Ok dr he seemed nice but staff look miserable like they dont like their job, they dont smile or communicate well, staff had her mouth full of food while she was speaking to me, office appearance needs some effort, i felt like i was in a mechanics garage while we were in the waiting area. Will be looking for a new optometrist.

I would give them Zero stars if i could. The staff is very Rude. Exept the nice reception girl with red hair.. The Dr. or PA. Very arrogant and not friendly. The medical assitance dont seem to like there job very much. Always with a frown. Not a friendly inviorment and would not bring my kids here again.I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Went there not too long ago. Staff is unfriendly, arrogant and incompetent know it alls. I ordered sunglasses and after a long wait for it to come back it had clear lenses on it.Go to Costco. Costco accepts VSP and their turn around from order time is awesome. Also frames and lenses is way cheaper.

Went in for an eye exam to update my prescription and was finished before I knew it! The staff was very friendly and they offered to replace both nosepads (since one was missing) on an old pair of glasses at no cost to me.

The staff in Visalia is strangely unprofessional. The exams are not complete -- they dont even ask to dilate the eyes. I went a couple times and would never go back. They ought to look at the percentage of patients who stay in their practice. I would bet that most of their practice is first-time clients who dont come back.
