Dr. Julien and the entire group of her staff have been kind, calming, gentle, thoughtful, patient, and articulate, explaining everything they are doing to correct and repair the serious dental injuries my grandson received as the result of a hideous automobile accident. Ive had to fight back the tears as I watch them work tirelessly and compassionately on him. We are grateful that this horrible experience has turned into something I will always remember with joy, rather than anxiety and sadness.

Great experience from the moment I entered the dental office. They were very friendly behind the desk. Stacy, the dental hygienist, was phenomenal. She was very thorough and informative and answered all my questions. Her and the dentist made me feel like I was in safe hands :) Happy I found my new dental office.

Finally a great dentist who understands how sensitive my gums are and knows how to properly do their job! (Ive had horrible experiences with a couple of dentists) The staff is friendly, very friendly, funny and helped me feel comfortable. I was relaxed during the whole procedure. Everyone was very friendly. I ended up getting two issues with my teeth corrected right on the spot. I certainly appreciate not having to go back for another appointment. The time they took with me was above and beyond my expectations.

I go to see Dr. Joe here and he has been fantastic. I had some pretty severe dental anxiety that caused me to avoid the dentist for seven years. He has made me feel very comfortable. He takes a lot of care to ensure they I am feeling comfortable and am not in any pain. I have been back several times since and am finally getting my teeth taken care of because of him.

As always, Dr Joe Dobson, my dentist and her hygienest, Joy are just the best and although a visit to a dentist has never been my favorite event, knowing that theyre the ones taking care of my dental issues makes it much much more pleasant. These two just seems to know how to put you at ease before and during the procedure. Kudos to them and I definitely will recommend them to everybody.

They are the best! I have had treatment done to repair my front teeth and start a whitening Regiment, and it has just been wonderful. The ladies are so personable very talkative really make you feel at ease and like you’ve known them forever! My girls have also been to Konikoff, one of my daughters just got her braces put in and my next one is getting ready to get her braces put in, they had their treatment done at LSSW which is still affiliated with Konikoff. They are really great!

This place is busy but holy cow the staff was 10000/10 Jordan at the front was so sweet. I believe I had Kate and Dr.Julian and they took such good care of me. I sadly can’t remember her name but Dr. Julians assistant (?) upfront was so cool and easy going. I would recommend them to anybody!

Wonderful experience. Had an emergency over the weekend and needed to see a dentist immediately. Decided to go here after a friend recommended this office and called first thing Monday morning. They were able to get me in within an hour, and took proper precautions regarding COVID. Dr. Pearl and her assistant, Erin, did an amazing job. Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with both the hygienist and dentist that cared for me the other day. I previously had a terrible experience with a dentist with another practice when getting cavities filled and had a lot of apprehension with my fillings being done right and my bite being adjusted properly at the end of my appointment. This time I switched to Konikoff and I saw Dr. Hogan. Her and the hygienist were wonderful and they made me feel like my concerns were important and they took the time to address and assuage my anxieties by making sure everything was done right the first time. I am a nurse and I can honestly say that is such an important part of the patient experience. I have a lot less anxiety now and look forward to my next appointment. Thank you!

I will NEVER come to this dentist again! I originally scheduled an appointment for 4 pm. I confirmed my appointment with their automated system. I get a phone call (the day before) from the office to confirm my appointment. They told me it was hour before the appointment I scheduled. They never once called me in the three day period to ask me if I was willing to change my appointment time. I was told that if I did not come at the time they put me at, I would have to reschedule. If I did not answer the phone and came to my original appointment, I would not have been seen at all. I would have been charged for missing my appointment. When I went to the appointment and was asked to schedule an appointment, I told them I did not want to schedule anything. I told them I would like them to send the file to a new dentist. The dental assistant left with the information and supposedly brought it up front. When she came back, she waited in the hallway for the dentist. One the dentist came down the hall, she pulled her in the room right next to us and started talking about me and my request. I never had a problem with the dental assistants with this company until today. Both times I have come here we were never given a toothbrush, floss, etc. The front office customer service ruined this for me.

We have been coming to this dental office for almost 14 years and Dr. Joe and Joyce have been our heroes all these years. They take really good care of their patients. We have moved a little far but we make sure, we go visit them for all our dental needs. Our teenagers dont want to go to any other dentist in this whole wide world!

