I would put Zero stairs if I could. I am not going back.

It was pleasure getting to know this dental staff. A friend of mine strongly recommended this place too. They are truly kind and the dentist has quick hands so I was so comfortable with a crown treatment and two fillings. I will take my kids there soon.

Friendly and as fast as they can be. Appointment was perfect. Definitely a good dentist. The bad reviews seem to be From impatient and lack of understanding folks... I thought they were awesome! 😆

Very good atmosphere and clean. The staff are nice and the dentist is great. I highly recommend going here to anyone with children.

Went to the family healthcare Network in tons of pain they were unable to get me in and assist me went over to Ben Maddox family dental they got me right in and fixed everything gave me a prescription I needed and got me on my way highly recommended quick friendly staff very respectable of your time.

Highly recommend this dentist! Ive gone to so many different dentists and I never liked their service until I started coming here! I needed major work done and they took me in the same day I called and the process was so quick! I never waited more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointments and I never felt any pain or uncomfortableness throughout my procedures! Now my whole family goes here!!!! The dr is great and the staff is so friendly! Dont understand why people write negative reviews

I have been bringing my kids here to this office for the last 4 years, and its been the best experience. Im in and out of my appts quickly, the staff is awesome.

Told to be there early show up 15 minutes before appointment time and still had to wait an hour and 15 minutes after appointment time. So waited an hour and a half before being seen. Staff is extremelly rude and not very kid friendly they got aggitated easily cuz doing xray his mouth got cut and he was hurting. Was told i couldnt go back with my son. I will not be returning to this place. Worst dentist iv been too.

The place has roaches! My son was playing in the wait room and was going to pick it up. I killed it and told the receptionist and she just picked it up with a tissue, gross idk how theyre still in buisnes I left .

IVE HEARD A LOT OF REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE IN THE ONE THING IM HEARING RIGHT NOW IM IN A LOT OF PAIN AND ALL THEY COULD DO WAS TELL ME I HAD TO COME IN TO SHOW MY INSURANCE AND THEN THEY COULD SCHEDULE ME APPOINTMENT NOT KNOWING IF TODAY COULD BE THE DAY TO GET MY MOUTH FIXED OR NEXT WEEK SO I DONT UNDERSTAND THAT KIND OF PROCESS AND IM IN PAIN AND THE LADY WAS KIND OF ABRUPT AND RUDE THATS WHAT I FEEL ABOUT YOUR PLACE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE ABOUT A PERSON CONDITION AND INSURANCE AND THEN SCHEDULE WHERE IS THE PATIENT AND YOUR PROCESS NO CONVENIENCE FOR THEM

Seriously people dont come here. These guys are not really organized and every time my family goes there, there is an issue. I already filed a complaint with the American Dental Assassination. I dont know how this place is still running. Not recommending it for anyone, especially if your taking your kids.
