I definitely recommend Packwood Dental.They’re very knowledgeable and fast.I had a root canal and they explained everything,When I was cold I got a warm fuzzy blanket, when my lips hurt, they put vasoline on them and when my lower back hurt they offered comfort options.Very very caring and Wonderful people work there!!Thank youJenine Haugh

This dental office goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Fareid and Monica feel like friends to me and I always look forward to my visits with them. Monica is the best hygienist! She does such a great job cleaning my teeth and is so gentle that I feel nothing at all. Great place with great people.

I highly recommend Dr.Tabel for oral surgery he was so kind. As a former dental assistant I was very scared to see him because Iv met a few drs that were not gentle at all. Overall I had a great experience with the staff the dental assistants were amazing and so was the office manager. FYI for all the other patients complaining about pricing the cost was typically for any place here in Visalia. I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled with sedation and I have very little swelling and 0 bruising.

I am not a dentist person at all. The minute I walked into the office I was greeted with smiles and felt extremely welcome. The professionalism, care and reassurance at the reception desk was heartfelt. I loved the text option to register before you get to the office which I did not use but that option is amazing to have. The wait time, there was none. I was taken back and already nervous, I literally felt so anxious and wanted to run out. Everyone that helped me in the office whether it was reception, the walk back, the X-rays, the hygienist, the dentist, I felt so cared for. And I’m not just saying that!!! I literally felt like I was one of their own. They were so gentle and I mean patient, informative, gave me time to breath, I wasn’t rushed, I felt like I was being handled by dental angels through the whole office and visit. I am recommending this dental office to my family, friends, coworkers and anyone I know that needs dental work! Thank you everyone who helped me on the visit!

Even the most basic services are referred to an oral surgeon. The surgeon only visits the office twice a month, and is apparently not covered by most insurance (for basic services such as a root canal, most insurance feels that its a basic service which should be done by a dentist) ... Watch out!!

Dentist is friendly , however I got my crown and fillings done and the crown was not comfortable and it bothered me , I was high balled on the price of Invisalign and went to get a second opinion and he fixed my crown (Dr.Williams)and he referred me to orthodontics for my Invisalign where I got a better rate and a true specialist for this (Dr.McAuliff) . In all this I learned to STAY AWAY from chain dentistry, they are more about numbers and not one on one care . They are more so NEXT CUSTOMER mentality . Won’t be returning ✌🏽 🦷

This is a fantastic dental group. I have seen Dr. Rasul numerous times and she is professional, extremely gentle and very caring. I am paranoid of the dentist ... and I mean seriously paranoid. Like struggle to breath when i have to open my mouth, paranoid. They did such a fantastic job calming me down and frankly, the nitrous oxide doesnt hurt either. The front office staff is a little green, but getting better. HIGHLY recommend this dental group!

All the staff, nurses and doctors are extremely nice and very professional. They make sure to explain what is going on and why they are doing it. Dr. Clark I have personally seen and he is an extraordinary doctor who takes his job very serious. He ensures all his work is perfect and to ensure the patient is well aware and comfortable of all the procedures going on. All the staff takes the time to get to know you and ensure your visit is nothing but pleasurable. The nurse Dominique is amazing at her work. Every time i needed a same day crown this nurse has came to the rescue and has gotten it done first try. She is gentle, funny and a great employee. Definitely a place that you want your teeth worked on.

My whole family and I have been so happy qnd thankful for this dental office. We have been patients of Dr. Fareid for at least 4 years and plan on being lifetime patients. I come a long line of bad dental experiences and oral surgeries that I have become extremely fearful of cleanings and mouth work. Dr. Fareid and his staff always makes me feel comfortable and educated on procedures and is transparent on cost. I am so grateful for this office! Thank you Dr. Ferrari! (My daughters nickname for him)

Went in today not sure how bad my teeth were. With needing lots of work and being anxious and stressed, I was well taken care of. Dr. Clark and his team did a fantastic job. 10/10 would recommend Dr. Clark and his team to anyone I know.

Highly recommend. I had a tooth pulled and experienced ZERO pain afterwards with minimal swelling.

