 3 stars. Very unprofessional.

This is such a horrible place to attend. Unfortunately its through workers comp so we have to come here. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. Its tough enough going through a life changing moment, your spouse being injured, and the attitude the staff gives you....i mean come on ladies. I really wish that my post is seen by an employee so that they are aware of how ugly they are. They behave so unprofessional. I think that anything that requires for them to fill out more paperwork or do a little extra pisses them off and they rather just say they dont know what to do. God, i have so much to say but i feel itll be pointless as they most likely do not care. I just hope they make some changes, were human guys, have some heart you ruthless women.

A woman, a physician’s assistant did not care about my overall injuries and did not listen when I was trying to explain. Patient care was not her primary concern.

Staff seems distracted and very informed of the pt appointments. Staff was in chaos and very unprofessional, I hope to see improvements soon

The doctor a woman was very unprofessional and rude with my husband. If you have to tell a doctor multiple times where you have pain and she ignores you, Then has the nerve to say you didnt tell me that, Then theres a problem there.

My husband was there yesterday because of pain and yet the lady, I don’t know if she was a doctor, NP, or PA was so rude, unprofessional, and no respect at all to the patient, she shouldn’t be working with patients. I was so upset the way she treated my husband.

Not my Dr, I was sent there for a physical and all I gotta say is, Wow!! Staff seems very unhappy with each other and unhappy to be there.

Had to wait over two hours to take a drug test I had an appointment for.