Dr Mattioli and her team is absolutely amazing. I have trigeminal neuralgia which going to the dentist could be a nightmare. Instead Dr Mattioli was extremely caring, explained everything and worked with me. Konikoff Dr Mattioli is the only place and dentist i will go to, highly recommend.

I was on vacation and broke a tooth. They did their best to get me in immediately (they got me in that same day). I have extreme anxiety and not only was the staff patient and understanding, but also so kind and completely put me at ease. I have never been so comfortable at a dentist office and for them to treat me like this (with me not even being a regular patient) says so much about them. This dentist didnt care about money, he cares about his patients and that was very clear. Wonderful place.

Five stars for this place! Especially Dr.Niver. I saw her in August for a check up. She was so nice and reassuring. I went in thinking I had a cavity. Turned out it wasn’t on that tooth, it was just staining. Later found out that I did have a cavity on another tooth. I came in for a filling a week later. She was kind and kept me calm. This was my first cavity ever. A month later I moved to San Diego. My filling was as a little sensitive so I went to a dentist here. At that appointment the dr told me it’s normal and that it looks good, after more pictures he told me 8 of my molars needed fillings due to small decay. The pictures and x rays looked normal to me. I got in contact with Dr.Niver at Konikoff to get her perspective. She took the time to look at my x rays and go over everything again. She said I don’t have any decay and that I should she another dentist. She confirmed what my gut was telling me. I’m 2,000 miles away and she still helped me out! I wish I could go back to Konikoff! They really do care and are not for the money!

Simply awesome! Dr Haley keeps everything transparent and ensures she isn’t recommending procedures unless it’s absolutely necessary. The hygienists are knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone you deal with is pleasant. It’s not everyday a company is trying to earn your business.

I was concerned about the safety of the Konikoff staff, but they assured me that theyre taking all possible precautions to protect themselves & their patients. My appointment was fine, but the young lady at the front desk never once had her mask covering her nose & mouth. I had to interact with her 4 separate times while she failed to protect my health. TRASH! THEY ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE YOU SPEND MORE MONEY AND ITS REALLY HARD FOR THEM TO RETURN YOUR CALL WHEN YOU HAVE SOME COMPLAINT OR ISSUE. THE FRONT DESK HUNG UP ON ME A FEW TIME BECAUSE SHE NEW THAT ITS ME CALLING AGAIN AND DONT WANT TO SPENT TIME ASSISTING ME.

During my recent visit to the Lynnhaven, Virginia Beach location I was told, prior to my appointment, to WEAR a face mask and NOT to bring anyone during my appointment or if anyone accompanied me, that person would have to wait outside. While I was sitting in the waiting area I saw a young child and a teenager near the aquarium. They WERE NOT WEARING masks. When the female teenage, was called, who they were with, she WAS NOT wearing a mask. She was escorted to the exam room without wearing a mask. This was very upsetting for me. I practice safety during this pandemic. This incident put patients and staff at risk. Why post safety guidelines if they are not enforced. Otherwise the service I received was excellent but I am hesitant to return.

First visit & I must say that this is a very nice office. Wouldve liked to have completed initial office paperwork if told it could be completed prior to appointment. Although there was a lot of people when I arrived, I did not have to wait long at all to be seen. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Melissa is great---very warm & welcoming. Dr. Pearl is very nice and takes her time to ensure that you understand whats going on. Would recommend this office.

Started bringing my daughters here probably 20 years ago and the atmosphere was always and continues to be so amazing. Everyone who works there almost always seems to be genuinely happy to be there. Now I’m a patient and am very happy with the professional and friendly service.

They were really great! They work well with my insurance, had plenty of openings, and my higienist was the best I’ve ever had. The only downside that I can think of is their parking. It fills up fast, but everything in the office was pretty much perfect.

The staff that helped me was highly experienced and made sure I was comfortable with the procedures. I was very pleased on their politeness and very thorough on explanations of everything (e.g. financing, procedures, etc.) My wife and daughters also go here and never complained. Dr. Campbell, she did a great job on how all items would be handled. Thank you for the great experience.

Dr Pearl and Melissa are a great team! They are assets to the Konikoff family. Dr Pearl only did what was necessary and they worked so efficiently! My visits to replace replace two crowns were shorter than planned. They put me at ease and made the visit less worrisome. Now, I think I will transfer to Dr Pearl as my regular dentist.

