First of all, trying to speak with a person to find out more information. Also, you havent updated your website time. It states that you close at 4:30. I got there yesterday after 4pm, and it was closed. Please update your time. To schedule an appointment was a pain.

If I could give negative stars, I would. You can’t get an actual human over the phone, can’t make an appointment online, and if you go in for a walk in you wait for a couple hours and you’re warmly welcomed by the rude front desk. Lost my drug screening kit the first time so I had to get another one sent in. The next week I went and waited for a good while to finally get screened. Missed a good portion of my fire academy playing this clinic’s game.

Maria is a true professional. Put me at ease with talk of her visit to the Raiders locker room in Las Vegas, slipped the needle in unnoticed, drew the needed fluids, taped on the bandage, aimed me to the Mens room. And wished me well as I exited the building.Warm and welcoming experience.Lane Fye

The office staff was the all time RUDEST! The people in the back RUDE! I am a cancer patient so I always get nervous when I go in, I’ve been going to Quest for about a year, the first time I went there I thought it was just a bad day, but no, they have continually have been rude each and every time, they yell out your business, it blew my mind, I have witnessed them being rude to other patients as well, they need to take a course on bedside manner, have some compassion for people!!!!! I will not recommend Quest at all to my worst enemy… show some compassion!!!!!

After reading all the terrible reviews on all locations decided on the Visalia location. I dont understand why these labs are so poorly ran? I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they did not have me in the system. Its really sad that patients are needing their services and are getting treated so terribly.

Laura the phlebotomist did an outstanding job. She really made the experience pleasant and was very passionate about her job.She completely made up for the front office’s “professionalism”

I cant believe how fast and easy my experience was here today. I did not have an appointment so I just walked in, I signed it at 12:53 and was out the door at 1:01. No joke. There were 2 people at the front desk that greeted me courteously and Hilda drew my blood. She was quick, efficient and professional. This lady knows what shes doing. I was very impressed with this location! I will definitely come here in the future.

Nice location, clean, & pleasant professionals. I had an appointment during busy lunch hours, there were several walk-ins and phone calls, and I still only waited 10 minutes before they had everything prepared to take me back for my test. Very efficient!

Used service x 3. Staff friendly and courteous. Only one minor inconvenience - their phone number does not allow you to talk to a real person, so information is limited by phone.

I think the low reviews are just plain unfair. This is one of the only quests in visalia so appointments are recommended since it can get busy. I myself never make appointments and seem to hit it about the right time. I have always experienced professional, courteous service!

I am so shocked at how unprofessional and RUDE THE STAFF IS. I showed up in MORE than enough time before they close (1 hour and 10 min) to take my test and they told me they couldnt do it cause they were getting ready to close. They called the quest office in Tulare right in front of me and the lady in Tulare yelled at the visalia office saying they needed to do my test cause there was plenty of time to do it. STILL they turned me away and sent me somewhere else.Dont go to this office. It is extremely unprofessional.. scares me to wonder what they slack on in the cleaning area if they cant even take care of the people that come in there because they are TOO LAZY.There is a lab Corp office in visalia that was very helpful and nice. Which is where I ended up going.

Well, just called (which in itself is a nightmare) Quest AGAIN for the same lab work that had a problem (different) a couple of months ago. I guess they got that fixed but now its a second problem and apparently, well they knew what was was needed all along but said its the doctors fault. They dont even notify when they get denied, I had to find about it from my insurance. When I called, Quest lady with her first words was well, not nice, which meant I also was not nice. Then getting an answer as to what they needed was like pulling teeth to find out what needed to be done. If this had been a $20 charge (which is what insurance will likely pay) I would have just paid it but they were going to charge me $190. Thank goodness, I do not have to go to Quest (used to in past) any longer. Hopefully if I have a portion to pay this will not create another problem.P.S. Ihad contact with my insurance, medicare and the doctor and they were all very nice and were extremely helpful concerning problem.

I did a walk in at 7am and was done 20 mins later... I’d say they were quick about everything, staff was friendly. Only problem I had was my Drs office didn’t receive the information until 4 weeks later which should’ve only taken a week :( they might’ve had the wrong fax number because they send info by fax

Lady at the front was super rude. It was a bit clean but the rudeness and unprofessionalism really threw me off. She was rude about the tests I had to take for pregnancy. They need new staff. At least the Hispanic woman kinda chubby needs to go. And I don’t ever write reviews.

Place has one person working in the afternoon! Avoid this location like the plague. They have one overstressed person taking blood, poop, and urine samples, at the same time checking them in and monitoring the front desk. How can one check in patients properly if they have no one at the desk!!! Two hour walk in wait. Do not go here without an appointment.

The staff here was a nightmare. I came in 15 minutes early only to be ignored until 15 minutes after my appointment. Ok, no biggie, people dealing with bloodborn pathogens require patience. But it was nerve wracking to be called back to almost have my blood drawn by the same woman who treated me like poo at the front. But then, she never once washed her hands and set up with bare hands. The immediate area was not being properly prepped, and no sterile field was established. I wasnt spoken to or hardly even acknowledged as I told her Im sensitive so please be gentle and communicative. Not only was she NOT, but she refused to even talk to me, she avoided eye contact and got more impatient, opening the packages in a rush and overlooking the basic steps of universal precaution, such as washing your hands. I requested that she slow down. Please dont rush. Im very ill so be cautious, and please wash your hands and reglove.. I could have had hepatitis or something else thats highly risky but that didnt matter to her. She snarled and said she was calm but then kept rushing and slamming as if she was angry, then cold shouldering me while never saying a word. Finally, after all the huffy puffy *anger rush and overlooking everything that matters* fiasco, she came at me to begin the draw. I was so scared for my health and safety due to her negligent lack of attention that I requested another phlebotomist and was given a very nice guy. This is the scary thing: The lady (I think her name was Yolanda or something) was a lead phlebotomist. She treated me like a pariah, but had no idea that Ive also worked with open wounds and have consequently been required to pass CalOshas bloodborne pathogens test 3 times, so I know what good, precautionary skill looks like. Her attitude would have potentially contaminated alot of hard surfaces, not to mention promote biohazardous spills, the spread of infectious diseases, mishandling and other poor-attention errors that can infect and kill sick people. The ladys behavior is bad news for a medical lab in such a low income demographic as Tulare county, and its clients. Quest employees should treat **every** person with respect, or dismiss themselves and let a different employee do the sample collecting so as not to endanger either theit clients, the public, the Quest corporation, or the investment of so many local taxpers who entrust Quest with their investments towards good social health and well being.I hope to never have no other option here, or Ill have to drive to L.A. just to get labs.
