Dr. Santos is phenomenal! Gentle, kind, and caring! She makes the fear of going to the dentist disappear! You won’t find a better dentist anywhere. Lisa her dental assistant is awesome too and the whole office is friendly. I recommend this practice to everyone I know. They are the best!

I came here for the first time this past month and saw Mary Edwards and Dr. Squire. I enjoyed my visit and they were extremely friendly. In the past, offices I have gone to just clean your teeth and you’re on your way but here I feel like they were genuinely interested in my dental care by looking closely at dental history and asking me questions about what I would like to be different about my teeth/smile. I actually look forward to going back for my next appointment.

I hate going to the dentist but this office makes it bearable. They ae friendly and prompt. They hold the highest standards for cleanliness. They figure out what makes you comfortable and offer it to you without making you feel like a baby. Their reminders for appointments are kind and needed (especially for us reluctant visitors). They alert you in a timely manner as to allow you to reschedule without penalty.

This was my first visit and my first impression was very good. Everyone made me feel welcome. I feel very comfortable here. I wasnt a bit anxious and I felt my Dentist did a great job at informing me of what was going on with my teeth.

I have high dental anxiety due to previous unpleasant dental experiences. I always feel comfortable seeing Doctor Folck and her hygienists.Today I had Mary cleaning my teeth for the first time and was totally satisfied with her technique and dental chair-side manner. Saw Dr Santos today for a crown replacement. Although going to the dentist is not in my top 10 things do do , it is very important and Dr Santos and her team make the experience like seeing old friends. Dr Santos has a gentle touch, no pain or discomfort. The assistants are personable, cheerful and professional. I have seen several of the hygienists, and although I do have a favorite, they have all been wonderful to see.I cannot speak highly enough or recommend the Dentists and the Staff more highly!

Best experience at a dentist ever!!! Ivy hooked me up with an outstanding cleaning. Dr. Folck was very thorough and came up with a great plan to update some old bootcamp fillings. Its been 6 years since Ive had a dental check up, so naturally I had some anxiety about going.There was no need for me to be worried. They take care of both my husband and I. Definitely a great choice for dentistry, if you are looking!

We went to Smile by Design for years but then Tricare barely reimbursed for their services so we sadly had to switch Dentist.. This past weekend my son had a dental emergency busting his nose..lip..chipping his teeth playing soccer.. I panicked and found our current dentist has NO emergency phone number and we felt helpless! I took a leap of faith and called Smile by Design though they hadnt seen us in almost two yrs.. Dr Folck answered her phone listened to my concerns late on a Friday night and offered her help for a emergency meeting Saturday am despite us not being patients anymore.. I felt so helpless and she was there! These doctors are compassionate.. understanding and there for their patients! I would still go there if our insurance paid better! You will be in great hands with these amazing woman! I am forever grateful for smile by design

I was going here for several years , my dentist was wonderful but one of the hygienist was beyond rude , her manners were so bad that left office in tears , not once but twice .. someone like that should not be working with people …. And left to find another dentist and you know when a patient leaves a office to find another one ,, that person should be let go …FIRED!!!!!I do not recommend this pace to have someone yell at you while they are working on your teeth ..

I will start off with a positive comment. The front desk is awesome. They tend to questions you may have. However, my personal experience with Dr. Folk was EXTREMELY disappointing. On my second appointment, I was to get a filling done. I personally felt that my filling was MORE THAN just a filling, it hurt more just a simple feeling. I still went in, and didnt question anything (follow your gut feeling). Dr. folk in the MIDDLE of the filling realized that it needed a root canal, and just stopped and put a temporary filling on it. That same evening I FELT THE WORST PAIN I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I WAS ON MY KNEES WAILING AND ACHING IN PAIN. I wanted to go to the ER, but I couldnt because of financial needs. SO that whole day/night I ached in pain. I find it BIZARRE that based on the numerous x-rays that the they took she wasnt able to differentiate between a simple filling and a MAJOR root canal. Because of HER MISTAKE I was forced to go out of network to get my tooth fixed ASAP, I couldnt tolerate the pain, I ended up paying over 1k to fix her mistake. To top it all off I was still charged for the her mistake. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Nice enough, but will look for any opportunity to charge you fees. Cancellation fees, mailing fees, late fees, it goes on and on. Went once and won’t return.

I have been to many different ones and this is by far the best....ever time I get work done I do not feel anything from the numbing in the beginning to the numbing wearing off. Even the next day I am not that sore. If you dont like needles then this is where you want to go.The ladys are so sweet. DR. SANTOS is so sweet and she will point you in the right direction... she does not make me feel like what needs to be done is for her to make money.

This place is amazing look no further I promise you wont be disappointed. I suffer with very bad dental anxiety and they work so very hard to make you comfortable. Everyone is so friendly and thorough. I had to get a few filling as well as a crown and everything was pleasant. I am forever a patient and my little man will be a patient there as well. Made the right choice in choosing Smile by Design when moving here just over a year ago. Theyre always on-time, friendly, and gentle with cleanings. They even called me on the day of my last appointment to let me know they had an earlier opening if I wanted to come in sooner, which worked out so much better for my schedule.

Dr Folk and Dr Santos were the best find in dentistry for me. They were the first dentists I have been to who completed procedures with the least amount of pain. The hygienist and assistants are all very good at doing their jobs with the least amount of pain. I have found them to be very caring and concerned about my wife and myself.
