Excellent experience at the Visalia, California store (#672)!! I had a wonderful first experience with the eye exam and choosing my glasses, both new frames for bifocals, and sunglasses! Once the glasses came in, I had a great experience and got my new frames adjusted well. A few months later, I decided to get bifocal lenses for my sunglasses and again, had a wonderful experience! Highly recommended LensCrafters, especially the Visalia, Ca.

My whole experience was fantastic! From the young lady who took me back was so kind and funny, my doctor was great to talk to. And was quick and I felt very comfortable with my exam and experience. The young lady who help me check ou, was great in explaining all the details of my billing. And its so nice to see the same office manager year after years she does a great job in keeping this office running efficiently. Not very people know this but she pretty much saved my life. Few years ago I was having chest pains. I was going to just brush it off and try to drive home but she was very concerned which really got my attention. So I called a family member to pick me up. So thanks to her not only for myself but maybe for others as well. if I would have got behind the wheel. And last so happy to see Jessica I have known her for years we worked together at a doctor office. She is an great employee for your company. This place is a great office and will continue to come back. So thanks to all of you.

Had my first eye exam in 10yrs. Was initially nervous about what this could mean, but Trish put me at ease. Im usually nervous that Ill do something wrong and mess up the prescription, but Trish was a great communicator and gave clear directions throughout the exam. She helped me pick out the perfect frames for my face, and was really thorough about explaining lens choices to me. I walked away actually excited about my new glasses and committed to keeping up with eye health. Id like to go back to see her just get an additional pair. Super appreciated her honesty and professionalism.

My first prescription was a little off (I’m 100% sure this was my fault because I’m so indecisive during eye exams), and I was able to get right in and fix the problem. I was even given a new pair of contacts on the spot while my new prescription was ordered. I would totally recommend Lens Crafters to anyone for a quality service.

The service was good. They were trying to process my order but the computer messing up. The associate tried for about 20 minutes. So she called customer service, after being on hold for 24 minutes we decided to just pay. All she was trying to was process a warranty claim. This makes the the 3rd time this year that I have had to wait due to computer issues. This issue needs to corrected!

Quick and helpful. Great selection of glasses. The actual eye doctors are great and the staff at Lens crafters that perform the exams and help select frames are very helpful.

My Dad got his glasses from LensCrafters and the frame broke. They told him they could not fix his glasses he would have to pay for a new exam and buy new frames.So I called Stanley Optical they popped out the old lenses and put them into new frames for $20. Now thats Great customer service!!

Great product but this location had very poor customer service. With an appointment I had to wait an hour and forty minutes to be seen by an optometrist and I had to keep following up to make sure I wasn’t forgotten. Even when I came to pick up my glasses all the workers were talking amongst themselves while there was a line of people trying to pick up. I’ve never waited so long to be seen by a doctor or even just pick up glasses.

Joy was great and explained all my options. Will return

Went in really looking because I now NEED to protect my eyes (small cataract now) so I was looking @ glasses.com and saw some frames I liked but wanted to try on.Turns out. Even after trying in, my lenses are too big. So it couldnt be done, but the Rep was great and did find me a pair of sunglasses thatll work! Still bought em there, and VERY happy for the assist.

Update: I went from one star up to three. After much effort, I was able to go in and finally catch the manager. She has ordered me new lenses. She was great to work with. The other clerks, not so much.I had my glasses (that cost over $400) for SIX DAYS. I was sitting at my desk working at my computer and started seeing a line. I took them off and realized the lens was cracked. I went into the store and the clerk said I would need to pay a deductible to get them fixed. I called the next day and talked to another clerk. She said manager was not around. This was my first time at Lenscrafters. Most likely my last based on experience.
