Why do doctors offices continue to force people to work with LabCorp? They are a nightmare to deal with from start to finish. You should see what a trainwreck the Visalia office is. Having to deal with them makes any and every medical situation more stressful and miserable.

Tulare lab Corp is un professional and don’t do as they say they will to solve issues they let staff get away with mishandling test. They should be investigated for mid-handling patients test and there staff that are disrespectful.

Amazing experience! Super talented people worked on me today. Check in was smooth and I was seen 5 min after I came to my appointment. My veins are usually hiding so I am used to leaving labs with both arms bandaged from multiple tries. The gal who drew my blood painlessly found my vein the first time! That never happens!!!! I had three lab orders so it was a WHOLE LOT OF VIALS, but I was out in 5 minutes! Thanks girls for a fabulous lab experience! I sure appreciate it.

I brought my daughter here to have labs done, which involved having her blood drawn. We were greeted by the girl at the front desk, her name is Dee by the way. She was also the one who drew my daughter’s blood. My daughter was terrified to have her blood drawn, but Dee made my daughter feel very comfortable. Dee asked my daughter if she would like to lay down while she drew her blood, but my daughter declined. She spoke to my daughter the entire time to keep her mind distracted and get her through. I highly recommend this Labcorp and if you can request Dee she is amazing!

I have a bill in collections due to a billing error. Labcorp simply refused to re-bill properly and claimed that since it was now in collections it was not their problem. The person I spoke with was rude and unprofessional. I was a medi-cal recipient at the time of service and it is not in their legal right to even bill me if I am covered. The process to resolve a $100 bill includes requesting a hearing and standing in front of a judge 4 months from the request of the hearing argue my case. I do not have time for this nonsense. Make sure to ask your doctors where they send lab work and avoid this incompetent place. Their lack of professionalism is an embarrassment.

I Honestly dont know how this place is still in business. Was treated horrible, the ladies there had a terrible attitude. I was trying to make conversation with the lady who was taking blood by laughing off the fact that they needed a lot of tubes to test my blood. She responded with well why you come here...thats not costumer service, or people skills at all. While waiting I spoke to another patient. He was mentioning how the staff was bring rude to him and other patients. A patient ended up leaving before checking in due to the fact that they didnt want to help them. They also told the patient we talked to that they dont speak Spanish, when I heard someone working there who did. I wish I can give zero stars. Im sure all those 5 star reviews are fake.

It is absolutely the worst blood lab in California. The lab should be shut down. They provide terrible service, they don’t send the lab results to the doctors. The place is always dirty.

Rude self centered women work here. No since of urgency to help anyone, place is packed and uncomfortable. They didnt even have the needed equipment to do a newborn jaundice test and left my daughters foot beyond bruised and when she had to have it re drawn I went to Tulare and they asked where she had the draw done and once I said their Visalia office they were embarrassed. Someone really needs to come in and do some house cleaning of employees and teach the new one bed side manner!!!!

What are those ladies do at the desk? I walked in with my daughter, and first thing Samatha said sign in there. So I put my daughter down, started to sign in, I couldnt figure out the mechine, the ladies sit there. Didnt even ask if need help. What ever happened to costomer service? Does that bot exist there. So short I guess my daughter isnt getting the blood work done that her doctor ordered. Not going there. Hope Visalia opens someother place up that has people that actually ask if the person needs help.

Terrible (dis)organization! Lost blood samples in transit to Los Angeles. The phlebotomists are very rough taking blood samples. My girlfriend has had a bruise added with a knot for five days! The phlebotomist was so rough she scratched her arm with the Vacutainer blood collection system. Horrible experience! **BEWARE**

The employee was rude was late opening up facility no eye contact to me ,no help with new enrollment was never at the desk to help , put someone in that seat that wants to work and help your company
