I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Lees for over 15 years. I first started going to her when she was at Costco and due to the amazing job she does, I have followed her to all of her new locations including her current one now! I suffer from a condition that makes it very difficult to take an eye exam and Dr. Lee has always been so patient and understanding. I never feel rushed and that is super important to me as she tries to get the best prescription possible. I have referred many people to go see her and take my family there as well! Recently my brother who is in a wheel chair went in for an eye exam and Dr. Lee was great working with him and transferring him from his wheel chair to the exam chair. You can tell her and her staff truly care about their patients! I wouldnt go anywhere else in Visalia!

We have been seeing Dr. Lee for the past 8 years, since my daughter was 9 years old. We travel all the way from India to visit and have Dr. Lee check our children’s vision. She is super professional and detailed at her work. Not only does she excel at every aspect of her work, she cares about each patient. I would highly recommend her for all ages!

I met Dr. Lee when she was the Optometrist inside of Costco. She has been the absolute best Optometrist I’ve been to.Sometimes medical providers routines become just that, a routine. Instead of looking at you they look through you, instead of remembering your name they check your chart. Sometimes it feels like the providers are just detached and doing their job.One time while checking in for my appointment Dr. Lee heard me speaking to her receptionist and came around the corner and said “I thought I knew that voice” and greeted me and called me by my name. She’s always been very kind, attentive, compassionate, and professional. Talking with her is like having a conversation with a friend.I really like having an understanding of things and sometimes I’m full of questions and she always takes the time to answer them, will even elaborate if I ask for more details. She’s very patient with me and I never feel like she’s in a rush to move on to the next patient. I always leave feeling like I’ve have a complete visit.Throughout our lives we meet a handful of medical professionals, sometimes two handfuls! We don’t always go back to the same providers; we don’t remember their names, we weren’t satisfied with their care, we want a second opinion, or you simply go someplace else out of convenience.I will always be a patient of Dr. Lee. She’s a very special person.

Wonderful experience. I had a lot of issues finding a new pair a glasses last time I needed a new prescription. Dr. Lee was very, very, very thorough in her process and helped me get a new prescription that did not cause headaches. My time and money was invested well.
