Bunch of self righteous control freaks if you ask me. The receptionist is rude af and the officers treat people like they think they are better than them. Most people on probation have deeper problems causing their bad behavior. We need more therapist, not probation officers that think they are mightier than all. All these people need is an opportunity to do right, not someone to act better than them. My advice to all the probation officers; be someones helping hand, make a positive difference in someones life and be a hero to your clients. Dont treat people like they are just another file. Treat everyone of your clients with dignity and respect.
