Very, very disappointed. Late last year I bought frames here as suggested by the sales person due to no optometrist being there and I could bring back the frames to have lenses put in once I had my prescription. An optometrist still has not been hired and it was suggested that I go elsewhere to get my prescription. I did as suggested and brought my frames back in. I was then informed that there was going to be an up-charge because I brought these frames in, even though I bought them here. I did as suggested and was gonna be charged for it. Completely inappropriate!! The last time was good, what happened?

Ive had good experiences with this optical store. Ive purchased eyeglasses and contacts through this location. Ive also had caring exams from doctors of optometry here. The staff is very nice. Good value. I felt welcome.

I called on 05/25/2021 to make an eye exam appointment but there is no more eye doctor in that facility.

I went in to see if they were in-network and no one could figure out if my private insurance was covered. A few months later during open enrollment I called to ask for the optometrist name and the lady who answered asked me to call back because she was with a member. How long would it take to give me a simple name?I really wanted to go with them because of the large frame selection but totally not worth it if the staff is under-trained.

I had a great experience. The staff and Dr Kaila were awesome. And my glasses fit and work great!

Great. Fully staffed friendly and professional. I appreciate them seeing me as a walk in 30 mins within calling to schedule. Doctor was awesome and knows what she is doing. Great prices and discounts if you use your target card. Highly recommend!

I recommend Target Optical, they have great customer service!! I was helped by Michelle B. She is super sweet and very helpful. If anyone is looking for a great place to get your eyes checked I would definitely recommend going here.

I paid for an exam and contacts. I was told a week or 2, its been a month. Was going to purchase other products but not anymore. This place is always packed with only one person to take care of customer. I never complain but this is ridiculous, I recommended going elsewhere.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced and sadly disappointed. I will not return. I ordered glasses after my exam and it took 4 weeks to get them and a month to get the trials for contacts. When I purchased my glasses the sales girl undercharged $100 so I had to return the following day to pay that. She apologized for the error and said she would put a note in my file that I get a 50% discount on my next purchase. When I came in a week later the sales girl said there was no note in the file and would not honor it. Very poor customer for a business affiliated with Target!

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses on Dec 27. They said I would receive my glasses within 7-10 days. It has been almost a month I havent received my glasses yet. Everytimes I called they said they would look into it and get back to me, they never did. This is a terrible experience. BAD SERVICE. NEVER COME BACK.

Horrible experience. Payed almost 500 for my glasses. Was told 5 to 7 business days and its almost been a month and still every time i call they say they will look into it and call me back but they never do. I dont recommend this place for anyone

Love the brand names of glasses ! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly voice and smile , nice gentleman ! I will be back as soon as my ins is updated! 😉 I want to see in style!