Always friendly! Office is clean & organized. Stacy and Dr. J. Miranda make me feel like I am the only patient in the world when I am there. Thats a huge feat in such a busy office. Mostly, the level of care is so high I no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist. Iy is for the most part pain free! The people I have referred there over the last ten years also feel the same way I do!

Joy and Dr Joe are both awesome. They are are experts at what they do. I never have a bad experience. One recommendation would be to get the older tooth cleaner. The new cordless one is rather weak.

My children and I are very happy with the services we receive at Konikoff Dentistry. Every member of the staff that we have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. The dentists and assistants made my young children feel very comfortable at their first and subsequent dental visits. Because of Konikoff Dentistry we have two young boys who LOVE going to the dentist!Late one evening we had a minor emergency when my child had a front tooth that just would not fall out. The root was completely intact, lots of blood, etc., but the bone was completely detached. I called the emergency phone number to ask what the best way for me to handle this would be so as not to lead to an infection. The dentist returned my call within three minutes. I explained the situation and instead of simply telling me what to do, she offered to load up her own children into her vehicle and meet me in the parking lot of the office to remove my child’s tooth safely. If that is not THE BEST service one could ask for then I don’t know what is. Best part…no charge to me. We will remain Konikoff patients until the Navy forces us to move out of the area.

Loved my experience at this office! From the front desk girl to the check out girl. Awesome people! My appointment was at 9am and I arrived at 8:58am I sat in the waiting room all of 5 minutes and got called in by one of the sweetest hygienist I’ve ever had I’m mad I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and explained everything she was doing which I liked the dentist came in and was also very nice and detailed. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone.

I play hop scotch between Konikof LynnHaven and Gentle Dental Holland. I will say this place has excellent hygienist and are thorough they count the teeth and analyze with precision. I went in Monday and the doctor filled in what I thought was a cracked tooth for me this guy was a comedian and knew what he was doing for a youngster.

Dr. Niver and Tiffany Smith are absolutely amazing. They both went out of their way to ensure that my experience was comfortable and beyond expectation. I had recently had an issue at a different dentist and their expertise and knowledge far surpassed anything I could have imagined. If you are looking for someone leading in the field of dentistry and someone who is trustworthy- these two individuals should be your first call.

I didnt have to wait very long for my appointment to begin. Heidi the dental hygienist was amazing. Very thorough and meticulous. She did not hurt me and answered all my questions. Took almost an hour to wait for cleaning; however, they took other hour to do a simple check out. It is so wasted time here. If i can give -5 stars i will not hesitated to give them. Not recommended. SO WASTED TIME.

As always, my experience at Konikoff dental was excellent. I was treated with great dignity and my time was respected by every member of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor, to the tech who flawlessly cleaned my teeth. I was taken back right on time and done ahead of schedule.

I have been there for three visits thus far. I had not been to the dentist for over 10yrs because of previous bad experiences at another dentist. They are on time, friendly, informative and patient. Not to mention my mouth feels and looks so much better.Maybe I lucked out and got a great hygienist name Lauren, but everyone appears to be happy to be there.

Love Dr. Julian, but I felt like I was being hassled by your practice. I received a voicemail message the week before my appointment. No problem. Then I received another the day before. Then I received a call and three text messages the morning of my appointment. Then I received a message three hours before my scheduled appointment to change my appointment. Then another. Then another. I called back to change my appointment, but no one knew what I was talking about, and I was connected to a voicemail. When I got there for my scheduled appointment, Dr. Julian was overbooked. Very tense atmosphere. Great doctoring, but a bad experience! And please STOP trying to upsell me! Rinse, toothpaste, appointments, whitening. Enough already.

When the office has cancellations the staff tries hard to get another patient in. I love Cara, great hygienist. She is kind and explains everything. I met briefly with my new dentist and got good vibes from her too.

This was my first visit with Konikoff and I couldnt have been more pleased. My paperwork was done Online, so I only had to read and sign a few forms. I didnt wait looking before I was called for by a hygienist, named Gail (sp?), who was absolutely great at explaining everything that needed to be done to move forward. She also gave me some good recommendations to keep my teeth healthier.Dr. Pearl gave me important details about the condition of my gums and teeth. She explained everything very well and answered all my questions.I was really surprised at the size of this dental operation, yet I was even more impressed at how incredibly efficient everything was run, as well as how polite and professional most of the workers were.