Dr. Fareid is a great dentist and has an amazing staff. He is open and seeing patients for dental emergencies during this outbreak. Please go see him for any dental emergency and avoid going to urgent care/ER

Probably the best dentist experience I’ve had! It’s hard for me to get time off work, so when I had an unexpected day off I called and they were able to squeeze in me for an emergency exam (had been having tooth pain for awhile!) same day! Everyone was very kind and patient and made sure I was comfortable, and when they discovered I needed two fillings, they were able to do them same day while I was already there. Highly recommend!

Just had ny first appointment here. Wow. State of the Art everything. Bright, positive interior. Dentist I saw today could not have been more perfect for me- and I was worried re need for lots of dental work. They ask YOU what you want and give you options. Comfortable, very positive, friendly. Im very very happy I took a chance trying a new dentist. Recommendation High.

After a TERRIBLE experience at Western Dental in Porterville, I made an appointment for x-rays, exam, and cleaning at Packwood Creek Dental Group. It was a difference of night and day!First of all, there werent twenty other people already sitting in the waiting room when I arrived. I was the only one. My appointment was at 11:30, and by 11:30, I was talking to the dentist.Thats right, I got to talk to the dentist before anyone touched my mouth. Dr. Molina seemed genuinely interested in me, my dental health, and what I wanted to get out of my visit to her office.The dental professionals here (from the receptionists to the dental assistants to the hygienist to Dr. Molina herself) were friendly, kind, caring. I felt like they all had my best interest at the forefront of everything they did. I didnt feel as if they were just trying to make a couple of quick bucks off of me.When Dr. Molina examined me, she found a cavity and was able to fill it that same day. I didnt have to make another appointment and came back in a day or a week. I didnt have to leave the chair! She numbed my mouth up good, and I felt no pain.The hygienist had a soft touch. I didnt feel like she had a tiny jackhammer and pick ax in my mouth. She was quick too.And I got to watch Pawn Stars while my mouth was being worked on. What a place!I absolutely and without hesitation recommend Packwood Creek Dental Group and Dr. Molina.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is caring, skilled, & absolutely amazing! When western dental refused to remove my painful wisdom tooth, Packwood Creek was able to make all the arrangements right away. Cant give the service a high enough rating

Had a great experience here. Havent been to a dentist in years, and have quite a few problems. They are very knowledgeable, and didnt do any more than was necessary. I had a crown done same day, and after I got used to it, its absolutely perfect. I have another appt for extractions of broken teeth set up with the specialist, so I hope that goes well.

Dont be deceived by the store front look of this dental office. They are extremely professional, very friendly and patient-centered. I see Dr. Fareid. His is the most down to earth Dr that Ive ever met, and equally knowledgable. Dr Tabel removed one of my teeth and made an otherwise horrible situation into a pleasant experience. Check em out!!!

Love this place always makes my dental visit fun and exciting. Always treats me like if I’m a family member. Makes my anxiety go away and they are very detailed in explaining the procedure that they will be performing. Told them my past experience with dentists and my issue with a previous dentist and how they refused to give me meds for an infected tooth. Doctor at this office stated why if you have a sever infection. He gave me meds and then stated he can save my tooth!!!!! I have decided to make them my primary dentists because of the professionalism, conformity, efficiency, and manners they have to offer as a client in pain. I recommend them 100% to anyone with tooth pain.

Outrageously delayed. Uncomfortable atmosphere and their incompetent dental hygienist did a perfunctory job while cleaning my childs teeth. One can imagine the quintessential teeth cleaning consists of removal of plaque and or tartar, and flossing at the very least. Non of which were performed. Hense my dissapointment, disdain and vitriol review.

They had me waiting an hour to be seen even though I arrive early for my appointment. They made me sign up for some membership because it woul supossobly make things cheaper. The endodontist said I needed numerous root canals. He aske I I would like to get them done now. I said no and then he just left. I tried to schedule the next appointment for the root canals, they said they would call me. They never called me 2 weeks later I called them and they still couldnt give me a clear price on how much I would have to pay per root canal. I went to another dentist to get a 2nd opinion and they just fixed a cavity and 1 root canal and that was it.

I do not recommend this office.
